We were three people and were looking for a hotel to spend the night. We chose this hotel as its near the central railway station, It cost us 1300 rs for our stay. The tv was not working and extra bed was not provided apart from this we had a good stay hence the 3 stars

One of the best affordable hotels in Trivandrum city. Hardly a 5 minutes walk from Trivandrum Central Railway Station and KSRTC stand. Spacious rooms, clean bathroom with hot/cold shower, towels, toiletries, comfy beds, TV, AC, and good WiFi. Lounge is also very good. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are cleaned properly before check-in. The hotel is near to the railway station which is convenient. The staffs are very kind and helpful. They make sure to sanitise the rooms thoroughly before check-in. Overall it was a pleasant stay😊.

One star for the staff's rude behavior and I haven't seen any hotel staffs behaving like them.. Very bad experience

Pathetic service , the staffs were so arrogant . The taps in the washroom was broken and couldn't be used . Very uncooperative team of staffs. Very disappointing.

Good stay. Room was perfectly neet and clean affordable price. The breakfast buffet was amazing and cheap price only 126 rs. They serving boiled banana, boiled egg, idly, dosa, sambar, chuttney, poori bhaaji, fresh juice, bread butter, jam, tea and coffee also. Food was very tasty. Expensive for this untidy room and smelling bad which we stayed that too I booked superior room. They changed room after complaining but Bathroom was not clean I think they don't even wash the curtains for years... extra bed 1000 which is not worth for money and not good condition. For this price you can book better hotels.. don't book buffet , food is not tasty and not hot. Poor management just they need money but they don't want to give a clean and hygienic rooms.

It's management is fraud no one give cash for advance booking . No vendors give credit it's paka fraud management

The hotel is difficult to find from the main road. Its near managlam newspaper office. Rooms are ok but not excellent. They should give more care for the cleanliness of the rooms. There was dust and even spider webs on chair with lots of dust covering the web. Rooms have a tv which is an old one. Restaurant is available with room service. Even a beer and wine parlour also available. The ground floor has a nice gathering spot also.

Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time.The hotel is very clean throughout, ensured safe stay during this pandemic situation, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Pro - the staff is very helpful and approachable. Cons - the location is not at all appealing and doesn't feel safe too, since it's a good distance inside a narrow by-road from the main road and moreover is isolated. The rooms need to be more clean.

The rooms are not clean and bad odour prevailing, dirty bathroom, You will not get hot water during night hours, as they have said to be solar heater and if cloudy, hot water is supplied in a bucket after 7 am. Mere waste of money

A very big room. Lack of WiFi inside room, only Malayam Channels on TV.

I had booked a non AC room. Exhaust fan at toilet was not working, stand for health faucet was missing and there was scope for improvement in cleaning at toilet. One old CRT TV was available in the room, but without connections. Bed lamp also not working. Wardrobes were not clean and found some dress of previous occupant. No fly proof screen in Windows. Better to serch for another hotel.

I think keerathi hotel is one of the oldest hotel in trivandrum...all the furniture and interior are old looking. But the staff is very corporate
