Even though it is quite expensive for ordinary people, it was extremely safe, neat and clean. Quite satisfied with the customer service as the staffs are really polite and always available for you to help. Moreover, it's easy to get cab or auto there and walkable distance to KIMS hospital. Additionally, we got a spacious room which is suitable for families, friends and couples.Overall, it was nice experience there. I really appreciate the kindness of all the staffs.

It was such a nice experience staying in Ambara Suits hotel. All the staffs are very polite. Housekeeping staffs are very Memorable, Helpful and Honest. Special thanks to the Housekeeping boy Ramesh. He was very helpful to us. He took care of us like his guests. And Fathima was very welcoming. I felt like home. Thank you Fathima and Ramesh for making our stay a hassle free and memorable one.

Limited option of breakfast. Only idly, omelet, Puri is the main item. Apart from this nothing is there( fruits, cornflakes I am not counting). I am not all kidding. This is fact. The amount of money they are charging is too high in a place like this. Had it been a metro I could have imagined also. Torn bed-sheet was given in the room. Not at all worthy. Due to rush season I stayed here with skyrocketed price with such poor break fast & facility. The property is denying the facts. Let me say that I didn’t do any negotiation neither on room price nor on food. I had booked through goibibo. I don’t have any vested interest. If hotel can disclose anything that will give more clarity to all public.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Ambara Suites. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Vishnu jith, one of your staff was really helpful and we'll behaving. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

The rooms are amazing and hotel staff are exceptionally good and helping specially the manager Ms Fatima. Didn’t have even one single problem during the stay. Food from the restaurant is delicious and the location is at the centre with access to nearby places. 100% recommended to stay here

Average place with average ambience & ordinary quality of food. Definitely not worth the money they charge for. But the proximity to KIMS hospital is what provokes many people to consider the place for an overnight stay.

The place is decent. At a perfect location and the food is good too. The issue that I faced is they have communication gap between the housekeeping and the reception. Anything you tell at reception isn't conveyed properly to the staff. But the staff is quite polite. They do not have any travel desk and have only 1 travels contact. We took a can from them and it broke down and when we asked for another, they had no contacts at all. That needs to be changed. It ruins the entire plan. Otherwise if you don't worry about commute at all then definitely recommended.

On the weekend, my friends and I visited a restaurant located on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the food quality was below average. We ordered dishes like Beef dry fry, Beef dragon, Chicken 65, Chicken Tikka, and various snacks, but none of them were flavorful. Moreover, the cooking itself was poorly done. To add to our disappointment, the pineapple juice we ordered was made using damaged fruits. We informed the waiter about this issue, and they promised to replace it. We eventually decided to bring our concerns directly to the Chef, who kindly prepared a delicious and flavorful Tikka for us. It was puzzling how such a high percentage (around 90%) of the dishes turned out to be so unsatisfactory. Some were overcooked, while others seemed to be hastily fried after being taken out from the freezer. Even the cut fruits lacked freshness. Given the restaurant's busy nature, it's unclear why there were so many issues.

This is one place I would go back for service and ambience. The quality of food was good. The service was amazing. The staff were really cordial. Had a great evening here at the rooftop.

Located away from the busy road with a beautiful roof garden this place is a cream. Courteous and helpful staffs, execellent food. Cleanliness at its high. Ample car park. Credit card facility available. Have great offers for a team meet. If you are an IPL fan then this is a must check place as they offer great discounts in beverage package.

The stay was amazing. Rooms are super spacious and the staff are professional and courteous. Food is really good. Especially the thai green curry (veg/chicken) is a must try... Just Love staying here!

Service in the restaurant is awful 😞. No better food choices and taste is also not that great but too very costly. Restaurant staff Azee was very rude to us. Even if you had to opt this place, pls make sure u r getting ur complimentary breakfast other wise u never know what all excuses that restaurant staff may give u

Rooms are nice but had limited varieties for breakfast. Almost the same menu every morning. I think they are giving smaller rooms if we book through online on offers.

The rooms were neat.. only minus was the reception desk. Poor communication skills..poor room service.. I had to get a water bottle from an outside shop since they were not able to provide one promptly..

