I stayed for three days. Initially they gave a room where AC was not working. Later they changed the room. Rooms were not kept clean and tidy. AC had no control, it was set at 18 and could not be adjusted. House keeping was not cleaning rooms properly. The bathtub was provided in the toilet but it was not functional and was supposed to take regular bath inside it. Room service was very late and food prices were too costly. Parking of vehicle may be an issue. As per my friend the hotel was very good 4 years back but some how it is not maintained well. The other things were good.

I have given treats to family and friends several times at the roof garden buffet and each time i have left the place perfectly satisfied. Had lunch buffet with cousins today and it was a remarkable experience 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 very tasty food. Great variety too. Absolute value for money and courteous behaviour by the staff. Great ambience overall 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Situated at nice location. The rooms are decent. The food is tasty. There was some maintenance work going on which made noise, but upon request they stopped it. Manager RINU FOS is very helpful & polite. Room service & other staff is also professional.

Pros: Rooms are spacious Attitude of staff is nice Cons: Its a very old hotel which really needs some maintenance. AC sounds like a jet engine and gave me a feel of sleeping in a flight the whole night. Bath tubs were broken. Very hard to insert a plug into socket. Coming to breakfast, they call it a buffet but only 2 items are there which tastes below average

Our experience with this hotel isn't pleasant.... From the moment we checked-in there was annoying drilling sound in the afternoon... When called the reception they said "renovation work going on". How is customer responsible for this. They charge so much for stay for this disturbance. When check for hot water in the bathroom that also not working.. Then for what are we charged so much. Really didn't expect this kind of service. Even in mid night 1:30 drilling work is going on... Despite complaining multiple time. This is disgusting This live-music (@5th floor) with such a loud volume in the night @10:00 is even more annoying... we are staying in 3rd floor but looks like our room is next to the archestra 😔😏. I am tired of complaining.

Visiting Trivandrum for first time & choose the hotel due to its location. Had booked standard ac room, but was upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. The room was very big then expected. The view from it was mind-blowing. There was some renovation work going on during our stay and the sound from that was a nuisance. Paid buffet lunch and dinner is available. We only took dinner buffet once and was quite good. Overall has a great time.

One of my favorite places for buffet. The rooftop restaurant is under renovation as I write this (05 Oct '23). The roof top is the best place for breakfast, lunch and dinner conversations. With a good view and the wind . Located at the centre of the city, Maurya Rajdhani is the ideal place for conferences, stays and food. I have attended seminars in the past and feasted at the rooftop restaurant. The staff is very cordial and they also have valet parking.

I have gone for a buffet dinner at Maurya. Location is very good and the services were good. Tasty food . There were some things to get more care on the cutlerys which they were serving. Reasonable price d overall experience was nice.

It was really pleasant stay at Maurya, staff were very helpful and supportive, some work going on, still we enjoyed staying there. Happy to recommend this Hotel, well organised and rooms are really good.

Hotel Mourya Rajadhani is an excellet 3 star hotel in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram City and situated on the side of Statue-General Hospital Road, which is just opposite to the Government Secretariate. The food served are of high quality but with very moderate rate. On June 3rd 2023, evening I had arranged a retirement party (get-together) for about 75 persons and the food was very delicious and a big Hall was provided for the meeting. Really best value for the money.

Beautiful views from atop the hotel. You can see almost all of the good old Trivandrum city from the rooftop restaurant. We went there for lunch but they had only buffet option (à la carte options were available, but would take too long, they said) The menu was ok enough - it had started turning cold in spite of being in the chafing dish. But the ambience made up for all of it though They said there is live music for dinner. Will have to go back to experience it sometime

I went there for a buffet dinner. Food was tasty. And it was 650 rs per person. To be honest i felt the available food options were on the lower side as compared to the price they are charging. And as it was rooftop, ac was not available and it was hot and humid

We went for dinner buffet... Had lots of dishes... Which was good...and the live counter was also there... Songs were played by singers there which i felt quite disturbing as the background music was loud... over all good 👍

