I am not at all satisfied with the behaviour of staff at Amazon Rooftop Bar at Ruby Arena. They don't allow us to just sit simply without buying something for even a minute. As soon as we finish what what we drink we have to leave the place. Where are the rules of customer satisfaction. We aren't just sitting simply without buying a thing. Are we supposed to buy a beer every five minutes? This is unjust. We as a customer has our own rights to take time and make our orders. The staffs have no right to make us go out. I am not all satisfied with this . VERY POOR!!!!!

If you are looking for a hygienic and Pleasant Stay, The Ruby Arena will be the Perfect Choice. Good Service, Perfect Location, great Food.. What more!!! Staffs are really helpful and Kind. Amazon Rooftop is a fabulous place to chill out and to spend your weekends and Evenings. Excellent Stay and Service!! Just Wow👌 Highly Recommended 👍

Good place for drinks with your near and dear. Good service, and good food. The rooftop bar is amazing, very breezy and perfect for a chilled beer during a hot summer afternoon. The bar downstairs is crowded most of the time.

Me and my family including my one year daughter got food poison after having dinner from their restaurant. The non veg used in the non-veg dishes ordered were stale. Rooms were just average and the staff were courteous. Please avoid food from their in house dining during stay.

I will never recommend this place to anyone else. I went there the day before my visa medical.The rooms are an average only. And the bathrooms are so unhygenic. There are stains and bad smell in the bathroom. They should provide a clean bucket. The charge of both the rooms and food are so high. They said they will provide other facilities for me because i was only 18. And they charge 500 rupees extra for an extra pillow ( special service for me).When we (my father,mother and i )enter the room, there was disgusting smell and i really wanted to leave there. The staffs are so annoying especially the ones in the reception. A male staff raised his voice just because i was admiring the hotel reception area. If you don't want to waste your money, please don!t go in there. There are many problems that i can't include in here. Before booking the hotel, i had read some of these reviews which are bad, but still i ignored it just because it was for one day. But i have learned my mistake. And i will not repeat it.

The roof top bar have a very good ambience. But i am not happy about the service. The service people are so rude and irresponsive. So sad about the experience we had at ruby....... I will never choose here in my priority list....

This is the worst experience I had. The service is so poor. The staffs in amazon roof top was really poor. They were staring the entire time and was offering really bad attitude towards customers. Even silly requests were denied by the staffs. I dont recommend you guys to anyone. I really expected a lot before but it was so appauling.

Went out to chill with my friends. We had a fantastic time there. Good food, good liquor, and great service. But they don't serve cocktail there

My visit to Ruby Arena Amazon was a nightmare from start to finish. The service was beyond terrible; it seemed like the staff had taken a crash course in how to ignore customers. To add insult to injury, our order must have been prepared in another dimension, as it took so long to reach our table that I questioned if it would ever show up. The staff's attitude was nothing short of abhorrent, as they acted as if we were a nuisance rather than paying customers. I can't stress enough how strongly I advise you to avoid this place like the plague. It's a black hole of incompetence and rudeness that should be shut down immediately.

Interesting !! Try their roof top so called Amazon themed Venue that serves beers and spirits 1 full page of beer choices, probably due to restrictions from the state only a handful is made available.. Food is excellent. Why does it have a hint or the feel of getting into a of UAE hotel lobby is anyones guess..

Five stars for the ambience and Food. Amazing location with Amazing views. The vibes is really good. Ladies friendly at rooftop with good food and music. Seating capacity is king of limited but good enough. A ambient spot to chill with friends in evening.

We have conducted a function a Ruby arena today. We are really happy with the staff service and food. They had a wide variety of food which was delicious and of high quality. Really enjoyed it. Staff were very well mannered and helpful. The entire team of Ruby arena has very well managed each and every aspects of the function and we are really thankful to them for making our function to be this successful. Reception staff needs more training. They charged me Rs. 400 for breakfast, but never told. I lost money the first day when I additionally purchased another breakfast. Some staff have no clue on terms like check-in/out. Did not even know I had paid on full, and I received multiple calls later to check! BUT, Restaurant management is 5 *****. Food is 5 *****. Executive Bar staff is superb. Restaurant waiters are hotel management students. I like that the facility is used for training new talent. The room is good, but the washroom is dated. Water pressure is bad, and floor 7 and raucous rooftop party goers can be expected to be heard till 10 pm. The room is overpriced because it is close to the medical college.

