So I went to check in along with my family at this hotel “Akhil classic” but they did not let me check in because the hotel staff wanted to see my OCI card.I produced my australian passport along with Indian immigration arrival stamp and 4 other indian national identification docs of my family members but the receptionist did not let me check in as she was very adamant to see my OCI(indian visa) which I was not carrying with me. I have stayed at 7 diffetent hotels in last 10 days but had no problem but this hotel staff was very rude and gave us all very hard time and made us sit for 1 hour at their reception area with no fan and no aircon. I am very disappointed by the treatment I received by them and had to look for a place to stat for that night. We had very bad experience with this hotel and their inexperienced staff and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The team/receptionist lady is not qualified to handle very small issues and instead of helping, she would make fun of you in their native language with their other staff and give angry looks.

This is one of the best hotel of the city, I would like to give five star rating.Front office staff is very cooperative .The food here is also very tasty .All facilities are available in the hotel.I would love to use this hotel again

Only location is accessible to airport n Padmnabhswami temple. That's what one star is for. Asked for water bottles and 2 coffees in the night which never came. Breakfast just okay. Lift is too slow. If you have flight to board from here then get your luggage downstairs yourself. They are so slow you might miss your flight.

From the experience of an elderly couple for who I had booked the room . The Room is good . However the service level needs improvement to make this a better place to stay , especially for the elderly. In case you reach late night after 10 PM , there is no restuarant and they don't have anyone to buy food from outside and deliver to the room . So old people will find it difficult to walk to nearby hotels to have food . The room did not have milk powder to make tea and no one attends fast to supply this.

Rooms are small in size but all amenities are provided. Lack of Balcony Or large windows makes it uncomfortable sometimes. While checking out at 3.30 am in the morning, no one was at the desk or at security.

We had a wonderful experience. The service by the staff is good. They carried the bags to the room. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also very tasty. They served idli, wada, dosa, boiled eggs, tea/coffee and juices.

I loved the experience I had in Akhil Classic. The service they provide was really something I'll never forget..my family and I had the best time of our life there. The stay was peaceful. It is the worst experience I had. The services are extremely paethetic. The staffs won’t even help you out during the checkout. The room services guys are extremely rude too, doesn’t even respond to your requests, nobody would receive your calls too. Do not consider this hotel, because you would be disappointed

Booked the Hotel for 5 nights, The rooms were clean, room service was up to the mark, location is superb, near to Market. railway Station and Cimena Hall. Overall we had a very nice Experience in the property...and the food was also good.☺️☺️

Rooms are very Nice and clean. Both railway station and KSRTC bus stand are in walkable distance (500-600 mtr). Also, it’s nearby the famous Padmanabh temple. Although, Customer Service is not up to the mark, but ok.

Overall an okay experience. Definitely not a three star one. Rooms are small and cramped. Breakfast buffet is very limited. Parking situation is also bad.

For that price range what Akhil classic gave me was excellent. They were short of nothing. Everything including a mini refrigerator was available. The bathroom was well executed. The rooms were clean the staff were polite and the experience was one of the best comfortable stays I ever had. Would recommend Akhil classic to anyone.

Room was very neat and clean..everything was good and well satisfied..especially the Kohinoor restaurant was serving amazing food in delicious taste..the chef was very humble and detailed explanation abt the food..giving 5 star for the chef and food..

Best place to stay very friendly staff at trivandrum

Very nice hotel. Staff are polite. Their restaurant isnt working now. But they provide complimentary brkfast from other restaurant, which also tasted good.And provide in more than sufficient quantities. Facilities inside the ac room are more than good. Very well maintained. Only con maybe that one has to go outside for meals other than breakfasr. All in all, lives to its name..

We stayed at hotel Akhil classic for a day. they allwoed early checkin easily wihtout any trouble.The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staffs were very polite. The best part of hotel is its location, if you are going for Padmanabhan swamy temple this hotel could one of the best choice because temple is very close to hotel, 800 mtrs only. Only minus point of the hotel is they do no have their own kitchen for lunch and dinner but they provide decent complementry breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Kerala thali i didn’t like. Located nearby padmanabhaswamy temple and Trivandrum railway station, hence recommended those who have plans in mind.