"A Disheartening Saga: Overbooking, Subpar Alternatives, and a Tedious Refund Battle" My recent encounter with this hotel has left me utterly disappointed, prompting me to share my experience. After diligently making a booking and paying the required amount in advance, my excitement turned into frustration when, days later, the manager called to inform me of an unexpected overbooking situation. To salvage the situation, they proposed an alternative hotel. Regrettably, the replacement fell far below the standard I had anticipated. The room lacked the usual amenities, the service was subpar, and it was evident that the establishment was not on par with the original booking. What exacerbated the situation was the hotel's continuous time-wasting tactics. They assured us they were diligently working on a solution but failed to provide a clear answer or a resolution. This led to prolonged uncertainty, forcing us to explore other options. Eventually, we reluctantly decided to cancel our booking, a decision that left us not only in agony but also disheartened by the lack of professionalism. The subsequent refund process added insult to injury. Despite multiple follow-ups, obtaining our refund became an arduous task, requiring more effort and time than it reasonably should have. In sum, my experience with this hotel was marred by overbooking issues, an unsatisfactory alternative, and a tedious battle for a refund. I feel compelled to caution potential guests about the risks associated with their overbooking practices and the subsequent inconvenience that might overshadow what should have been a pleasant stay.

We stayed at Ambara Suites in February, 2023 for a week .The room was spacious and clean with all amenities and the spread of food was excellent and varied . The head chef Biju and his team went out of their way to make our stay memorable . We highly recommend Ambara Suites for it’s convenient location, amenities and great food

Stayed there with my wife for 1 and half day, it is located a bit away from town, but is close to the bypass and KIMS hospital, the stay there was comfy. Check in process was hassle free and really quick, we were welcomed by clean rooms and linen. The bed is super comfortable…with all the usual amenities like AC, TV , Kettle, Iron box, Minibar and 24 hr hot water. The rooms are big enough, staff are helpful and were happy to help with extending the stay for few more hours.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily. Near the train station. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner very good. Happy Hour a nice touch.

Everything was perfect at this hotel. All the amenities are really good. Good hospitality. Neat and clean rooms. Cozy and comfortable bed. Super prime location.. you have department stores, bakery, medicals and food shops next to this hotel. Lulu mall just 1km from this place. Only suggestion is to add 3 more main course varieties in food. Rest all awesome

Satisfied with their delicious food and their " Chef BT " for his unique dishes he tried and served for us. Comfortable with their suite room which was worth the money and the ambience staying out of town and chilling in their executive lounge bar made me relaxed. Overall a lovely experience. Hope to revisit again soon.

I stayed in the King Suite. The bedsheets were of excellent quality. So were the towels. They were not worn out by constant usage. Bathroom was very tidy and the whole suite was meticulously arranged and clear of foul smell. Great room service on order. They have an executive bar downstairs which tends to the customer very well. Food was good. Staff were polite. Its a quite place outside the busy city but an excellent spot of connectivity to all major places in Trivandrum.

Cosy and Ambient ... The location of this hotel is the biggest USP in my opinion...it's just a 2 min drive to the Byepass and also very close to KIMS hospital. The staff here are very courteous and attentive. The food is delicious too. Highly recommended!!

The food we enjoyed at the time of dinner was really delicious. Everything had a unique taste which we had ordered, nice arrangements and service from the staff while eating. We found nothing bad about this hotel. Needs more choices, and to have a buffet service. The interior is awesome and enjoyed the time at AMBARA🥰✌️

We had a comfortable stay at Ambara Suites last week. The staff is very cordial and Athira , at the frontdesk was extremely helpful. The room is spacious and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast spread was delicious, lunch and dinner options are plenty and well served. The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to railways station, temples and KIMS hospital. Average hotel with high prices now the dude will come replying we are a four star hotel blah blah...look brother four star hotel we have all been to better ones that too with a pool just claiming four star won't make the customer feel like four star

We had a wonderful experience of stay at Ambara. The rooms were very neat and tidy the the one wall could do with a fresher paint. But the remaining areas was spotless. We took two rooms and both rooms were very good. I would recommend the queen suites as it's more spacious and allows to persons to work and speak on phone easily. The food was good too. We tried Fried rice and Kerala Chinese items it was good. The star of the food was the Kerala fish curry meals which was excellent. The AC worked well through the night unlike many hotels. The service was quite warm across room service and front desk. We had to leave late due to Hartal call and the front desk was accommodative. Access is quite easy to most parts of Trivandrum. We had travelled across Trivandrum to meet friends and relatives. Access to NH 66 is quite easy. We are not a Lulu Mall person but it was accessible nearby. The parking was very good and security warm. They were more than willing to help. We really would choose Ambara over many other places for our next stay. Thanks to the staff to make our stay memorable.

Walking distance to KIMS hospital. Very good service. Food was slightly overpriced but tasted good and quantity was sufficient. Rooms were very clean and well maintained

3 of us stayed for rs3800 including breakfast and an extra bed. We felt it was completely worth the price. The lack of parking slot felt a little hard. Overall it was excellent

Our stay at the Ambara Hotel was very good , the hotel is very neat and clean and everything was sanitised. The staffs at the hotel were excellent and they responded quickly to our queries and needs. The receptionist Athira was very welcoming and she has a very good knowledge of the city.
