I went to the Hycinth hotel along with my sisters for my birthday dinner. Food was yummy and the hotel staff were very helpful with very good service.While booking I told them I will bring cake from outside to cut there but then I cancelled that plan. But the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake and it is a happy memory for me that the hotel staff were singing happy birthday for me. Overall we had a wonderful evening and will definitely visit again. Thank you.

We had buffet dinner at the restaurant. We had a fabulous experience. The food was delicious. We were really impressed by the service. We would also specially like to mention Ms.Smiley who actively engaged my kid while we were having dinner. She took my daughter around and even sang songs to her. That was so sweet of her! We would certainly come back!!

Good service from staff. Room was clean and well equipped. Only issue was that when we called on Wednesday to ask about the lunch buffet the front desk said 12.30 but did not tell us the buffet was not available that day so we went down to the restaurant for nothing.

I've stayed at many great hotels, but none of them had ever kept safety pins, clips, rubber bands, and talcum powder as complimentary accessories. None. So, I'm highly impressed with the thoughtful of theirs. Great hotel.

Every thing was excellent here. Very easy to access the hotel. It is very close to railway station and the bus stop.. We had conference here in the second floor hall. Great facilities with quality service from the banquet waiters. They are very helpful and professional. Keep the good work and all the best. .

Hotel is good. Great location. Reception staffs are excellent and very helpful. Food is good and upto mark. Restaurant is good . Buffet breakfast is excellent. Only problem I encountered is very slow service of in room dining. The kitchen staffs are non attentive and they will bring food which u have not ordered Seems there is water shortage. Adequate water is not provided timely. U have to ring multiple times for any in.room servicing like housekeeping or dining. Overall satisfactory and 4 star is being rated.

Amazing Hospitality, amazing staff and so customer oriented and customer friendly, neat n clean rooms excellent service great pool area and to top it all a wonderful and exotic breakfast spread. Indian, Continental, Europe, American all bundled into one spread.... great experience and wonderful stay. They have the best food/buffet. Lots of options to choose from and they were all delicious. We had breakfast and lunch, every item was very tasty. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and accommodating. We finally found a place where the coffee and tea are served in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have tried veg only .. the food was good .. liked it .. the only thing that disappointed us is that they didn't care to provide us water or coffee.. we've waited for a long time still they didn't provide.. atmosphere is good but they could improve the privacy .. the rooms are soo thin like paper .. I couldn't sleep as I could hear the person shouting at 3 am the next door FORCING US TO PUT 5 STARS 😡🤬 JUST USE BOTS IF YOU WANT TO SHOW PEOPLE DISAPPOINTED AS HELL 🤬

I stayed in this hotel two days for a business trip. The service is very good. I tried fish nuggets for lunch which was very tasty and crispy. I want to appreciate “Chef Nurul” for his cooking skills specially for lunch and dinner. He is very good with the customers and the staff.

The disabled toilet near the reception should be well maintained and clean with no shortage of nappies. And please pay attention to the coffee as the first coffee in the morning should always be good. My best wishes to the reception staff for further success in their work.

We stayed here for 2 days and service was really appreciable. Food is good 4/5 Spa services were relaxing. Pool was good. All the famous temples like padmanabha swamy temple is within the range. We enjoyed the stay.

I personally liked the positive vibe of Ashvin from the F&B department. He was very approachable and very energetic throughout the day. I would really appreciate his effort to make our stay better. Better experience than before. I was really nice. Very friendly attitude. Really appreciate the behaviour.

I had a bad experience. I went for dinner buffet, spread was very limited. Very few non veg dishes that too most of them tasted below average. Interior or service is not anywhere above average. Toilet seats were all filled with urine stains. Should improve a lot.

Had a 3 night stay at the Hycinth and really enjoyed the stay. Rooms are great, spacious and very clean. All the key amenities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with a very wide variety of options, both Indian and western. The spa facilities as well are great.

It was great stay here for 2 days specially because of Inroom dining Manager Mr. Ajay. I'm really impressed with his polite behavior and hospitality. He really give his best to make his guest comfortable throughout the stay. Just wanted to appreciate him for his genuine efforts. Overall stay is very nice.

Spacious rooms and comfortable bed, AC can be well controlled. Rooms are not sound proof so expect disturbance from the corridor all the time. Housekeeping staff should be instructed to keep the noise level down too as most of the guests like not to be disturbed most of the time. Front Office operator needs to work around the clock as this is a city hotel, it was hard to get through to them in the night. Location is good. Restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive.

We went there as a family for lunch. Buffet was over but still the service was wonderful and food awesome. For the first time we had a filter coffee from a 5 star hotel. Food selection was great with good choice of desert as well. Well mannered staff and excellent service. Definitely going to visit hycinth again

Used to stay in HYCINTH 3 - 4 days a month.. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious and hygiene washroom. Good behavior from all the staffs.. especially Ms. Saya excellent customer support. Keep up the quality. Good luck

The food was great! The amenities were great! and the team is even better! We were organizing a banquet and the team was incredible at handling all the tiny unplanned issues that would come up. From providing slippers to tailors, to local references.

The stay was very comfortable. The food was also good. The house keeping staffs Shanthini and Viji were very friendly and made sure that the stay was very comfortable. Since I am an airline crew , post operating the flight I was quite tired , as soon as I entered the room, the bed was decorated with flowers and it also had a positive note written in it. It was very refreshing . Right from the reception to housekeeping and the In room dinning , all the services were very prompt .

Had my daughter’s first birthday party here. The venue was good but The banquet food was very mediocre for the price you pay. We also stayed at a club room for a night. The kettle was broken and we couldn’t mix the milk for the baby in the middle of the night. Again not worth the money. But the service from the staff was good.

Location is good and the facilities are worth 5 star. The staff is polite but the housekeeping needs improvement. We booked 2 rooms and both of them were not cleaned properly. Water was leaking from bathroom, and they took 4 hours to send someone to clean/fix it. Asked for Water bottle with in-room dining and they never sent one. Even after calling HK multiple times no one turned up and since it was already 10pm, we just gave up. The experience we had was not expected from a 5-star hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. The room has thin walls. You can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms and their toilet flushes. The air-conditioning seemed to be just working even at 25 degrees. The size of the room seemed average. Food was okay. Not that great for a star rated hotel.

Good hotel, nice and clean. Has a good breakfast and club lounges. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival to a higher floor with the club lounge which was a lovely surprise. Saya and Maya rung our doorbell in the midst of the stay asking that I posted a review on the spot to Google which was a bit intrusive. Other than that it has been pleasant.

It was a lovely experience to stay at Hycinth. We just stayed for one night, but I know where I'll be staying the next time I visit Tiruvanthapuram. The staff went above and above to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Any questions or concerns were addressed with warmth and sincerity. The hotel has a relaxing vibe. The pool area is lovely. One of the better 5 star hotels in Trivandrum. Reasonable....costing around Rs 1300 per person. The selection of food is decent. The staff are well mannered and the service quick. The ambience is great. Visiting this hotel almost after 6 years and I am glad that the quality hasn't diminished one bit. Keep up the good work guys👍.

I was a little skeptical about this being rated as a 5 star hotel on Google, because it looked like a small hotel from the pictures. But everything since check in to check out was becoming of a 5-star property. Excellent staff, a very good breakfast spread and clean rooms/ pool. 10/10 would recommend and revisit.
