We went many times directly to attend meeting in this hotel at their conference hall.Ambiance is really good. We get good variety of tasty food served as per our wish, like north Indian, South Indian(especially tasty kerala Sadhya), chinese and so on. Really appreciate their service. Staffs are customer friendly. Rooms are kept very neat and clean.

Hotel location and room is also good. Taken only breakfast which was complimentary and it had very limited menu, ideally, puri, or bread.staff behavior is very good and they are ready to do any help. It's a very old, but renovated property and O enjoyed my stay there. Currently renovation is going on

Good place and comfy rooms to stay in at OYO Rates. But the reception and room service was a disaster. We checked in at 11 midnight and asked for toiletries to take a shower and unfortunately after various calls they served it by morning 9.00 am. And gave a message that complementry breakfast will be over by 9.30. that was somewhat intimidating. But they managed to serve breakfast until 10.00. So make sure you get all the room stay when you check in. People seemed quite irresponsible.

As we reached Kerala, our local friend picked up for a escorted tour of Trivandram. For lunch we told him we wish to taste the local food and the feel the ambiance of local hospitality. He suggested us to take to a place which he told us, will give us the feel if authenticity. He took us to Trivandrum Hotel for our first day lunch at Kerala. A old time heritage hotel, right in the heart of the city. As you approach and enter the hotel you feel the flavor of the Trivandrum Architecture. Very quite though near to busy activities. They have two separate restaurants for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. We chose the vegetarians one, as our friend is vegetarian, the name of the vegetarian restaurant is Turmeric. It has beautiful ambiance, spartan decor but totally traditional and wooden. Immaculately and traditionally dressed ladies served of lunch on banana leaf. We enjoyed one of the finest ethnic Travancore cuisine both visually and by taste. Price-wise it is bit higher side considering in is in south India and being vegetarian. The service is nice and overall experience is great.

Good rooms and location is spot on from the city. But the cleanliness could have been better. Specially the toilets. Cordial staff. Once i had an issue of making the whole payment and booking the hotel. It was confirmed but when arrived at the hotel they were saying all rooms are over its overbooked and u have to leave and check for other hotel which was a terrible situation and a very bad act from the side of the hotel.

Good Room. Easy to reach. Breakfast quality is average. Providing a good restaurant service. Easy to accessible to the main attractions in TVM. Bed linen was not clean as much expected. Bathroom also good. Especially the staffs behavior was pretty good. Really helpful staffs.

You ll get good sadhya here. There is complete sadhya meal as well as fish curry meals. It food is extremely tasty and healthy. Menu has a variety of items, both Chinese, north Indian and south Indian. The resting has a very good ambiance. Price is reasonable and service is really fast.

Had the misfortune of going to this hotel for dinner on 24 Jan 2020. The restaurant is a breeding room for mosquitoes. There were atleast a thousand mosquitoes in the hall, feasting on the guests. The food was sub standard and forgettable. I should say the staff was apologetic and doing their best in the given circumstance. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Some foods are really great while some others are not up to the mark now a days . Every food used to be marvellous when the hotel just started. Reduce the oil content in fried items. Kadala curry didn't seem to be nice when I visited the last time. Appam, kappa, puttu, chicken perrattu were so delicious 👌👌

Delicious food. Non vegitarian foods are awesome. Please try their beef fry to enjoy the hidden tastes. Lot of local traditional foods such as Appam, Puttu, Kappa etc. Lot of space, not much crowded. One of the best places to try an evening eat out.
