    Very worst experience ever I had by a hotelier. The people in the reception were arrogant. I booked the room for 1 person for Rs.696 and while I arrived in the hotel for checking in, the receptionist told me that the manager denied the check in as the amount of the room booked was Rs.696. He said that the new tariff of the room is Rs.1200 and I need to pay that. I told that I have paid the amount through Oyo. I asked to call the manager who had denied the check in and he didn't call him. For my luck or somehow he came by there and I told him the details and he told the receptionist to give the room for Rs.999. I refused to pay the amount, then the receptionist who was there in an arrogant manner told me that "if u want a room take it otherwise leave". As I was there around 10pm and too tired after a long journey at last i took a room by paying the amount said by them. The experience from the side of staffs were very disappointing. I won't recommend this hotel.

    Booking online and visiting the hotel may be a bad choice. I was asked for extra payment, Had to call my booking provider and clear it which took an. Hour Rooms 11 to 59 is in an old building and is of poor quality. Lacking cleanliness, untidy bedsheets/towels, bathroom was clean but with cockroaches. Cleanliness may be awarded 2 / 5. Maybe in budget but at this price, you could get better options.

    Poor customer service. Reception staff needs training in their behaviour. There were two people who were good - Santhosh and Anup. Others were rude. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. I paid all the charges at check in. They had no record of my payment in their computer when I checked out. Breakfast was not ready in time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Me n 5 others were in Trivandrum for work, first time in the city, and we found this property on OYO! Looked decent enough on pictures, and we ended up paying through the OYO APP, little did we know we are going to be jacked by these hotel people. Firstly, they don’t agree with OYO pricing, they charges us extra ₹400 per room. Since we had already paid 80%, we were forced to take this place. Secondly, the rooms what you see on pictures is not what you get. 😂 Minimum as a hotel you can do is provide Bottle water?

    The stay was okay, and the people were very helpful. I'm giving only 3 stars coz I had to pay extra 731rs. They told me that the charges went higher but it's not reflected on OYO app. Here's a tip: Don't trust OYO. When I called them, they confirmed that it was their mistake and that they will refund me the money after checkout. But I still haven't received my money. Don't make your booking via OYO. It's better if you just contact the location directly. 👍🏾

    The worst experience in my life. The food is the worst food I have ever had. No proper service. No menu provided. The rooms are not cleaned when we check in. They are selling 20rs cool drinks as 30rs, if we ask why are you charging extra cash they are saying if you want it you buy. We had Friedrich as our dinner the dish was like just in boiled rice they put some cutted carrot and beans.

    Overall the hotel was average😐. Although we have already booked our rooms, when we check in the rooms weren't ready😡. The room were good with proper toilet, bed, tv, ac, dressing table, cupboard, Coffee table plug, night lamp, Dustbin😌. The toilet were neat and clean with heater, shower, toilet, sink🙃. The food were worst🤢🤮. They are selling 20rs cool drinks as 30rs🤬. The parking is too difficult😣.

    This hotel is a third Grade hotel. They don't even have basic manners on how to speak to guests. They hate north indians and serves beef and pork. I will not recommend this hotel even if it is giving free stay.

    One of best hotels I booked ever in my experience. I think first time I came here was in 2015. Still then, this was a better option among other luxury hotels. Years after I came unexpectedly to this hotel and was a good experience. The facilities were good, the behaviour of staffs were good. Everything was nice and fair. Hopefully will come again.

    Worst experience from the hotel side. Once booked and confirmed the rooms. Then you traveled 4 hours to reach there and they say no rooms available and they cannot do anything but to make the refund or find a new location. Literally they dont care what the customer feels. I was forced to pay more money to get a room which is called deluxe room.

    It was a pathetic experience. There are big coakroaches roaming around on bed. We asked the receptionist for a room change but he kept denying for spare room for 1 hour. Above this, he couldn't understand English or hindi, behaved quite rude. Finally after behaving arrogant he gave a spare room at 2 in the night, which had water seepage from ceiling and was in extremely poor condition. The rooms I got were on 5th floor, classic.

    Most horrible experience I have ever had. Landed at thiruvananthapuram Airport at 8.30pm and called the hotel to ask for directions, the staff who answered told me rudely, don't come, hotel full. I explained to him that I had a confirmed booked from Oyo, in fact I had confirmed my booking with the hotel also just 3 days ago. He just its not my problem, oyo problem, dont come. I was left stranded at 8.30 at night inspite of paying in advance. Horrible place

    Extremely disappointed.The receptionist had no manners. We were charged extra payment eventhough the booking was made via make my trip. Looting money from customers. Room was a huge disaster. Water leakage fron bathroom into the room. TV not working.Not properly hygenic.Very small room and not like the ones shown in images. Never opt for this stay. Staff doesnt know how to deal customers. Really bad experience. Parking space is very limited. The hotel is a total disaster.

    I booked through online Portal and when I came to reception the front office guy told the hotel is completely full and no rooms available. He asked to consult the online portal and didn't give room. Don't know how to behave to customers and don't possess any manners.

    My stay was quite. The rooms were decent for the price. People complaining shouldn't expect much for the price you're paying it's okayish. Had to pay the amount shown during booking. Check in and out was super smooth. The parking wasn't an issue during my stay. Could probably fit 7-9 cars in my guess and few motorcycles.

    The staff is absolutely uncooperative, had worst experience. Receptionist and staff are irresponsible, couldn't even place a call for room service. Rooms are clean, thats the only plus.

