I was booked a room in this "hotel" and when I arrived I was told by the man at the counter that I'm not allowed to stay because of my Israeli nationality. I have never handled such as racism. I love people of India and I was very shamed that there are still people that categorize other people by their nationality. I think the owner should shame himself and everyone who stay or cooperate with a place like this should know that before they book it. I love India and I hope India one day will be fully peaceful and tourists who visit to see the beauty of India won't need to handle cases like this.

Very bad hotel. If you run a travel agency and you have to send your guest to this hotel, do not send it at all. These people don't even give good food nor enough to satisfy the hunger. And talk so rudely and argue so much. You will regret if you book here There is no scope to complain to their manager. It is very useless. Don't even give a chance to speak. He himself goes on talking. I will never go to this hotel again in my entire life Nor would I recommend anyone to go there.

This hotel situates in the midst of a crowdy noicy dusty market area. There is a kitchen in the hotel but not a restaurant in meaning and utility. Tariff is high and the management is greedy. Nobody would choose this hotel after seeing and verification. They are running only with guests who come through app booking. Me too happened to be inn as a mistake.

Couldn't give less than this as nothing less available. I won't suggest this place even to my enemy. We booked rooms and conference Hall. Forced to shift it half way through as roof gave in. Non AC hall without fan is there highlight. Staff suggested us not to drink water here. You can imagine the level then. Worst hotel. Wonder whether this can be called as hotel.

Don't come overhear room is to small no service provide by hotel stall only two ppl are in the hotel on is reception person and one he bell boy. If u call them for any query the will answer after 4 to 5 hours service is so poor. And cost of money is to high so don't book this hotel

booked this hotel due to very positive reviews on the net. Except proximity to the railway station, nothing positive to book the hotel. The person at the desk si not interested to answer your queries. The room service was pathetic. The blankets were with holes. The toilet pan was broken. The surrounding area is not good. You should avoid this if travelling with family

Nice place to stay walking distance from tiruvandrum railway junction & bus stand . Enjoyed staying there.

Located at the backside of trivandrum railway station about 1/2 km to the hotel, better to walk an ideal hotel to stay for two to three adults but a family of four I would not recommend staying there as the rooms are quite small in size I have uploaded a photo of it. The tariff was quite costly Rs 3000 per day with AC ( we went during attukal pongala festival, the high pricing may be due to the demand) regarding the tariff I would recommend to check online or call the hotel reception. The other amenities include free wifi ( which goes on and off). There is a hotel downstairs did not have a chance to sit and eat there as it was closed due to other reasons but the ambience of the hotel is good. Another plus is the staff they are quite helpful and anything we ask for will be delivered as soon as possible. The rooms are quite clean and neatly maintained. One problem we faced was the auto drivers and local people are not aware of the hotel and we had to tell them the route and another major problem is that there is no lift service and we had to walk a flight of stairs to reach our room so old folks don't choose this hotel if you are not able to climb stairs. I would personally recommend this hotel for two adults but for a family better to see other options

Located near to railway station. Rooms are cheaper. Bt not at all clean. Average rooms, and it smells like a government hospital. Cant recommended.

Rooms are okay with budget, manger uncle was flexible in checkin and checkout time. We initially planned to stay for 1 night but then continued to stay there. Place is little away from temple but at the same time 1.5 km away from temple and close to railway

Very bad Services. There is no wifi connection, very small bathroom, no food facility. Worst place to stay. Don't waste your money. Room is very small and they charge very high.

I like : Service Room AC I don't like: Atmosphere Room , it's quite old and not. maintained well. Me & family only use the room for fresh-up. I recommend this if you guys do the same.

I have booked this hotel on 10th Dec.2023 in Rs.1600/- for double bed AC room. On 10th Dec.2023 I have contacted the reception desk five times and settled every thing. But on 11th Dec.2023 when I reached the hotel with bag and baggage they started demanding Rs.1800/- for the same room to which we were agreed to pay Rs.1600/- just on previous day. I refused to fulfill their unreasonable demand and preferred to stay in some another hotel. So be aware of the pressure politics and unreasonable demands of the owner at the 11th hour.

I went Trivandrum with my family from Mangalore. We already booked rooms here with advance payment, when I reached here they told us that they can't give rooms to stay and we shocked 😦why did they do this to us. And they refunded it. It is so difficult moment for us.Atlast we called nearest lodge and got a non- AC room.

Only positive about the hotel is its location. Walkable distance from the railway station. The rooms doesn't looks like the photos you see on website and in google maps. Don't expect restaurant to function. Has to buy water from outside also!

Average hotel , no lights , nobody there , room without AC 900 ruppees. Very costly, no food, no restaurant nearby-

I visited twice, very much impressed by the staff and behaviors. It also very near to the Railway station and 24 hours transport facility available.

Hey guys...don't just go to this hotel..the owner talks so harsh and ..all fo a sudden I had to cancel the booking and I asked for a refund of my advance amount of ₹500, they said..it's not possible and it has gone into their accounts..they would manage if we visit next trip to trivandrum..so bad..I never expected this Just refer any other hotel..not this one..

The room and ac was ok but during check out they tried to give me bill on which date was incorrectly marked..i reach3d on june 5th evening but they marked it on the bill as 6th morning as check in time..when questioned they said software issue, technician has to come n fix it etc..waited for nearly one hour after that i had to leave as there was a meeting scheduled..i had to.come back to the hotel again in thr evening to collect the bill...i know it was not the software thingy..they were trying to forge bills for whatever reasons may be..i lost considerable time and the staff there was like no use for customers..
