Rooms are neat and clean .24 hour room service. Customer friendly. They arrange hygienic ,healthy and tasty food from different restaurants. They also arrange homely food.(vegetarian or non vegetarian).transportation facility available. They arrange trip especially pilgrim including food and tickets.

If you're looking for a one night stay at affordable prices, it is a good spot. Parking for four wheelers would be a problem as the space is very less. It can accommodate hardly 2 hatchbacks. For two wheelers, it is fine. Cost is pretty much decent for the rooms they're providing. There's not much amenities. They do have an option for the customers to order food from some random restaurant nearby. Those people will deliver food at your doorstep. Overall it is a decent stay at a decent price.

Oyo booking for 12pm to 12pm for around 800 Direct booking for 24 hours from the time you check-in is for 1200 For 2 persons with ac room. Only problem is you have a miniature geyser which delivers one litre of hot water for every two minutes.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Sheets not changed, dirty bathroom water leaking into my room, a bed bug found on my leg. Ants everywhere. The pictures and "guaranteed hygiene" are all a lie. Avoid. At all costs.

Got one worst experience..... Don't book through oyo.This hotel has no link with oyo, if u booked this hotel using oyo app if payment also done through online. They will not accept it. If u want room u hv to book directly and also payment hv to done directly...

Really nice stay and arranged parking space for me even it's crowded .Great Hospitality. There is lot of restaurants nearby especially pankayam restaurant , a must try place in trivandrum
