Don’t let the photos fool you. The entire property is under construction. They don't even have a restaurant working in their premises! Everything is shut in the Hotel. You literally have to call for food from outside & go downstairs to collect the food every time. Dark & Dingy hotel with outdated interiors. Unhygienic bathrooms & scary looking bedrooms. Cracked beds and worn out furniture overall. Feels like living in an historic museum. Hot water doesn't work. Could go on & on, but save yourself some trouble by skipping this destination.

The location of this hotel is too good. Food quality is also appreciated. The staff is polite and professional. However the hotel has its drawbacks. The Hotel badly needs to be renovated, right from the carpets, bathrooms and even the bed. Facilities like swiming pool is not operational. If location is your priority then this is the hotel for you.

Excellent location. Just a few hundred metres away from Sri Padmanabha swamy Temple. The rooms are also satisfactory in terms of size and amenities. The biggest drawback is the ABSENCE of CEILING FANS in the room. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Positives, 1. Room cost 2. Location is very near to temple and all the attractions within the city. 3. Neat rooms, linen changed everyday. 4. Hotel staffs are very kind hearted and accomodating. 5. Early check-in by 2 hours was accomodated free of cost without any noise. Negatives, 1. Rooms have centralized AC with minimum temperature of 20 celcius, fan is not there in any of the rooms - Fan is really required for trivandrum climate. 2. Water in bathrooms were green and slightly stinky. Looks like water comes from a well which isnt maintained properly or infected with algae.

Poorly maintained property. Windows are all sealed and very suffocating. You feel caged in the room. In the name of renovation they are ruining guests. Not at all acceptable. Passage is very stinky and plywood is on the floor with carpets on it. Totally bad experience. Anytime lift may crash. Never ever luciya trivandrum.

It was one of the worst hotels that I have stayed on this trip. It was only make up. We went around 10PM, we were very tired, it was close to Padmanabaswamy temple so we didn't look for more options. Mattress was too springy, when we asked they said this is how all rooms are. In the morning we noticed that the shower was not working, due to darshan timing, we have to rush. So we have managed it. Once we returned we complained and vacated the hotel and booked another hotel. No complimentary breakfast, we have to pay extra for that.

we booked saj luciya for our trip to trivandrum for two days 21 and 22nd dec. The stay here was very bad, the hotel is under renovation. The lobby to rooms is completely messy and work is in progress so there is very bad smell coming across all the rooms, the lobby looks like some horror movie , it feels scary at night as very few quest in hotel. The rooms are comparatively small and has centralized AC which do not cool properly and the room feels very suffocating. i had to ask for table fan at night as they don't have celing fan. Even the water quality was not good. There was very few staff in hotel, no one to carry the luggage we had to carry by our own. the Hotel management must have completed the renovation first before accepting the booking as it is very inconvient to the quest. i would not recommend to book this hotel for now.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for a short time and we were impressed with the spacious and well-maintained rooms. Although we did not have advance booking and had to opt for the more expensive suite rooms, we found the facility to be worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only negative aspect was that there is a bar adjacent to the hotel which can be noisy at times. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

It is and it will be one of the worst hotel stay that I had anytime in my life. Hotel staff (receptionist) is rude and unprofessional. Don’t understand how come they are starred 4. It was only a make up. We reached around 23:00. The way they treat the guests are like beggars and that the guests are asking them for their favour. Show some respect to guests (no way). You will never get that here. Bcos they are probably aware of hotel location and benefits. (Near to Temple) They have some strange policies. But none of them are displayed or even not available on request. So guest have only one option, that is to believe the staff blindly. (receptionist). So what ever they are trained to say is FINAL and no one can question or verify. No complimentary breakfast, we need to pay extra for that. (As informed). Am not gng to try that for sure. The innocent staff who accompanied us to the room told me verbally that intercom number “x” is for reception. When i asked, it should normally found in the intercom directory and instructions booklet, reply was strange. (finally told the innocent boy that i dnt hav that much memory to remember all those numbers and he wrote to me on a piece of paper.

The rooms were nice and big for the price I paid. The location is near to Padmanabhaswany temple which is great. Coming to service, worst experience. The receptionist asked in case we had taken the floor mat. My question is who will take the floor mat home. I am doing a week-long journey to 3 other holy places in south india and none asked me this kind of cheap question.

Rooms are good, better than average and clean. The smart tv made the stay even better! But the restaurant in here is amazing! Good food, good style, and extremely clean. Overall I liked the stay very much!

