The service is pretty bad, because I only said for one night, and ordered water to my room and had to call several times to get the water. And in the restaurant I waited for more than an hour and then my food is served, and the drinks were served at the end instead of during the meal. To be honest it is a decent hotel, however there are way better options. Other than the service, the rooms, the view from the window, and location is pretty good, but there is not much car parking space.

We had a very good stay for 2 days at the hotel, everything about this place is commendable; be it the locality, access to public transport, food, staff, cleanliness etc. Only 2 things we didn't like are that the restaurant manager inside the hotel was reluctant to switch on sufficient air conditioning when we were having our food, we had come from the scorching heat outside. And secondly, we had asked the reception staff not to clean our room when we were out and neither did we put the 'clean my room poster' but when we came from out our room was already cleaned. Would totally recommend this place for family or decent bachelors! However note the above points and make sure doesn't repeat with you.

Receptionist Mr. Binu was a good person to handle the customers and very supportive.Restaurent service aslo feel good. Thanks to Mr.Binu and team for serving tasty breakfast. Happy with the room services and they clean my room second day also with good looking. Thanks all.🙏

Dont expect tasty food here..Dining room also not so great. If u have issues they won't bother to solve them instantly. Hotel location is in Prime Area in Trivendram. But has to improve in Hospitality and caring it's customers properly

the behaviour of reception staff is extremely bad. No human consideration While i check in the room the chip card wasn't working properly. I contacted the reception staff they asked me to go and collect spare key of the room . Their behaviour towards me as i were staying there without paying rent.

My experience over there was very very bad. Because food was too costly. I am telling you about their bar facility I ordered an omplate with two eggs they give an omplate. And i asked for the bill they gave the bill of rs 70. I asked the supplyer why it was 70. He told me that was an ac bar and television facility so we charge this amount for an omplate. I visited so many bar facilities for a long time they charge 40rs maximum they also have these facilities. I dont know why it was like that. After all its a local bar i ever visited

Good hotel, great service and amazing staff. The rooms are clean and are well maintained. They offer a pretty decent buffet breakfast for the guests. I felt the size of the room a little small, but if you are looking to stay for a day or two, this won't matter. You can avail 24hrs check in and check out option if you are booking the rooms directly with hotel. It was a nice experience in this hotel. It was a get together of my college. The fud was nyc and it is pre planned. So it was nyc. Wash room facilities are hygienic. My friend vishnu chettan recommended this spot. He is the duty manager in this hotel

Had a good experience at pattom royal.. well maintained and decent ambience also exceptional customer service was appreciated. Happy to suggest for a chat with peers or a better place to have a wonderful weekend plan with friends. Mr Arun and team are good in the maintaining customer relation all are service oriented.

Did a Birthday party here. Initially they said, they have parking for 40 cars. They didn't tell me they had another reception at the same time. None of my guests got parking, and outside it is impossible to park in this junction. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Most of the times we had to keep asking for them to serve more which was a very unpleasant experience for the price they charge for. They don't keep a word of their promise initially. So if you are going to do a banquet here, get everything in written and prepare to have your guests struggle for parking.

We 40 new teachers and our respected Teacher educators came here for a fabulous get together function food was excellent the hall also cozy and beautifully arranged service was excellent special mention thanks to Duty Manager Vishnu he arranged all for us. overall property was nice

We took a stop here on our visit to Trivandrum. It is very well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean and hygiene. Hotel staff were very responsive/friendly. There is a Restaurant within the hotel. Food was tasty for our dinner. But, for the breakfast, there is not much varieties and taste wasn't that great. It was just okay. I wouldn't prefer breakfast along with room.

Rooms or older, but good. Maintenance is not properly done. But the facilities are decent. Room service boys were not professional and tidy. Reception service and restaurant is good. We had breakfast there. good ambience with good food.

