Good hotel super service but the road to this hotel was too narrow with high traffic

One of the Best hotel I visited in Trivendrum, near to Trivendrum railway station/KSRTC bus stand. Near to market. Walkable distance to Sri padmanabhswami temple. They have Bar and restaurants. On top floor , food is good and reasonable priced. Courteous staff and polite gesture. Rooms are big and best place to stay at Trivendrum.

Nice behaviour by receptionist with me although he was not able to talk with me in Hindi, but talked to me. Housekeeping of rooms should be on daily basis.

Just an average hotel, don't expect any kind of room service. In a few rooms AC will not work, management will not bother about that. They just need money. Once you take the room from them they will not give any kind of service. If you don't have other options then stay on this hotel.

Very bad service. Hotel worker's was drunk. A. C not good. Bed metres was very bad or torn. Gave old bath towels.Drinking water was not available. Staff members behavior was too bad. They want only money no services was provided according to money. Strongly not recommended. Check out time was not appropriate. They were making fool to outsider of Kerala. Be aware. Don't believe on auto drivers.

Nice hotel in Thiruvananthapuram with good staff and clean rooms and it's all very cheap in entire Thiruvananthapuram.

I stayed here from Tamil Nadu on 29-12-22. I was not given the receipt for staying in the hotel. Room charges are also high. I don't appreciate it.

Good place to have beer and chill . Rooftop is better with good view outside during the evening.

The windows had several missing panes. Toilet jet was missing, AC temp could not be adjusted. Loft to 2 floor was intermittent and not adjusted by 3 inches. For Rupees 1600 poor value. Time will tell if things get better.

Their chicken biriyani was of good quality and quantity. Really worth for the money paid.

They have a beer parlour at rooftop and smoking is allowed. Don't have much varities of beer. Rates are good and affordable compared to others. Good snacks option are also available.