This hotel used to be very good but this time we had a totally opposite experience The hotel on the whole seems mismanaged and the staff not trained. Rooms had soap , towels and other necessary items missing and we had to ask for them. It took ages for them to bring them, this is after lack of understanding and lack of awareness. Bed linen were stained, we had to change rooms 3 times. One bed had a spider on it. Broken kettles are kept in rooms and kettle spouts are filthy. Buffet breakfast is not available and we often got items we did not order for dye to their inconvenience. Room service staff have no idea about room service. They need to employ supervisors for everything and trained staff as well. Staff should be dressed well and presentable too.

Went for buffet. Very pathetic service. Food is good, but they hesitate in refilling. Have to shout and fight with them to get the food refill. Still did not get to know the taste of some pf the foods. These people should learn buffet service from Hycinth or SP Grand days who are far far far far better.

No other roof top in the city can match this hotel as it's in the heart of the city. Pocket friendly and plenty of options in food. Serious competitor to most hotels in the city. Good staff.

worst hotel service ever.. rooms are ok, but they charge you for snack that you never took, complimentary bf is a joke.. never deliver even a coffee to the room.. room keys don't work at all.. no hot water in the shower.. nothing.. the receptionist behavior was atrocious and rude, bill calculation was all wrong.. and they charge you for more than you stay.. don't take this place.. it will ruin your vacation for ever!

Me and my friends go for lunch and we selected buffet.. All the food items was so good and i think its really budget friendly.. Nice customer service... The way towards the hotel is little bit conjusted but hotel provides their own parking facility, so there is no worry for parking... It was a great day with my colleagues..

Location is excellent. Rooms are good, but very congested. Didn't meet the expectations. Water dipping AC. Bathtub isn't in a good condition. You can't collect the water in bucket and take bath. Must use shower, which doesn't have much height. Service is good. Didn't get a chance to taste the food.

See the room before you check in. I got a very small noisy room. Staff and service is good. But it was a horrible night. Need to improve a lot. One more thing, I found female hair and some glittery items from the bed. They said it is fresh room. But it was a lie. I made them to change all sheets. Pillow cover was damaged.

Value for money. But as they call 4* should improve certain points There was a broken tepoy in my room. Smaller rooms. There was no fridge in room But over all good atmosphere. Very good service. Good location. Good bar.

I recently went there for new year party. Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the staff. Appreciated from my bottom of my heart. Wish to drop in when ever I get a chance. The maurya rajadhani trivandrum Hotel was an excellent experience. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The location was great for getting around trivandrum center and the nearby areas. The breakfast buffet and dinner was also very good. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in trivandrum.

Hotel property location is very excellent. Rooms are not as per the price. Food is good but service is poor. It is a hotel to stay in urgency.

Overall experience was very good.. All were so helpful.. Receptionist Amalu and others helped providing timely service . Food was good. Especially the 5th floor. Enjoyed having food there with gentle breeze.. All staffs were courteous and assisted immediately.

Stayed there recently for an official training program and all the facilities were good. Rooms and conference hall all were well maintained. The food was also good during the stay.

One of the most affordable buffets in Trivandrum. Really worth the money. Budget friendly and the staff were really kind as well on assisting us. Looking forward to go again.

Attended 2 day function here. Friendly staff and good management staff, nice food and service. Neat and clean place. Parking is bit troubling. Help is assured near the main entrance. Whereas parking on right wing is too risky because of the big well like holes digged up for the road construction, too tight space and no help there.

Went for a lunch buffet and it was an average experience. Not having much ambiance. Also a very average menu. Very few items are only tasty and the majority of the items are for just count. Very less vegetarian dish options. Dishes are not properly displayed with veg/non veg indication. Overall an average restaurent. Limited parking space too.

Visited Maurya Rajadhani in the month of May. It was a good experience, even though not extra ordinary. Rooms are good and value for money, service is also good. Food taste was good. Buffet spread need to be improved while considering spread of other hotels in the vicinity. There is a good bar available as well.