    Do not book this hotel through OYO. They cancelled my stay at the last minute and they didn't find me an alternative. Thank God I had another booking as backup because share reading the previous review about this hotel I booked another room by searching on maps and calling them directly. Worst experience.

    Pathetic service person couldn't accommodate a room and kept arguing. We wanted to check in at 9 am as there was no pre booking done we were happy to pay additional cost, purpose was to take shower and leave to temple immediately and we were told to wait till 12 pm to use the room service, I wouldn't recommend my friends or family to this place.

    I booked the room through oyo, and the price was quite decent. They didn't charge anything extra, and reception staff was polite and decent. Security people are very good and helpful for parking.

    BAD EXPERIENCE.I have booked 3 classic rooms for 9 adults( including 5 senior citizens)with full payment for the dates December 01 and 02(one night) in OYO flagship Hotel Prince Palace, Trivandrum on November 09. The check-in time was 12pm December 01st and after reaching the hotel they denied the booking confirmation and asked us to check with customer care. The customer care executive was not helping to give any kind of service. My family including multiple senior citizens and one cancer patient was waiting at the lobby for 1.30 hours. After 1.30 hours the OYO people updated the booking and shifted the booking to OYO flagship Hussain's Marwa which was 30min away from my location and in the call they said shifting is not possible. But in the email they sent me updated booking details which are very far from the current location. I had to attend a function which started by 2pm and me and my family got late for the function as we had to find another place for fresh up at the last moment. I had to call the customer care again for a long 40 minutes to get the initiation for a refund. I have requested compensation for an extra travel allowance caused by the inconvenience and wasting of my precious time. But they denied. Also the customer care agent was not ready to connect me to the higher authorities to address the issue. DO NOT BOOK BY OYO.

    Worst Hotel I have stayed in My Life. Staff behaviour is worst. Hygiene of the hotel is like a 1 star hotel. Won't suggest this to any of my friends or Family members in my life time, such a bad experience & sorry to say this as it not worst of each penny spend from my side.

    The restaurant was horrible, room was fine, they had 24 hours hot water. Room service was okayish. If it’s just for a short stay this place should be fine if you just want to sleep bath and go. I wouldn’t suggest eating or drinking anything there (very horrible restaurant). Found cockroaches in the washroom (deluxe room) be warned. stay is pretty cheap so I guess it was fine.

    Rooms are not in good condition but okay for a nap and fresh up. Don't book in Oyo and go thru charge extra amount than shown in Oyo. Rooms were not given to me even after payment in Oyo and they demand extra money to issue the room. When u questioned they asked me to go and complaint in Oyo, this is their hotel policy. Please go for better options only positive is the location of the property, unless everything is worthless and parking facility also good.

    Usually charge more amount at the hotel than the booking amount. It may look good from outside. But rooms are not at all good for the price and looks filthy. Uff..and the number of mosquitoes that keeps on irritating you😡😡

    Bad service. Worst experience. Took prepayment and no rooms served. Pre-booked through oyo. Made the prepayment upon the condition of early check in and late check out. After appointment called the reception and made it clear once again that early check in is necessary as we reach there at 6 am. But when we reached the receptionist told since unexpected guests came no more rooms are available, so we have to wait till 12 pm. Though we talked and reminded him of the call he was not ready. We had to leave and book another nearby lodge. Also he added in our oyo ID that we have checked in and made the remaining payment through cash, so he locked the scene so that he is no more liable to return the prepayment. I have raised a complaint, but I don't know whether I will get my prepayment back or not. But let me say, don't trust them over phone. If you wanna get room, I think it will be better if you arrive on the day and take the room. Never make prepayment for these hotels because they say they are not liable for anything and each of these customers prepayment can be taken by them. It's another business. Be careful about pre-booking by making advance payment. From other customers review, I now totally understand that this is their cliche drama to take the prepaid amount and deny the room.

    Great place to stay. The room was clean. Parking space is minimal. Nearby hotels are available for any eat outs. Overall a good experience. I booked through OYO for 1.5 k

    Rooms are ok. From Toilet earth worms are coming. I got more than 15 nos. Bed sheets are very bad. Foul smell in the toilet. Totally I dont like the place. Family very much disappointed.

    On the date we arrived lift was not working and also till morning it did not work. Room was in 5th floor. We were two but in cupboard they had only one clth hanger, they they cannot provide one more. We ordered for bed tea at 7 it was given after 50mts. Breakfast free for name sake there is no choice we were given only 4idlis ...nothing more ☹️ Mineral water only on 1st day...later they said fill it from filter machine no water jar provided ...

    Please don't book a room in this hotel, the front office is managed by people who have no information, they don't even know how to talk, and they have a master degree in how to manipulate customers, they won't give us the bill if we ask for it, or the bill will be less than the rupees he told us, including breakfast. Even if you take the existing plan, you will be told no later. Don't be fooled by visiting this hotel.

    Nice hotel...rooms are spacious for one or 2 people. Not more than 2. It's clean and the service is good. Hot water is available 24/7 TV is also arranged in room. Extra bed is provided if needed. Restaurant and Food available 24/7 The bar is attached to the hotel. The parking space is not so big but enough. Security and reception staff are cordial and they are good in answering phone calls and service. Really satisfied with the hotel and stay. It's is better to book prior u reach here... When it is season rooms are almost filled with guests. I had 6 days of stay. Am happy and satisfied.

    AC that leaks and makes sounds, AC remote that doesn't even work, fan that hardly serves its purpose, below average in terms of tidiness - reasons why you shouldn't pick this one are many. Not to mention the unprofessional attitude of staff members. Book at your own risk.