Overall my experience with this hotel is good. I love the veiw from suite room window, you can see sun set, flights take off/landing at Airport. Food is nice. Roof top bar is an experience, which is rare in trivandrum. All the staffs are very well hosted, especially Ms.Athira and other reception staffs.

Close Buddies met for a fellowship. For a Pub effect it is good . A bit noisy and dark. Full of newhen girls and guys .

The was at the rooftop bar. The ambience is really cool. It was a Sunday night and the place was almost full. I was with my five other buddies. It was really a good experience having beer in the rooftop with that cool Breeze in such an ambience.

A decent enough place for a sudden meetup. The place is clean and well kept, with a good aesthetics. The place seemed to be crowded during weekends, personally, I do not prefer a big crowd. The service isn't top notch, but I won't complain much about it, though there is definitely room for improvement.

Had only used the bar on the floor level for a quick thirst quencher. Very chilled Heineken beer 🍺 Very busy for all for a one or two on the go. They do have a better bar upstairs.

I booked this hotel thru phone and when I checked in, the guy in the front office checked me in almost less than 5 mins. The front office guy( both morning and evening) were amazing. I needed an adaptor and they instantly helped me out. They also gave me a discount. Rooms are super clean and hot water was good. Ac were working fine. Surely recommended. Except for their restuarant manager/server Sajin. His attitude was highly unacceptable. Though he was right my when kid broke a glass and said chargeable, the way he spoke is highly unacceptable. So reduced my stars to this hotel ONLY because of him.

Awesome experience, good customer service, very tasty food. Their alfaham and BDF is just one of a kind ❤️ loved it and most ordered dish. Especially the roof top restobar is amazing, our go to place for chilling and Hangout. They have good rooms, and its in very easy to reach location, all major points in TVM are easily accessible from there.. i really recommend that place to chill , especially at night.

Had a unpleasant experience in Amazon rooftop.Worst part was the service.The service of the staff there , was so unprofessional and rude.The food was Just average.The ambience was good but was overcrowded.Not suggested for families.

Went for a drink @ their rooftop bar.. great vibe, lot of young crowd and good loud music which is the real big thing when u drink...:)..loved the chicken tikka..good service...little smoky but you have to live with the cigs around u ..great view of the city.....loved this place. :)

Gave car for valet parking ,returned it scratched throughout its length..informed security personnel checked into the matter,they informed that nothing happened within the compound..so I personally went to check footage..they then claimed to have a faulty cctv cam..overall cleanliness was avg..an old hotel without adequate maintainance ...stayable.. No customer rapport..not flexible ..expensive

Good experience. The rooftop bar is having a nice view of the city. Especially during the sunset time, it's a great experience. Ideal place to chill out with friends.

I went to trivandrum for an exam.I booked the hotel executive room by make my trip app and paid 3k for single room.I reached at 10pm after a 12 hour tiring train journey . Staff in the reception was very rude. He was sitting there and chatting with one of the hotel staff. I have to wait there for 10 minute to check my booking and again 10 to 15minutes to get the acess. The room was very small, ac was not working properly, fan regulator was broken,room had mosquito's,washroom pipes were leaking and had cockroaches.The room was entirely different than shown in app.I can get better room in cheaper price.Only good point was breakfast. Food was tasty. Otherwise not recommended.

Good Rooms. Maintenance required and some replacement of old items like linen, pillows , bathroom curtains etc. For fresh look and better experience. Breakfast menu should not be the same every day.

We ordered onam sadhaya for our office celebrations and it was very good.The sadhya had 17 side dishes, curries and payasams, the quantity and quality was also good. Appreciates the chef and service manager Manoj.

I booked this for my parents and what i felt is Its not safe and good for family. By night time there will be drunken people Not worth for money. Its only an average hygiene and room space.

Came here for the weekend with my family. The rooms were super clean.The hotel staff were really prompt and sincere.It's an awesome and comfortable stay for couples,family or a single traveller. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Trivandrum( Near Medical College ).
