It is a good place to rest while traveling.Booked via goibibo for an hourly stay. AC delux room for 6hours at rs1100. The rooms are small but well maintained. And had clean washrooms. It's a good choice if you are travelling with family and are looking for a place to get rest or refresh. It's close to Kim's hospital.

Very hungry so went. But here's my first and last time. Went for lunch in the afternoon, so cold. And ordered fish fry, it looked like it was taken out of the freezer. The bill was Rs. 305/-, which was not worth at all. I will never recommend anyone here.

My recent visit to the restaurant left me with a rather disappointing experience. Upon entering, we noticed that the place was nearly empty, with only one staff member present. When inquiring about lunch options, we were informed of their menu, which included meals, biryani, and other items. Opting for meals with fish curry, we were informed that fish fry wasn't available. Despite being told our order would be ready in a short time, it took approximately 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Anticipation turned to dismay as a plate with a few side dishes was presented. The avial, though hot, appeared far from fresh. My attempt to taste it revealed an unpleasant odor and a stale taste, raising concerns about its freshness. When inquiring about the preparation, the staff admitted to reheating it, displaying honesty but omitting the fact that it was not only reheated but also seemingly old. The fish curry was the real letdown – the gravy was acceptable, but the fish was undercooked, resembling raw fish rather than a properly prepared dish. For a restaurant situated in a prominent location, serving aged food is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope the establishment takes corrective measures to ensure the provision of fresh and high-quality food for their customers, fostering a more positive dining experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and I must say that the behavior of the reception staff was really impressive. They were extremely helpful and assisted me a lot during my stay. The room was decent, although I noticed that some of the furnishings seemed quite old. On the positive side, both the rooms and the bathroom were kept clean, which was appreciated. However, one drawback I noticed was that there were several broken bathroom fittings that were still functional but definitely in need of repair. It would be great if the hotel management could focus on maintaining the rooms better. Considering the price range, my overall experience was good. The helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room made it a comfortable stay. Still, I believe there is room for improvement, especially in terms of upgrading and repairing the facilities.

The restaurant service was very poor. We ordered porotta and they gave chappathi. They didnt have minimum manners to tell us that there is no porotta. Very bad service to the customers

We went to the restaurant here. Very horrible experience. We ordered our food and they kept us waiting about an hour to bring the food. Worst thing is that we ordered Parotta and they just brought us Chappati after all this waiting. They didn't even had the courtesy to inform us that they didn't had parotta.Very bad experience.

The Rooms are Good but cleaning services are not so good. Even after staying two nights, the smell of abandoned house never vanish-off. The Rooms are so small and you cannot place your things comfortably. During my presence, I felt like I am living in an abandoned hotel.

Very very horrible stay , i stayed 2nights , no cleaning, cockroaches in room, no hot water supply breakfast area nd breakfast was looks like homeless help center staff is very less nd not responding, washroom area very suffocating i request don't book this hotel even at free of cost else you will feel like cheated

Very very horrible stay , i stayed 1 nights with my family nd booked 4 rooms but all rooms was conjusted nd smell musty, no cleaning, washroom area very suffocating, tap was not working , breakfast was stale and looks like homeless help center, Towels and toiletries not provided. staff was not responding, i request don't book this hotel even at free of cost .

The room is very small and conjusted with very small bathroom. No ventilation, no hot water in room for bathing. Room service is also very poor. The food quality is good but no variety.

We have booked this hotel for 2 nights through local travel agent in Kalyan City. Rooms are too small, hence we couldn't manage our luggage comfortably in a room. We opted extra bed but they provided extra mat but they even not provided blanket with the mat. After requested they have given blanket. After sightseeing we came hotel after 5o'clock and requested for room cleaning but they refused to do saying room cleaning staff were serviced till 5o'clock only. There is no hot water provided in this hotel. They are saying that it will difficult to provide hot water for everyone due to solar system. It's depending on whether and your luck. This is really disappointed. Food quality was good.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and detail remain the same . The staffs are warm and welcoming. All the parts of the city are easily accessible from the hotel .I would definitely come back for the service.
