Good place. 7-10 min walk from padmanabh temple and central Market. Rooms are clean. AC non AC rooms available. Bathroom is clean bed is neat. Only negative point can be they don't provide blankets for non AC rooms, but this should not be the problem- trivendrum is usually hot and you may not need it. Also it has got 24, hours hot water solar system. You can directly visit this hotel- they offer rooms at cheaper rates and 24 hours checkout time which you may not get for online booking.

Never ever step into that hotel... seriously had very very bad experience there... 1. No proper ventilation... because you can't open the windows 2. Rooms are not sanitised nor cleaned by the house keeping once you checked in. 3. No room service or can't ask for any help since non of the phones or the bell works. 4.very bad staffs and customer service. 5. Toilets are worst than public toilet. 6. worst part the mosquito 🦟...you will seriously have night mare . 7. Non of the AC works so have use the fan along the AC

Worst experience! No blankets, No water, No shampoo, No soap, No cleaning. Staff person is so rude! Rooms are full of alcohol and cigerette smell! Power issues. In the midnight all of sudden, we lost the power because of loose connection. Infact he is blaming OYO chain of hotels. They are not interested to be part OYO chains it seems. Total 12 suffered with inconvenience. Lift sensors are not working. One should not consider this hotel at all for your vacation.

Hotel receptionist & staff quite rude, the hotel was poorly lit, rooms were not very clean, smelt bad & many cockroaches. They did not provided proper bedsheets. The only reason to book that hotel was it was near to both temple & station. Please make some efforts to improve it.

I booked this via OYO, paid in full, and was denied check-in due to non-avaialbaility of rooms. I am moving ahead with this legally.

Frist we booked room here..when entered the location,it was entirely different from pictures and the staff was worse, he was making bad comments and misbehaved. If you want good stay,Never book rooms from this hotel.

I reached the property at midnight 12 am &asked the reception guy for an ac room for 5 hours (as I have to leave the room by 5 am to catch my train at 5:30). The offer was 1120 rupees .He told me it's 1250 actually and it's an offer price for me. The room is very outdated old room with just an air con unit.Bathroom is pathetic . small ants are always roaming around on bed for protection Wifi speed is okok. There is tv but not working . The room was worth for 600-700 rupees.

Room had multiple cockroaches and not clean. Upon informing the staff, they just sprayed a room freshener and left. Even the washroom had cockroaches which was unbearable. It also had ants on blankets. Reception staff were not very polite. Only positive is the location of the hotel, which is very close to Padmanabha temple.

Worst experience.... Worst behaviour of receptionist and cleaner.... They are not providing needs for the customer for example I was asked room freshner to spray in the room for twice they didn't come. Rooms are full of alcohol and cigerette smell I was visited with my family this rooms only use for bachelors.And main thing was water stagnated in bathroom after taking a bath. Due to this 🦟 families staying in that room very worst to the core ..........

I have not at stayed at OYO Hotel but only sharing the photo publised as i stayed in another hotel.

Room were not clean properly , furniture was dirty, linen not good,TV not working.

Not recommended for family. It's not clean. Very old building. Not worth for money they charge online

Good hotel to stay..bathrooms are clean. Ananth Padmanabha temple is 5 min walk from hotel.. which is 3000 years old..visit temple at 6am where there are less people for darshana. So having an awesome temple to visit 5 min away is a plus point for this stay

Rooms are not neat and service persons are nor friendly. Its nearer to Railway station which is a good thing

Room is messy and smells pungent. Air conditioner is not cooling and no bedsheets were provided. On top of it poor hospitality and irritating receptionist. Totally a Horrible experience.

The hotel receptionist was absolutely rude and disrespectful. They other staff pretty much followed suit. I booked this hotel because of its vicinity to the temple. But the room ruined our entire trip. The room was not clean, properly maintained. Smelt old and damp. No response When asked for bedsheets . Ac was not functioning but was still charged the AC room price.

Management treated us rudely.worst experience rooms very bad and no room service.not upto the expectation.but costly.

Patpanamapa temple railway station is just walkable distance .

Since I can't give a minus I am not giving.worst and pathetic service. Room are Not same as in the photos. I don't know whether Oyo is also knowingly doing this.