Service and location is excellent. It's near by railway station, ksrtc Bus stand and padhmanaba swami temple also.. Rooms also very good and super cleaned. Needed some minute improvement for the lights and floor mats 😁.

I have stayed here twice. Very nice, all the basic amenities are present, the staff is very helpful. The food at the restaurant is also very good, one of the best Kerala meals. Would recommend.

Very good stay for 3 nights. 2 adults and a 9 year old kid. Used one of the Super clean large double bedroom and washroom in floor #4. Hot water available all the time. Reception always available and quick response. Buffet Breakfast ready at 8.15- 8.30. Ajesh arranges nicely. Bread n Jam, omelette, cornflakes n milk, Naadan items like puttu kadala, appam n chutney sambar and watermelon juice. Some days puri masala instead of one of the Naadan menu. Venue- terrace - super ambience. Closer to railway n bus. and autos ready very closer. Naadan lunch closer , Aries movie theatre 30 meters only. Soap shampoo towels available n pleasantly provided more on request. Mini fridge present (no extra charges). Only problem- exactly 1 or 2 mosquitos may trouble you. The rest is super. 4.5 out of 5.

Stayed with family for 2days 2 nights.... Paid full amount, when checked into room the toilet seat was broken which when told they repaired. Then the AC wsnt working properly they told it's like that which kept on making noise whole time. The fridge also wsnt working. The bedsheet wasn't changed the next day even after we told them to clean the room, even in bathroom just 1 bath towel was changed. The bedsheet was stained too. The receptionist would not talk properly from the beginning itself. When we checked out and were just about to enter our car the receptionist came and told us that we have to pay for the PEPSI that was kept in our room fridge. There was just a water bottle and a soda bottle in the fridge, then how can we have the so called PEPSI that she claimed we used. So we replied that we didn't use any as there wasn't PEPSI in the room. She was adamant that we used and that room service guys told her we used it, we again conveyed we dint use it but again she kept arguing that we used it. We had purchased a Pepsi the previous day and that was in the dustbin, so we told her if she mistook that can for their hotel. Then we told her when we paid the full amount without any discount we would not want to save some 50 or whatsoever rate is for that can. We then spoke to manyager who told maybe they got confused. We told them to check the can in the dustbin as the can which we purchased was a limited edition. And obviously they won't provide a limited edition to rooms. Yet after all this the receptionist never said SORRY for her behaviour. The minimum thing she could do was to atleast say a sorry. To you ma'am " people coming there aren't those who stay there for free, we pay you the full amount that you ask for and yet adjust to the poor services provided by you, yet you blame them for your own mistakes, show some respect to people coming there."

Stayed at this 3 star hotel for two days. It is near to Aries Plex Theatre. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Good room, comfortable bed and enough storage for bags and clothes. The food from their newly setup restaurant is tasty and delicious though you will have to order two hours prior as they prepare everything fresh. The receptionist at the Hotel lobby is helpful and courteous.

Though room was booked one month in advance and had called a day in advance-was late check in too- the AC was not working and it took him 45 minutes to send technician.Intercom was not working for a long time. Breakfast was not fresh/hot and we had to ask him to get fresh poories.Service was also slow.

Very nice and luxury type rooms with clean and good ambience. The restaurant of hotel is also good and tasty food is served. They served morning breakfast at rooftop which was very nice and very good surrounding view and we can see Swami Padmanabhan temple also for there.The hotel is located within 1km from the KSRTC bus station which is very nice and approx 15 mins walking distance to Shree Padmanabhan Swami temple.

Rooms and washrooms were very clean. Near to padmanabham temple. We asked them for picking up from kovalam beach, they asked Rs 1500/- for that which was never expected. In morning we visited the temple and due to heavy rush in the temple we could return to hotel at 10:15 am, as we booked room with brkfast, we rqsted them to give us the meal but they refused that brk fast was available till 10 am only. This was such a inhuman thing. Then we paid heavy amount for just idly and sambhar. This was very bad behaviour. Will never stay here.
