Stayed
with
family
for
2days

nights....
Paid
full
amount,
when
checked
into
room
the
toilet
seat
was
broken
which
when
told
they
repaired.
Then
the
AC
wsnt
working
properly
they
told
it's
like
that
which
kept
on
making
noise
whole
time.
The
fridge
also
wsnt
working.
The
bedsheet
wasn't
changed
the
next
day
even
after
we
told
them
to
clean
the
room,
even
in
bathroom
just
1
bath
towel
was
changed.
The
bedsheet
was
stained
too.
The
receptionist
would
not
talk
properly
from
the
beginning
itself.
When
we
checked
out
and
were
just
about
to
enter
our
car
the
receptionist
came
and
told
us
that
we
have
to
pay
for
the
PEPSI
that
was
kept
in
our
room
fridge.
There
was
just
a
water
bottle
and
a
soda
bottle
in
the
fridge,
then
how
can
we
have
the
so
called
PEPSI
that
she
claimed
we
used.
So
we
replied
that
we
didn't
use
any
as
there
wasn't
PEPSI
in
the
room.
She
was
adamant
that
we
used
and
that
room
service
guys
told
her
we
used
it,
we
again
conveyed
we
dint
use
it
but
again
she
kept
arguing
that
we
used
it.
We
had
purchased
a
Pepsi
the
previous
day
and
that
was
in
the
dustbin,
so
we
told
her
if
she
mistook
that
can
for
their
hotel.
Then
we
told
her
when
we
paid
the
full
amount
without
any
discount
we
would
not
want
to
save
some
50
or
whatsoever
rate
is
for
that
can.
We
then
spoke
to
manyager
who
told
maybe
they
got
confused.
We
told
them
to
check
the
can
in
the
dustbin
as
the
can
which
we
purchased
was
a
limited
edition.
And
obviously
they
won't
provide
a
limited
edition
to
rooms.
Yet
after
all
this
the
receptionist
never
said
SORRY
for
her
behaviour.
The
minimum
thing
she
could
do
was
to
atleast
say
a
sorry.
To
you
ma'am
"
people
coming
there
aren't
those
who
stay
there
for
free,
we
pay
you
the
full
amount
that
you
ask
for
and
yet
adjust
to
the
poor
services
provided
by
you,
yet
you
blame
them
for
your
own
mistakes,
show
some
respect
to
people
coming
there."
