Stayed there for a night. Rooms appeared congested and low in light. Ambience was not comfortable for my 1 year old kid. We canceled the second night stay and fast forwarded return journey. They have restaurants which provides free breakfast for certain rooms . Our room class didn’t qualify for free breakfast. One plus point is very near to city center and secretariat. Parking is also very tight which natural for that area

The rooms are not enough spacious and the most irritating thing is the light they provided for the room. Only warm light is available which is also very dim. At the night it's hard to use devices as it makes very difficult for our eyes. The cleanness of the room is good. Another good thing about the hotel is their cafeteria where we can avail buffet breakfast by including that while booking the room. The foods served is fresh and tasty. 3-4 varieties are included.

A very horrifying experience! Rooms are congested. Very dim lights provided. Bathroom towels were dirty. Bed spreads & linen were dirty and the extra bed had stains on them when provided for our stay. We were booked on complimentary breakfast but just because we arrived 15 mins after their close time the restaurant abstained from providing us breakfast and after a number of requests made by us we were provided dosas! The hotel refused to refund the complimentary breakfast charges too! We had to spend the entire night in the hotel with no electricity as the electricity has tripped and the irony is though the hotel staff knew that the electricity had tripped no one came to fix it! The most important part to note is the rude behaviour of the hotel manager I being an avid traveller through my personal experience will never recommend this hotel to anyone whether travelling solo or with family

Food and stay is good. But nightmare if you checking out early morning. The guy on counter refused to bring your luggage down and you have to carry your luggage all the way from 3'rd floor. We had kids alongwith still he didn't touch the luggage by saying you have to manage your luggage as we don't have ground staff available. Finally Auto driver came to rescue but this so called manager didn't helped by saying I don't have authority to bring down luggage. I dont recommend such place who don't value it's customer.

Booked through Goibibo. Got good deal and was satisfied with the hotel. Smooth check in. Good service. Safe for women. Superb location. Auto available right at the door step. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Food is tasty. Will highly recommend.

Had lunch at the Hotels restaurant, it was amazing the food ,the atmosphere the seating everything. I would say the best restaurant to have food in statue junction. Having gone to many restaurants in statue (they have been horrible) I found this absolutely worth it ,might as well call it a bargain since I only paid 158 rs for a fish curry meal. There is a huge TV also in the restaurant fully air-conditioned and for this price you would be wasting your money if you go anywhere else.

Well managed, good service, adequate tasty buffet with combination of Kerala vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Fish was especially good. Aviyal and thoran also.

There is shameless think I noticed that they charge for water bottles for guests except 1 bottle for entire day , that mean they indirectly saying that u have to adjust with 1ltr water for consuming with 3 members . I booked a suite room for 3days 2nights , but when I asked for water bottle the service boy bought a water bottle with a bill of Rs.28/(above MRP ).

Great place for your family to stay when you are in trivandrum. It's just 200 mtrs from central rs and within 1 km from Padmanabha temple. Service staffs are well mannered and helps you to carry luggage to room. Room service is also superb .

Hotel Town Tower a decent place to stay for a few days. The room I got was near and clean, clean bedsheets and toilet. The lights are ok ,could have had atleast one bright light, however opening the curtains would immediately brighten up the room. The AC took some time to cool. The food was just awesome. Great taste and good service. The fish curry meals was like a sadhya. Even if you don't stay there , one should definitely visit the restaurant at Town tower.

The food at the restraunt was fantabulous....the chef deserves a raise!! The only reason to go to town towers is the restraunt...the rooms were subpar, housekeeping poor, the linen was of bad quality!! Request hotel management to take stock!!

Closest location to Thampanoor Railway station and KSRTC bus stand... Clean hygienic and complementary breakfast is yummy with different varieties.. nice behaviour of front desk, room service and restaurant.. recommended for short stay in Trivandrum.

Located to the heart of city Towne tower is a good hotel with a decent restaurant. Whole trivandrum town is easily accessible from here. Rooms are not that spacious, but are good. Good for family, business and solo traveller, if you are looking for a decent hotel with a limited budget.

Medium ranged hotel with an excellent restaurant facility. Good staff, service and ofcourse management. Parking space not sufficient.
