Booking was done using an app which shows medium quality interior and bathroom. I checked both the Guest review photos and hotel posted photos but the photos was not enough to understand the quality. The whole room was covered in micro dusts. I'm alergetic to dust started sneezing immediately. The case of bathroom was the worst of all very dirty and smelly I don't know how I withstand that till checkout. I was forced to take steroid anti alergic tablets. The staff was very friendly that's why I'm giving two stars for this hotel.

Went in for lunch and ordered fish curry- meals. It was very basic and not tasty at all. Looks like hardly anyone goes there. The security at the gate was not even bothered show us the way in as we looked confused as to where to park. There are no clear signs whatsoever. When he was sure that we ARE going to this place, he laboriously got up from his comfortable slouch and told us to park anywhere, basically right in front of the entrance, but don't block the way. 🤷 The kitchen looked dormant and looked like it suddenly came to life when we went in. Lots of value meals and combo deals were displayed on the walls and windows, but not sure if they attracted many visitors. Thus place badly needs to be getting up on their feet and running if they mean business.

Location is good. But rooms are okay.. managable. but service is not that great. you have to ask for everything. for cleaning, even turning the lobby lights..breakfast is worst. they don't have restaurant.

The hotel is very good, neat and clean. It was a pleasant stay at Trivandrum. The hotel staff Mr. Aneesh was very humble and polite at his service. Thank u for the nice stay.

very bad.... its not value for money. Service is not that great. You have to ask for everything. for cleaning, even turning the lobby lights..they dont even have complimentry breakfast after taking a suit room...if ur looking for budget hotel dont look for this..this is overpriced...

Nope , Manager Jittesh is disgusting, no manners, this guy cannot speak English , Hindi, Tamil , Telugu. He behaves like rude landlord , even he is not! I wonder how was he hired as manager with no hospitality behaviour. AC was not working properly ( just imagine we stayed in summer time ) complained many times all they had was a sly laugh. Worst is you won't find Fans in rooms , they say it's new concept ( i stayed in 5 star hotel s Sheraton, blue Radisson etc , they have fans ). House keeping- they won't clean room daily unless you ask them Wash rooms they won't do it regularly, Tea or coffee- don't order you get boiled water . Shower taps won't run Full with flow., we had seen dirty black water flowing from tap. Hotel is new built , the owner should train his staff and must fire manager as he is hurting hotel business with attitude which is not acceptable , bcz we are paying MONEY! we expect decency and courtsey - Kumar , Advocate High courts AP. Location is good near to station n temple.

Rooms not cleaned bedsheets dusty. No water bottel and kettle electric available on arrival in room annoying.

Very comfy rooms. We stayed here as we wanted the nearest location to the temple. Worth the money. The rooms are super clean and more beautiful than the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place

I was in the hotel for 3 days with my husband. We stayed in a queen suite room. Well equipped and maintained room. It was a pleasant stay for us and the food was really homely. The courtesy of staff is appreciated. I feel like a 4 star service. The special thing is everything near by... Phadmanabha temple, main bus stand, Railway station, city centre, shopping centres, film theatres almost everything.. We really love the hotel SEVEN HILLS....Thanks!

Good rooms at nominal price double bedroom with a/c around 2200/-

I am not happy with the room, AC is not working Hot water is not working.dont plan to stay

AC ( wifi connected) and was somehow switched off twice in the middle of night... Except for that everything was gud

At this cost the rooms facilities are gud ok.. But parking area is very less and no hotels & coffee shop they said they are on construction now. (But they mentioned that all the facilities are available) Room service is very very poor..not providing the essential things after I asked they are hesitated and refusing.

Room are very neat, service is also very nice car parking and lift is available

Rooms were good, but the house keeping should be more efficient. Toiletries were very cheap. Just a Medimix soap and a Clinic Plus shampoo. No dental / shaving kit. Breakfast quantity and quality should improve. Staff is courteous, especially the Front Office. Infact Akshay of Front Office dropped me in his bike to the bus stand. I thank him for that. Mr. Shiju (Manager) was equally supportive and understanding. On the whole, it was a memorable stay.
