I didn't stay here, but wanted to book here for 2 months seeing reviews. After calling for the 5th time they said it's confirmed but nothing was sent as confirmation, I called so many times to send something as proof atleast once but never responded. I reached TVM(Trivandrum) and called several times to send location (because they had two locations, google was showing only one), but as usual it was zero response. It was a worst customer service even before I come, so dropped the plan to your place and searched for best one who was responsive and kind enough (which I got in less than a day). But I'm very thankful to you still, because of your irresponsibility I got a best place to stay 🤭.

I was looking for a furnished apartment for my three days stay at Trivandrum, i googled and could find that Trivandrum service apartments are located in the heart of the city near M G Road. I have booked the stay with them, i reached the premises which was opposite to hotel Hilton Inn, the building mas multi storied and there was no board at all, but i called them in the contact number provided, i could collect the keys from the security and was guided to my room. I was surprised to see the room provided to me (7E), the room was full furnished and it was a rich and posh one. The room was a fully air conditioned studio apartment with kitchen utensils for cooking, water purifier and washing machines were there. The view from the balcony is super, in night i could enjoy the beauty of Trivandrum city. Overall three days i have enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back again to stay with them. kudos team for maintaining cleanliness and freshness of the room. Keep it up.

Whenever we had the opportunity to visit trivandrum we used to stay in stayzone apartment bec of the standard, cleanliness but this time im totally unhappy with their service,balcony is completely unusable as it is covered in bird excrement 🙄. No wifi, no cable connection.arrogant security guards.

These apartments are located middle in the heart of Trivandrum city. The location is very good which is near to Govt. Secretariat and opposite to Hotel Hilton Inn. Railway station and KSRTC bus stand is within 2 Kms, Airport in 5 Kms. We reached the apartments before noon. There was amble parking facilities in the building. Lift access will help to reach our booked apartment. I have booked a two bedroom apartment and it was silent, neat apartment in such a location. The apartment is well furnished`with all facilities - it felt like a home away home for me. Both the bedrooms and living are are equipped with A/c's. The Led TV was 40". The washrooms were neat and clean, even the floor was kept dry. They provide shower gel and a set of towels for each wash room. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery and other utensils. Oven, Induction cooker, refrigerator, water purifier, washing machines were present in the apartment. Overall the stay was nice and we would stay again for a home like experience

I stayed at a studio apartment for ~2 months while in Trivandrum for work. I felt extremely comfortable and safe the entire time (despite staying alone), and the place reminded me of the apartment I had in NYC. There were security guards at the entrance 24/7, and the building has a great central location with easy access to shopping and supermarkets. Additionally, the apartment managers were always available to answer any questions or concerns...and also to give good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Western-style amenities at a more affordable rate than that offered by hotels. I will be staying here again when I return toTrivandrum!

The best comfortable stay at heart of the city. I have been to Trivandrum many times and don't know why I missed this place till date.. The location is the master piece. Just opp hotel Hilton near nabard and cantonment police station. I booked a single apartment and reached there at early morning 2 o clock. Mr Jayakrishnan - a cool and courteous person- didn't mind my call at that odd time and guided me correctly to the place. The single bhk apartment is cozy with a living room, dressing place, well stocked kitchen and a good air conditioned bed room. There are no negatives and we really enjoyed the stay, will come back and will recommend to everybody.

A good place in near the assembly. I stayed here for the mrcp exams held at hilton. Its just opposite to. Now coming to the place, the place is a studio apartment. Clean and neat. Good air con. There is a small balcony from where we can see hilton. The service is okey. Food we need to order or maybe eat out. Good value for money. If you need to visit trivandrum for anything official, id recommend this place.

Trivandrum Service Apartments is one place that is clean, accessible, and elegant, all at the same time. Last year, I had plenty of guests flying down to Trivandrum to attend my engagement. It was important that I find space in the city that doesn’t print charges for services that we don’t even know about. That’s when the 1BHK and 2BHK service apartments came to the rescue. It was indeed the best place in Trivandrum for the long stay.

Spacious 2 BHK furnished apartment. Good for family stay. Need improvement in certain areas. Lot of dust was present on sofas. No toiletries like shampoo or soap was present. Heater was not working.

This is my third visit to stayzone. This time i was really dissatisfied. Booked a 2 BHK for my family. No t.v connection. No wifi. No gas connection. A.c in the hall was not at all working. The floors were dirty. The flush in closet was not working properly. Overall dissatisfied with the room we got this time.
