All the stars here are for the staff Jay Kumar whose very nice behaviour and hospitality really made up for many flaws the place otherwise has. There is an option to book online with breakfast but in reality there is no such arrangement for that in the hostel and the staff get it from outside which is a hassle. Dorms are on fourth floor and the lift is not functional. Otherwise good for a budget traveller. Location is also good and near KSRTC terminal and railway station.

For the price range (1200s) it's a very good place to stay and relax. Although you have to walk some distance to get descent place to eat. You can request for City view rooms and it is quite good. The staff is helpful also. If you book for complimentary breakfast, it will not be served at your room; you have to go to a restaurant nearby. Other good thing is the Thampanoor bus station and Trivandrum central railway station are very close by.

Got a good option when searched for Oyo rooms in Capital City of Kerala. Satisfied with the place and food we got there. Restaurant is open only for breakfast. But both the place and food were too good. House keeping is a bit week in terms of upkeeping the property. But the attitude of the staff were exceptional.

Multiple places to visit near by. +ves- Centralized AC Clean rooms Friendly & helpful staff Good WiFi speed Hot shower Clean and comfy beds -ves- Spotted couple of cockroaches in bath room when entered Some Mosquitoes if door is kept open for long time Can't see anything from window because of adjacent building.

Stayed there for two nights in first week of November. it was excellent. nice rooms and big cozy bed. spacious and clean rooms. good hospitality by the staffs. Hotel located centrally so has easy access to nearby places. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

I have booked a room from 19-21 April 18 for Rs.3700/-(approx). When I checked in on 19 night there was nobody to help. They simply tossed the key card and the rest for us do. Even though the package includes breakfast, no breakfast served. Service very poor. Not worth the money paid.

Staff are not trained well. With your room key you can easily open anyone's elses room. No in room tea maker or any other stuff. No in house restaurant or café. Breakfast was provided at the morning with tea served in a mug rather than a pot. The blanket given to us was torn. The bath fitting were either loose or broken. Latches or locks from inside of bathroom was missing. Very poor quality of wi-fi. Basic needs like salt etc is unavailable. The glow sign board of the hotel is so small that it can't be spotted with ease. My word is simply stay away from this property.

The front desk guy regretted me that the room is not booked for me even after i shown my goibibo booking id. Not a trained guy. Further to that i asked for towel and wait for 1 hrs for getting that. I had made 3 follow up calls for getting the towel. Bath room is not good. Room is ok. Very bad behavior of staffs