Overall, I had a great time at the hotel, the staff was quite helpful and the amenities were excellent, with amazing food. The room was clean and ideal. The executive Bar is my favourite, which has a nice ambience. The employees, especially Mr. Arun provided the best hospitality with delicious food. Kudos to the service, I would definitely visit again and recommend it to a friend.

It was a great experience and I’m really enjoyed. I came to know about this Hotel 3 years back still they maintaining the quality of service and service excellent. The Manager Mr Vishnu gave me good guidance in all aspects, thanks Vishnu for great service. Matter of fact the front desk manager and other staffs are very good and generous. My wife was very happy about the service, keep it up and in future I will stay only in Royal Pattom. Reasonable rates, thanks love you all .

The hotel is situated middle of the city … hot water was not coming into the shower and we complaint it 6.45 and the service person came at 7.45 and but still problem was not solved ,,,; breakfast taste was not good and in dinner soup was dry look like jelly… the bed was too small to sleep with couple and baby … but anyhow we adjust ourselves..

Booked a birthday party at this hotel. All arrangements were made by Mr. Raja, who was extremely helpful and accommodated all our needs with great hospitality. Food and service exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend.

Poor Check-In experience. No bellman to help us with our Luggage, rooms were full of mosquitoes and we saw cockroaches. They had no mosquito repellent. The toiletries were not replenished. Breakfast starts late.

Staying for 2 days as part of group tour. 3 star for rooms as there's no runing hot water 24x7. Hot water available only for a limited time from a solar water heater system.

Visited their rooftop bar. Ordered beer and beef.. Nothing special about the food but excellent ambience for a hang out. As of now we can watch football matches too..prices are slightly higher but its ok..

We were on a group tour and stayed here for 2 days. As we had our own arrangements for food, we were allowed to take our food at the roof top. While we were taking our lunch, workers were doing modification work with lots of sounds of grinding, hitting, nailing etc. Neither they nor the managers had any concern about the guests and their in convenience.

I choose this hotel just because it is near to the venue. The hotel had pretty good rooms and good service. The restaurant was good but pineapple Lassi was not up to the mark. Rice items curry items Tally means were all good. Complementary breakfast is available.

No Geyser For Hot Water, Have To Be Dependent On Solar System. Outside Noise Is More Prominent Even If Door Is Locked. No Balcony Available. Hotel Rooms Are Good Though.

Stayed there two times. First time we stayed for two days, the stay was okay, room was also okay though breakfast was late. Second time we found the staff behaviour at the reception desk rude and adamant. Found no hospitality or human consideration here. I felt that they concentrated more on the guest vacating the room than giving them a comfortable stay.

Don't have any idea about the rooms but the Executive Bar was good. Nice ambience in the heart of the city. It was not very crowded in the evening but not much choice when it came to beer.

I stay one night, they not provided drinking water after tree time requested or not said no/price water, after three time request they provide towel service is very bed, most of staff not understand hindi - English. In Wash room hot water facility available but not working properly. Drinking and hot water is need at first but this is bad facility. In ac rooms fan are not available, So we can't switch ac to non ac.

Nice experience, would have try them out once for dinner...food was okayish, can't vouch it's the best of meals or biriyani that we've had. Chicken roast and fish varieties are the one's to be tried. Their ambience is simple❣️

Nice hotel to stay. They charged around 2500 for a night. The room was neatly maintained and service was too good. Fixed an issue within a couple of minutes. Food ordered was not up to the expectation. The hotel is located in the city center.

Sumptuous and lavish spread of breakfast with a mix of local cuisine, continental and North Indian that caters to all taste buds. Chef and his team is well experienced and their skills can be seen on the food that is prepared which were well made with right amount of spices without compromising on the authenticity. I would love to try their dinner. Looking forward.

Good hotel. We stayed for one night and it was amazing. We had an infant with us and they were super supportive and they even helped us to prepare food for the baby. The staff are also very friendly.

A good hotel with accommodation in the heart of the city. Being centrally located, it's easy to access a number of areas in Trivandrum from here. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is good, but does not open in time. In summary, a good place to stay for a short visit to the city.
