Very Bitter Experience with this place. Had booked a room on goibibo for 4 nights & also made the payment. Had been trying to contact the hotel since past 2 days through goibibo. They told me nobody from hotel is responding. Atlast after several attempts I got their owner no today evening. He was very casual when i asked him regarding my booking. His answer was tomm is harthal and no guarantee if u will get the room. And also he told i need to carry rtpcr report if i need to check in. Though i told him i had taken both vaccinations he told they will not accept that. Highly risky to book in this hotel. Better to avoid stay here

very comfortable location without any humming of traffic.Neat and tidy room.It was an apartment earlier and converted to lodging.There is a separate spacious dining area. Soap, Turkish towels N body wash provided.Only shortcoming is lack of a restaurant. The free breakfast they are providing to the room is bought from some other restaurant.

Located near AKG centre, Palayam. Easy to locate and in the city too. service is good. there is nothing much to complain. Got parking area and the area is in CCTV camera surveillance. Room kit was bit disappointing. Other than that everything is fine.

This hotel haven't got nothing much to boast about. The room that I got was conjusted. They didn't even had the leaflet describing the phone number of reception, which is a standard issue for all Oyos. The staff was not courteous.

Fantastic staffs, very clean room and we'll maintained rooms. Very Friendly staff . I had come to write an exam here in Trivandrum and there was hartal going on , no autos no cabs and no buses , the property manager Mr Dilip dropped me to the exam center . Very kind and sweet of him.

The linen was not clean and has lots of holes, the pillow cover was not washed properly. Was not happy with the stay. Not as in the OYO detail page picture, was shocked by seeing the room.

Uthradam towers is a good option to stay while in trivandrum. Friendly staff... Clean n comfortable stay. Quiet place but good accessibility as well. Have stayed twice n would recommend others.
