Cons: 1. No lift/escalator. 2. Geyser or hot water not available in the bathrooms. 3. Mediocre food & not enough options. 4. Non courteous staff - did not clean the room & soiled plates, even after repeated requests. 5. No toiletries. Pros: 1. AC works. 2. TV works. 3. Bed is large enough for 2.

Fully satisfied with the stay. When I booked the rooms I was first confused due to the negative reviews but I decided to book the room. My experience was very good. It was a pleasant say. I stayed there for two days with my husband and we were fully satisfied with the stay.

I never had such a horrible stay in my life. Rooms are very very very small as only one single bed fit. Don't have any place to move in the room. Full of bad smell and wash room was stinking. Walls are with spitting marks. Thank God I checked out next day.

Pathetic. Zero value for money. It’s a run down place. Since the tie up with treebo has ended the hotel has become a like a shady, poorly maintained place.

Poor experience, I don't even know where to start from. - Poor room service - Drainage block in the bathroom (closet and washbasin) - The room was not cleaned properly : especially the blankets and curtains. Not recommended for people with dust allergies - Toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. were not provided - No proper lighting on the dressing table The only thing I liked here was breakfast.

Very unprofessional staff. I booked through the hotels.com and found the hotel not up to the quality shown in their website pictures. The condition of the rooms are poor (rusty door handles) and the free breakfast is also so so. I also discovered that their price for rooms was much cheaper that the price I paid through hotels.com. I had complained about service to hotels.com but the hotel staff didnot co-operate and never answered to their calls regarding the complaint. I will never recommend this hotel unless you are planning a visit without family and have budget constraints. There are much better hotels in nearby areas that offer much better facilities.

Sorry for not rating the rooms, because I went only to the restaurant. It is a good restaurant is really clean and the staff was really friendly and very well behaved. Food quantity and quantity was also good.

Had a pleasant stay for a night. The rooms were well cleaned and well maintained. The only issue is that there are no lifts available.

I would totally recommend this hotel to the backpacker tourists out there. The rooms are clean, Though the single room might not be that spacious, but that's all you can expect from a solo room. But it's a fairly decent room for the price. Food is easily available. You may choose to order food from the comfort of your room or there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffay is actually pretty decent. It may not have an wide and extensive menu but it's fairly good. The staff are very friendly. One could easily catch a buss to Trivandrum City from the bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The only good thing is the location And the charcoal restaurent which the hotel owns has good food Following was my experience . Cockroach in the room .Room was tiny . There is a technician who always hangs out around the room . The things he openly talk out in his phone loudly is disturbing and is not that understanding when there was an issue with the AC . I believe every restaurants morning buffet starts at 7 or 730 here it's at 8 and that too for very less items and was not tasty at all. . Be it the cleaning staff or the others thers a certain air of unprofessional behaviour; they don't know if the guest is in the room or not , overall am uneasy feeling while staying , Don't think i will book again

Don't judge the book by it's cover.... Fits perfectly for the hotel description. The outside building is very good but the condition of rooms is pathetic. Wallpaper is coming out.... Fungus over the walls. Damp wall with plaster coming off....No fan in the room... only AC. Bathroom was dirty. The Buffett was worst. No variety just the options made for name sake. No taste and full of oil. The coffee and tea was like drinking hot water with milk flavour added. If you can't provide the service then don't promise. You can judge from the photos posted the quality of the room and the quality of service the hotel is promising to provide. I had to spend one night and I was really annoyed. I had some job nearby so stayed at the hotel. Bus stand is nearby. Near to Government medical college and few office like DME. Otherwise also not at a very great location also.

We cant lock the door from inside of the bathroom. AC is complaint. Very loud noise came from it. While talking with the technician, he said that we shouldn't adjust AC's coolness.. It should be 19 and the mode should be fan only mode.. Also there is no fan inside the room.. Kettle was also not working.. Breakfast was also not provided even if ours was CP plan. Its better to stay some lodges instead of this hotels..