Smelly room. Wifi doesn't work all day on 1st floor on my room even after calling Staff for help. Drilling sound at 330 in the afternoon over my head. Windows are sealed. No ventilation. Staff is ok and helpful otherwise.

The location is great. Walking distance to Padmanabhaswsny temple. Most importantly the GM Mr Anu is fantastic at handling guests and will ensure he and his team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Jaya at front desk was very helpful. Great people to stay with

Room was clean, and room service was also good. Location wise very gud, near to Padmnabhan temple. Only drawback was a foul smelling coridor.

Luxury rooms and friendly staffs. Perfect for family and couples. Pricey if you're booking without an offer. A large pool facility is available and also restaurant.

I have booked the rooms through phone call and the conformed the room are available…Me and my family after driving 200km when we reached the hotel they told there is no rooms available and we have to search for another hotel. During the call itself I have asked the to make sure that the rooms are available or not, that time the person who picked up the call conformed the booking by asking my name, phone number and place where we come from. After all this when we reached they told no rooms are available and it made to struggle me a lot. Everyone who’s going to this hotel should make sure the booking conformation And what I noticed is that they have a bar just in thre ground floor and local peoples and roaming and I prefer not to go with family

shree padmanabh swami temple, attukal bhagwati temple, wax museum, trivendrum central railway station all these are very nearby. Staff behaviour very good, very helpful. clean and well maintained property. Guard is always avilable at the hotel gate and he is also very helpful. so many amenities in the room. But they have centralised AC and it was not properly cooling the room. Don't know others were also facing this issue or not. They have provided us a table fan after which we could sleep. Bed mattress quality was not good. According to price range good hotel

I usually prefer Saj Luciya over other hotels near the Padmanabaswamy temple because of their reliable service and good reputation. Rooms are more than decent for a 1star property. 5-10 mins auto ride from the bus stand or the TVC Thiruvananthapuram Central. The icing is the close proximity to the Temple complex and Kuthiramaliga. Rooms are clean and quiet. Lovely staffs and helpful team members. Good range of biotique toiletries as well. Usually I stay here so that I could get to the temple early in the morning at around 3:30 AM. The only drawback is the bar that’s in the lower ground floor. It’s more or less like a local bar. It’s a bit unsafe during late evenings but there’s always security guards around. This might be turn down for families to stay here. Rest assured, it’s a comfortable place in the heart of the City.

Located pretty near to the Padmanabhaswamy temple, and the rooms are pretty decent. When I stayed there last year, no food were served. We had to go to nearly restaurants, but other than that the stay experience was quite nice and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to anyone, who wants to visit the temple pretty early in the morning (by walk)

Walking distance to the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Hotel is decent given its pricing. Should’ve a dental kit (wasn’t available). The extra bed was damaged. Has its own parking area, pool, meeting hall.

Fantastic ambience and excellent service . We have planned to stay for a day but we extended one more day just for the room and it's proximity to Padmanabha Swamy temple, prepaid auto service, market, the room features ,etc. The room and the things provided there gavw us amazing feel and it will be a memory.

Damn the place was soooo good and I got a killer deal at goibibo - 2k double bed AC for 1400 only. Blown away by the rooms, facilities, and cleanliness. All switches were smartly controlled by soft touch console - even TV and bath! Smart card key for entry Multiple oversized pillows Soft and thick mattress but is spring loaded I guess so somewhat uncomfortable. Water heater jug with tea/coffee An iron and ironing table Mini fridge Locker Bath robes Toiletries Use and throw slippers Hair dryer Integrated AC - not the split or window one The padmanabhan temple is just next lane 🙌 Restaurant wasn't operational but the bar was and many locals were walking/tripping at the entry gate which was weired but no issues with it. The smiling staff was best. They arranged a qualis and the driver was really nice. He even dropped us at station in a very nominal charge - half of what the uber was showing. They don't have

Just Wow You will never expect this level of premium rooms and amenities for the price you are paying and considering that the hotel is just 1 min walk away from Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. The rooms were extra neat and clean, also were equipped with all the amenities you will ever need during your stay in this hotel. Talk about the bathrooms, they were cleaner that the rooms offered by some hotels. The service was also very premium, all the staffs were very helpful and very approachable personals. The only negative I found out was water was not hot enough, it wasn't too cold either, if the management could fix this issue this would be a zero negative point hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning your stay anywhere Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

Excellent hospitality, location, and facilities for the price paid. Swimming pool was neat and clean. Walkable distance from Padmanabhaswamy temple. Hotel employees take good care of the guest needs. I’ll come back on my next visit to Thiruvananthapuram!
