This was once Trivandrum's top chicken destination before the takeover of Arabian chicken dish offering hotels here. Taste is exceptional. Very spacious. Family friendly. Parking may once in a while be difficult. Prices are ok. I would suggest u try their parotta, chicken fry and chicken perattu. Juices also provided. No beef supplied. Chicken, mutton and fish are served.

I am customer who have been visiting this place for over 15 years. Here is my few cents for the management. 1. Get someone from the hospitality industry to train your waiters. Everyone is super rude despite of being a family or a single customer. 2. Expanding on the point one. Ask everyone to be polite and patient with customers. If as a business you think that you will survive just based on good food, you will be out of business in few years due to poorly trained staffs and their behaviour towards customers. 3. You have a restaurant at the most prominent place in Trivandrum and you have more than above average food quality which makes people your repeated customers. Why still lacking on hospitality? Don't take this for granted because it will get you guys in the long run. P.S - I am customer who loves their food. The only reason I will ask people not to consider this place is for their horrible hospitality.

Accidentally it happened to me to go this decent hotel. Spacious tables and aisles. Food is tasty. We ordered roti parotta chicken masala, lassi and egg kathai. Except kathai which has more oil all the items were tasty. Above all prices are reasonable. Staff is nice. Location is good. Can’t expect such a hotel at such reasonable prices.

Honestly very bad food Dry chicken and very high expense rate and bone without meet . The chicken in biriyani was hard as rock and not tasty not tender not juicy i would never recommend this hotel to anyone very bad food honestly And i am also giving a bone i got in the biriyani without any meat in it

Very bad experience as a customer for.more than 20 years please ask your servers or staffs to be polite if one ask something for an extra gravy of the previously orders dish it was a practice of giving it as a compliment and now not the server is asking I have given you enough. Sorry to say this sir either teach them how to serve or talk or please change your old practice.

A pretty decent place for some pretty average food, the food is good, quantity and quality is there, but nothing out of this world, Ambience is okay, the waiter is polite, but out of focus though, but the service was prompt and quick. A good place for an occasional visit and decent food.

sorry to say it was the worst chicken biriyani ever. they charged 200rs for this chicken biriyani and the biriyani which is getting on the roadside is far better than this. only positive was the lemon pickle. the salad tastes bitter due to excess coriander leaves....overpriced and low quality food. I had a wonderful experience at Ayswariya restaurant near the East Fort in Trivandrum. The restaurant is spacious and clean, with a friendly and attentive staff. The menu offers a variety of dishes from Kerala and other cuisines, and the food is fresh and delicious. I especially loved the chicken gravy, which was rich, spicy and flavorful. It went well with the roti and rice. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I also tried some of their desserts and drinks, which were equally satisfying. The restaurant follows all the safety and hygiene protocols, and I felt comfortable and safe during my visit. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a tasty and affordable meal in Trivandrum.

My Experience is about the Food is not that disgusting & it will be never disgusting & good sevice & good staff The Staff is Excellent outstanding & Great Sevice & good serving customers & taking good care of kids with such care for small boys well improved & I am really impressed by them??? Only 1 co - worker & 1 Staff is the best??? I have really totally liked the paratha, Chicken, Fish, Egg & I have loved the morning breakfast Dosa, Vada, Chutney, Sambhar & I also liked unniappam & this unniappam is not that disgusting at all Never comment on food & Never complain over the food & do not say Bad Staff!!! I will always say Good Staff???

This is one of the decent restaurant around trivdandrum city and obviously mark down for cleaniness (observed that the washroom/ hand was area are a bit untidy when we visited, might be due to the large crowd). The food is tasty and served hot. Their fish (seer-fish) roast is delicious and they have variety of fish fry at an affordable rate. Most of the non- veg dishes that we tried were up to the mark. The owner is a very courteous person who make sure that all the tables are attended. Overall a good experience.

If you ever want to try the worstest chicken biryani in trivandrum, it's an open door for you. Just now I ordered a chicken biryani from here. They charged 200 and that okay. But I did not even receive the quality that I gets for street shop biryanis. What I got is ghee rice mixed with hard boiled overcooked chicken with zero flavour. A chicken biryani without chicken's flavour. Worstest.... I don't know who cooked it, but it's the worstest biryani I ever tried. Who even calls this a biryani. Ghee rice with hard boiled chicken with no flavour garnished with boiled egg .... To the chef or cook whoever it is, visit other restaurants and taste the biryani and see. If you owner, you have ever tasted this dish, you will be instantly terminating the hands behind the dish. Worst... worst.... worst... It's a real time review by looking upon the biryani they delivered ... Learn and cook....

Staff behaviour is too rude here. Stayed there for only one day because of there unprofessional behaviour. Toilet flush not working properly. Even there tv remote has no battery cells. Advise to go book any other hotel if you want hassle free accomodation.

Very bad customer service and high charges quality of food is too bad

This review is regarding the food which I ordered recently this evening from swiggy. I ordered kottuparotta 2 qty. The food wasvery bad. They simply put some parotid pieces with veg kuruma and added chilly powder into it. Truly, we can't even taste spoon because of the spicy chilly flavour. It is regarding the food ordered from Swiggy. Ordered chicken pothichoru and sorry to say , the quantity was very very less. And expecting better packing of curries though there was just a sambar with no veggies and a chicken salan. Had food from the dine but never had a bad experience like this. Completely disappointed.

A good place for Chicken items and South Indian (kerela) meals

I am not sure about the rooms but the food served at the hotel are good and tasty. The hotel is good for a dine-in or takeaway.

Tried the chilly chicken, Tikka plat, Wheat Parotta, Tandoor and Special sarbath. The chilly chicken costs 180 and is just average. Tikka and Tandoor lacks flavour. The wheat parotta is ok. The special sarbat is nothing dpecial, just grape sarbat with a piece of lemon.

Food is good and this restaurant is a normal one but rates are high when comparing the standards.
