The Hotel Thamburu exceeded expectations. It's so clean and comfortable. It's also has a very homey feel to it. The staff were amazing. They were very friendly and flexible. They did everything they could to meet our needs. Next time in Trivandrum, please stay with them.

Visited Hotel Thamburu for the function of our bank which is one of the leading bank in inda. The customer service and other facilities arranged in the hotel was very nice. Quality and taste of food was superb. The commitment of the staff towards their work is highly appreciable. Recommending hotel for others to make their special days memmorable.

Bad experience room shifted 4 times for non availability of water AC Door Key 🗝️ etc. Not maintained...staff.. not bothered... Managers enjoying 😉..owner wasting money on staffs salary Don't book hotel....

Hotel is very close to Railway station. I booked rooms over phone a week before I reached the place. When we were late in evening to reach the hotel the staff contacted us to know our reaching time and gave a warm welcome reaching hotel. Ambience of hotel right from reception to room is so good and much impressive. Though stayed in many hotels across various states I loved the stay here. Breakfast was served to room and it was good. They could think of including one more item with a coffee/tea in the menu. Arrangements could be made for printing bill on previous day to avoid last minute hassles. Over all service of every staff needs a special mention. Thanks to Mr. Sarath and team for making our stay memorable. Will love to stay in during next visit. Best Wishes!!

The Location was awesome, around the the city centre. As per the costing in the season time, the room had good facilities at a perfect rate. We had an early checkout and the staff was friendly to coordinate with.

Worth to stay under Rs.1000/-. Room is neat and clean with average space. A/c and tube light working properly. But other two lights including night lamp didn't work. TV remote control is tricky and facing little bit trouble to change channels and adjust volume.Neat bathroom with hot water facility. Bath towel provided look like old and dusty. No room service available and No restaurant functional at this hotel. You need to have food from other restaurants. But they provide complementary breakfast at morning (8.00am to 10.00am) having one or two items only. Lift is very tiny with maximum capacity of 4 persons .The hotel staff putting 5 star rating in OYO app using our mobile phones.

An excellent hotel near to Central Railway station (walkable distance ). Neat and tidy rooms. Good food with acceptable range of cost.The hospitality and service by the staff is beyond expectation. Ample parking space. High spirit in Bar. The Manage in-charge there is very gentle and at service at all time with his pleasing approach 👍. Over all this place is an example for hospitality in Kerala. My family was very founded it and wish to stay again whenever at Trivandrum. Value for money.....excellent...keep up the josh.....👍

Location- Right on dot! 2 min walk from Thampanoor bus stop and central railway station. Another 2 minutes from the interstate luxury bus bus starting point. Still peaceful location. Breakfast- Complementary and had a wide range of spreads. From bread, cornflakes to fruits, juices to south Indian foods, the food was quite tasty and heavy. Staff - Very friendly and accomodative. They were all following all covid protocols. They changed my room, when i complained that i am not getting some channels Bed spreads were changed every day for my 3 day stay. Bathroom accessories were all brand new and tidy. Appreciate the cleaning staff for keeping the premises and room quite neat and tidy.

I would not even give 1 star for this hotel if the option are available. Such a attitude front office guys..Mr.CB or CV !!!H doesn't have manners to speak to the customer. Guys you all are doing business because of people like us. Today booked a rooms via our travel partner for two days.But when we reached there the mannerless frontdesk person talk to us rudely. I never expect such hospitality with you guys..May be it doesn't matter to you but you have lost your onw customer.!!!

Attractive rooms and facilities.. very near to Trivandrum central railway station. Very good staff.. affordable rates.. neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Balcony available but don't expect any view points. Mini bar was not hygiene.. hot water availability was subjective. Individual geysers not available. Rest all very good.

Very thoughtfully constructed hotel with rooms that are designed with the specially challenged people in mind. The cleanliness could however improve. The reception entrance itself is stuffy with stale carpets and poor lighting and air circulation. The rooms thankfully did not have stale carpets. I appreciate the handicapped access to the bathroom low basin hand rails and many such small important things missing in large hotels.

Newly renovated hotel.. All furniture and fixture items are in top condition.. Restaurant also good.. I was happy with the service provided as well.. Enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an accomodation in and around thampanoor..
