This OYO service was good unlike others. 2 nights stay was good. On the main road. Staff is humble. They understood and accepted our requests. Rooms were good. Room had that freshness. Its near to NISH. No restaurants inside, as it’s a stay.

Hotel was not at all clean. There were cockroches all over the bed. Used plates by previous costumers were lying in the lobby for more than 24 hours. It was a very bad stay for us. Breakfast was served in a horrible way. Idli was packed in a paper and chutni and sambar was given in plastic bags. No plates were available. Do not go for this option at all

Tayas is located on a main road. You have parking facilities. The room was spacious and neat. The super market downstairs is very handy in getting something useful like fruits for kids, batteries for camera, soaps and shampoos, towels etc. There are many good food outlets nearby. Azad, and some Arabian food plazas.

Spacious rooms and well developed good hall available at reasonable prices. Stay was very pleasant. Staff was cooperative and of good behavior. The breakfast was unlimited as they have buffet system. The ambience was also awesome. Only one thing I found not good, the name of the hotel not displayed from the road. It is hard to find such a good hotel without google maps or asking any local person.

A good hotel near Ullor ,This is not a hotel but it is a Service Apartment, big room with huge living area. Small pantry, washroom is good well maintained neat and clean. Free WiFi but not proper service, that doesn't have service staff to attend complaints. Nice shopping mall in the same building.

Room over here comes with a kitchen area with mini dining, good double cot size, hot water facility, wifi connection with acceptable speed, lift, parking, buffet breakfast (depends on your booking) etc. Staffs are friendly and helping. Good one near medical college if you can afford. Not expensive as well, might be Rs 100 or 200 more than few other AC rooms nearby but we feel it's worth for its cleanliness and facilities. Book through Oyo (call them) for discounted price.

It honestly doesn't deserve any stars. The bathroom was dirty, flush was not working and the bed was not even cleaned. In the morning, we were told there was breakfast but the whole place was stinking. The wash area was so dirty and the breakfast had not come by 8.30. Overall, I would never suggest anyone to this hotel as it very poorly maintained and it is a total waste of money.

This is Tayas Service Apartment. Good part of this hotel is it's location, near medical college,super market in ground floor from where you can buy snacks, drinking water,ice cream, biscuits, cake etc. This is also a cheap hotel but keep in mind from quality perspective also this is ok type ,not good. Few door locks were broken, in one room shower was broken, space in the room was also very less. We had to ask 2-3 times for extra towel and pillow. Food in the restaurant is good for all region but in the breakfast they have not provided drinking water and had to buy from them. In summary it is good hotel to stay for one night but not more than that.

Good budget accommodation.Dont expect quality breakfast or even tea or coffee.Plenty of restaurants in 50mtrs from here.Eat outside not here.friendly reception desk.Recommend booking thru' app and confirming your visit or paying upfront instead of paying at reception to avoid any reservation related issues after landing up .Even though receptionists are friendly n helpful ,they seem to be not empowered or knowledgeable enough about locality to assist you for transportation or guide regarding local places or geography around.However,being in Kerala,no worries.General public as well as most auto or taxi drivers are helpful ,decent n cooperative .
