Actually I went to this place for having Onam lunch offer.The price was about 275 rupees. It was too rush and it takes about half an hour to get my meals on table. For the price the meal was not satisfactory.However the seating arrangement and cleanliness was ok.The waiters were only concentrating on the family people as they may get tip from them😔.

This restaurant sucks. They brought the water bottle and glass cups like what 10 mins after we came. The Biryani was bad it was so oily. The meals were ok the payasam was bad. And the fish fingers were so bad. The first thing is that not enough quantity we paid rs 250 and what they gave some potato fries and some fish fingers which was so thin. Won’t recommend. They don’t even have naan image being a restaurant and not having naan. And we didn’t go in like morning or something we went in noon time. The lemon juice was fricking Oras I’m highly disappointed in this restaurant I could have ate in home

The waiters seemed insufficient and delayed in attending tables though the crowd was almost nil. Food was good especially Ghee roast, sambar and egg curry. Coffee got cold by the time it was served.

Very bad attitude and of staff like behave he is the boss. Never understand customer problem. Fish first time came good quantity. But again we ordered he served me half portion of fish in same price he charged. When I asked he said like if w\nt to take take otherwise go.. Is thus your customer behavior who paying money.. I m tourist came with red. But it's very bad experience

We had a pleasant stay on our recent visit to Trivandrum. This place is close to the airport, Mall of Travancore and Padmanabha temple. The staff were courteous and very obliging to our requests. The rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. only downside is, food.. this is a problem for any pure vegetarian who visits Kerala. I wont give a less score for this.

In side the bar counter staff who's provide the snacks it is too much partiality .. There's is mixture available but he's giving to the chef who's working there and he's bringing a packet of mixture in front of us and we where request 3 time after seeing those matter request again and the guy who is standing the counter.. just simply saying NO NOT available .. What kind staff ur having in ur bar counter this what ur takering the PALLAVA or what.. More over we're paying why can you give.. It's just a terrible place if you treating like this way...

Had a really good dining experience here on a couple of occassions. Lunch fish curry meals with the choice of fish fries are remarkable. Their buffet options on special occasions is really delicious as well as pocket friendly. Also, their bar is a good spot to chill with buddies if you are planning to get tipsy. If you are looking for dining with a taste for naadan cuisine, this is the spot to be. You wouldn't be disappointed.

I had booked with breakfast and manager blindly refused to accept that commitment. He was rude and did not even listen to what we showed in our online booking.

Nice restaurant, located between chakka and enchikkal. Yiu can have good food, beer, wine ans liquor from there. Small tents (huts) are the main attraction there. U can get chilled beer. I suggest tin (can) beer more than the bottle beer, cos I find the taste different. Food is good but not that great, still its fine. The attitude of the staffs are fine, some are gentle some are not. Security guards are nice, they used to salute us when we enter and leave , a small tip really makes them happy. They close by 11 pm. Parking space is also available

Great location near to the domestic airport , I stayed in Trivandrum for one night(18th Nov 2023) to visit the Padamanabhaswamy temple . Staffs were very polite & considerate and I had asked for late checkout the next day and they give me an extension as well. Since I had a 6 month old baby it was very helpful. Thanks to Pradeep and Saranya(receptionist) for the polite behavior specifically who helped us with a comfortable stay despite being a peak sabarimala season.

They denied us the room inspite of having a confirmed booking. Complete shabby management. I was travelling with my elderly mother and we had taken many hours to reach Trivandrum so it was a nightmare to reach and be told they were fully booked. They didn’t have an explanation why. Avoid at all costs.

Worst bar I ever seen before. I paid via upi transaction but it’s debited from my account but it’s its not reflected to there Machine .then I done another transaction to the employee upi id. And they said it will refund in 7 to 14 days but it won’t. Also I checked with my bank also they said it was credited to that bars account.This is not only for me lot of customers are facing this issue,after only I knw that.I contacted them 4 to 5 time they are saying lyk it’s on process thn staffs are and smthg lyk that.It’s been almost 20 days rgt now they are not willing to refund it.Bad service.

Hut and their Chicken biriyani were the two things I've experienced here. Hut and its premises provide a good vibe, but the table & chairs were not clean while we reached. Biriyani Katta sokam for ₹180, may be comfortable for those who consume liquor. Their wash area near the hut was absolutely unhygienic and not even usable. Food delivery was too late, took almost 30 minutes to deliver a single chicken biriyani; that too a durantham biriyani!!!

The renovation done is extensive... Good to host a 50 to 75 person function.....

BEST BEER AND WINE PARLOUR IN TRIVANDRUM, INDIVIDUAL HUTS ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RESTAURANT. FAMILY CAN ALSO COME THERE FOR HAVING TASTY FOODS AND THEY CAN SIT IN A BIG BANQUET HALL FOR ENJOYING THE FOOD SEPARATELY WITHOUT ANY DISTURBANCE FROM THE BEER WALAS. NICE HOTEL TO VISIT.

The absolute worst staff ive seen in tvm.... Like absolutely bad, they had the audacity to make us wait for 30 mins so that they can clean the table and after a while they told us there it's closed.... Never, i mean never come to this location

Very high price. Veg Meals is given at 140. Price is unacceptable. This should be checked out by government authorities. Government should take necessary steps to reduce price. Food is much tastier for the price given. Have parking facilities. Nice hut model restaurant♡

Hotel pallava is bang on the highway... Looks elegant from the road but actually was a disappointment as far as the food is concerned. The menu card is shown but when you try and order you find half the things not available. On 29 July I was subjected to great emarassment when I along with friends happened to go there for dinner. The food was OK but the onions served was smelling foul. Though we could sense on the table the gravity of the matter.... I really felt there is no cheak on quality of food being served.. Otherwise such irresponsible attitude towards their customers would not have been tolerated. Hope the right people take a note of this and corrective measures taken.

Getting back in action..seems it should be OK.. lunch was OK.. with limited options.

Ample parking space. Visible from the Highway.Wash room is a little away from the fine area, during rainy season its not easy to reach out there.Payasam with the meal is a tastier sweet. Nice place to consume food for people on tour in a big group. They serve fast .

Worst service and late service by complete hotel department. Late food, no current back up. Ac not working in the Bar. Just book hotel for few hours to take rest bcoz of late flight. But no use. Continuously power goes off. Not using generator as power back up. Think twice before staying in this hotel.