I stayed in a Solo Room. The price difference with a normal size room was just under 20%. But the room was too small and felt congested. Even the wash area was too small with no room to do your business without bumping into the door or the wall. Otherwise, the staff service was excellent. The breakfast spread though modest, was tasty. For the small solo room, I felt the price differential with the double room could have been at least over 30%.

Stayed here for around 10 days. Great service provided by all staff and manager. Awesome rooms, food available, good breakfast provided by them in buffet style. Overall I rate 5/5 this hotel and enjoyed the stay.. staff is helpful and talkative

Nice stay at reasonable price. Polite and decent approach from the staff. Location is around 15 minutes from Thampanoor but we can reach by auto, taxi or even bus. It is near Medical college and located on main road. Food is available in the restaurant or if we go to Kumarapuram there are many eating outlets. Room is spacious and clean. Only negative is that there is no lift, but price is comparatively low.

Rooms are good. There is no lift in the hotel. Service is not up to the mark. Reception staffs are good and cooperative. Water not so hot, just warm only even after throwing two buckets of cold water.

Certainly not happy with the stay. The only positive was that the rooms are spacious.. Nothing more.. Despite booking a deluxe room, we had to ask for everything.. Neither were towels provided nor was an electric kettle.. Given only when asked.. The TV wasn't even working.. The bathroom latches were broken.. The breakfast wasn't even up to the standard... Lots of negatives... Very disappointed...

We had lunch at this place. The food was pretty good and the rates were on the average high range. The servicing was worst though. We had to wait a while before the order was taken and when we tried to order a second dish, the waiter was no were to be found for more that 15 minutes. Apart from the servicing, it's an average restaurant to dine in.

A cozy place to stay, with the only limitation of not having lifts to the floors..if you are travelling light it's an ideal place.

It's an old property with a makeover and tall claims .our room was on second floor with no lift, no hot water,none of the table lights were working.wall papers were peeling off. Complimentary breakfast was far below quality and to surprise we were served concentrated apple syrup juice and machine tea and coffee which was deplorable.

The hotel is nice, the staff is amazing! They are courteous and always ready to help definitely made my stay better! Although could have better breakfast but couldn't ask more at this price..a small thing to note is there's no elevator so if have aged people coming up make sure to request a room on ground floor!

WORST stay till date. State of the room was below average with not a single remote in working condition and a table lamp which doesn't work. Cleaners entering the room without permission while we were away. NO Ceiling fan and a 20 year old AC NO TOWELS, SOAPS or any basic bathroom utilities. Very unclean and dirty kettle Wallpaper peeling off from walls There's is no lift available so you would have to walk 3 levels up and down Worst breakfast I've had with very little options There is alwavs disturbance around the room even during the night with noise coming from every corner.

The only hotel I have ever stay without any Room Service. No house keeping or Room service is available in this property. Rest all are good. Specially Manager Mr Subhash is very helpful.

The place is quiet. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very courteous, helpful.. Good value for money.

Location near Government Medical College and hospital. Easily visible from the road. Had multiple access with public transportation including Uber ola autos. The service was good. The room was small but well planned to accommodate all the facilities required for comfortable stay. Didn't experience food in the morning. However a pleasant stay.

Despite the fact that we had a confirmed booking in the email, the hotel staff informed us that no room was available ( Overbooking). Mr. Subash, their Asst. Operations Manager, then handled the situation expertly, assisting us in getting a room. Mr. Subash is a very professional and helpful person ( All stars for him ). The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.

The reception guy who does a night shift is just way below ethics. You ask for a bath soap bar and he denies it at the spot with a lame excuse as the purchase manager not at site. The breakfast buffet is also not upto the mark. You see a gloomy faced or rather rude coordinator. Overall a negative experience. Experienced on May 6, 7,8 2023.

Affordable price!! Nice place to stay with impressive room and parking area which was ample. Safe!! The thing to be worried is there is no lift facility. It's suggested to improve the switches and plug sockets inside the room.

It's a hotel. Very nice i would say. near to padmanabha temple. Rooms are specious and clean. Service was also good. No complaints. Location is also easily accessible. And the best thing is food was yummy.
