I recently booked multiple rooms at this hotel for my wedding guests, but unfortunately, they did not reserve all the rooms as promised. The customer service was very poor, and they gave different excuses for not fulfilling their commitments. The owner was unwilling to apologize for their mistake. The hotel is also overpriced, and they charged me for an extra day for checking out just one hour late after the first day. When I brought up the bad Google reviews they already had, the staff brushed it off and claimed that they don't care about negative reviews, insisting that they were all incorrect. However, based on my personal experience, their poor customer service and reliability align with the negative reviews. I urge others to take the reviews into consideration before booking at this hotel. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel due to their poor customer service, overpricing, and unreliability.

We had a very horrible experience with this hotel 2 days back. We booked 9 rooms 3-4 months before itself, that time they offerd all the facilities but wen we reached they havent even provided cots in some rooms and moreover rooms were very small like only 2 person can stay. And the worst part was they have taken the whole money before we enter the room so that we couldn't check the room facility. They havent provided the space which they offered for putting 'Pongala ' at last moment, and somehow by God's grace we could put the pongala in the next hotel vicinity. So please dont book this hotel at any cost as they are not interested for customer's satisfaction rather than they compete for their personel grudge between manager and the workers.

Very dirty behaviour of staff. Manager is very cheap mentality bearer. Third class no star or zero star hotel. Having robber type mentality. I surprised when no drinking water serve at check in time. Feeling puzzled. Nobody will think about here to stay.

Very bad service. We had booked the hall for a party. They didn't give the required room and facilities. Service are very poor. Curries were bad and from old stock. No one should go to the hotel.

From outside, glance of hotel with 5 storey building and reception set up, it looks nice. But when I stayed one night with my family there I noticed following :- 1). Fan works either extreme slow or extre high 2). Bed lamp not working. 3). For drinking water, either guest has to go to their hotel kitchen with container or buy water bottle. 4). Furniture are wooden but old and rubbed off its polish and stuff. 5). Staff are OK. 6). Overall grading - Normal hotel.

Rooms are not arranged. Even the bed and chair was not clean When my colleagues asked why TV is not working. The staff (from north India) said its all like that. The balcony was leaking in rain. Looks like a local set-up. Not recommended for family. For meeting its ok

Shocked to see that this hotel is being shown as 3star hotel on Google. There are different categories rooms such as suite room, premier, executive and standard. All are basically same except carpet area. At first, i was provided standard room at 2500, later on complaint, executive room was provided but that room is also not worth more than 1000 bucks. Rooms are stinky and in dilapidated condition. Bathrooms are dirty, linen were unclean and of bad quality. Furniture is yuck, you cant use them. Hotel rooms and balcony are not having sufficient lighting. No drinking water and bath kit provided, one has to ask for it. Rooms are difficult to find and like a maze. Suite room not even worth 1500. Dont go by its exterior, interior is very much shady. Totally disappointed, had to check in this hotel bcoz it was booked by somebody else for me and i reached almost at midnight. Better to go for any online hotel of 1000. You wont find this hotel online perhaps to avoid bad reviews. P.s- now they are asking money for water and tooth brush provided in the room. Disgusting guys.

The service is too low and manager is too annoying at boban residency , price is cheep for people. , but they r taking double rate of MRP for water and soda The room and floor gives a peculiar smell of animals

I stayed at this hotel and it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty and uncomfortable, and the service was very poor.Not even  drinking water available. And the Manger 'George' is a very cheap person. He always changes his words and the rates.Worst behaviour & his talk and very annoying. "I would advise you not to stay in the hotel where I had a terrible experience. You would definitely regret for staying in this hotel, if you ever stay here.

The staff, especially the Manager, is the worst you can find in any hotel. You have to beg to get a room allotted even if you have paid for it in advance.

Very bad service and quality and cheating. First booked suit room 2 hours then ac not working chang another local room ac but charged suite room charge

Room is not so big. I booked double bed room but the bed so tiny for two persons. Lack of lighting on the room. Price is very high compared to nearby hotels. Staffs seem not be well behaved, kind of racist feel. Without any emergency case, I recommend to avoid.

Place and rooms are good but the food and the service was such a worste and they teach us the ethics’s stupid service don’t ever visit this place.only this Becz of lady receptionist the hotel reputation will be gone.

Rooms are good. Lift is provided. Service is bad. They didn't even provide drinking water when we checked in. When asked, the staff offered us to buy the ₹20 water bottles for ₹25. Hot water in bathroom also not provided as promised earlier. Tv also not working. Cleanliness is well maintained.

Very bad service and room condition. Staff behaviour is very cheap. We asking to repair the door which is very bad condition and any time accident happened, they just ignored and said nothing will happen not even the send anyone for checking.

Approach road to hotel was not good, there was a cigarette bud in the room, so it was not cleaned properly, AC was not working, better avoid the stay in this place

Advance booking was done for 23 rooms, we have reported at about 4 pm today, two rooms are yet to be alloted. Just now alloted one room. We two are waiting at reception for room.

Rooms and washrooms not well maintained. Very poor room service. Phone not working. Charged Rs 2000/ no free water bottle, no complimentary breakfast. Only food at restaurant is above average.

I went there to attend a seminar in the roof top. Roof top is not a spaeaious area Only a 75 people can sit there

Not a best gut better hotel for refreshments 2000 for 5 members 1 room. Restaurant inside. Near junction. 5km walkable auto for junction cost 40 rs.
