THE MOST ENCOURAGING FACTOR WHICH I NOTICED IS THAT ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION AND SMOKING IS BANNED IN APARTMENT PREMISES, which adds a layer of additional convenience for people looking for a stay with their family... Unlike booking rooms, in this package we are getting complete apartments for very decent price rates. PLEASE NOTE, ALWAYS TRY TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF BOOKING FROM ONLINE TRAVEL SITES AS THEY WILL GIVE US BETTER RATES WHEN WE CALL THEM ON PHONE... I booked 2 BHKs, Rooms were very spacious, well maintained and all the facilities were top-notch, Bathrooms are attached with world-class sanitary wares, also kitchen is equipped with a good set of plates, utensils, glass tumblers with an additional induction cook-top so that you can cook if you wish to. 24*7 WiFi and home inverter/UPS is provided, so that you have the provision to work from this place. The only one minor con i felt is the difficulty to reach this place in big cars like INNOVA or TEMPO TRAVELLER as the road to reach is very narrow in some areas(very tight corners and so). But definitely it's not a deal breaker. Vikas & Jose were our contacts during the stay and they were very caring and supportive. Felt like we have found ourselves a new home in TVM.

The rooms were absolutely clean. The service was great, was even available at the middle of the night. Our ac wasn't working due to low voltage but they offered not to charge the ac room but instead normal room. The area is a bit inside and the road was a bit narrow, other than that there was no problem

Very nice place. Good for someone who is looking for an apartment on a daily basis. Car parking available. They will clean the room and change the bed throws on alternative days. Well maintained property with a full time care taker. The only problem is the location and the road to the property is very narrow. One car can go at a time. If it's a suv or sedan it's very difficult in the turning.

Getting to this location is tough due to narrow roads in the middle of residential area. Only small cars can go. Rooms are very clean and service was really good. Price was pretty good. Closer to the airport. Stayed there for only 2-3 hours just to get refreshed and relax before the flight travel.

Me and my family had a very nice stay at Indeevaram Residency.The rooms are very clean and spacious. It was exactly as the pictures shown in the site. The staffs were very helpful. There was no restaurant available, but the front desk boy helped me in collecting food from the nearby restaurant. The Lulu mall was 3km away and cab was arranged by them for the drop.We will definitely visit again. Thank you Indeevaram

The rooms are spacious..they have two room apartment along with cooking facilities..which is great if you are staying with family.the location is not that good... but It's close to the airport.

Amazing place to stay while you are in Trivandrum. Airport is nearby, main city ain't too far. Rooms are well made, spacious, have option of AC/Non AC, parking is sufficient. Road leading the the place is Lil narrow and should be mindful if getting SUVs. Staff is super kind and helpful and always there to help, with a smile. Definitely recommended. Only downside is absence of Lifts, though there are only 2 floors, if you find difficult to take stairs, check if rooms available on ground floor.
