The Rooms were neat and clean and the staff was very helpful. The only problem is that this stay has no Restaurant of its own and guests have to go to nearby restaurants for their meals. But this location has good service of Uber Eats.

Decent place - Home stay around 4 kms from T1 airport terminal. The caretaker arranged an autorickshaw for us to the Padmanabhaswamy temple and helped with directions.

We stayed for a day as plan of temple visit with family. Malar is located in a peaceful residential area yet very close access to City and all Proximities. Great hospitality, had a pleasant stay, felt like own home, overall property managed quite well and will meet all your needs . Staffs are supportive and responsive. Highly recommend and worth from all aspects. Must to stay during next TVM visit.

Good place to stay if you have a prolonged layover at Trivandrum international airport. They have a tie up with Oyo for regular booking and MiStay for hourly bookings. Travancore mall and Padmanabhaswami temple is close by but for food you would have to walk a good 800 metres. The rooms are clean with basic amenities. The caretaker is very helpful and hospitable and caters to the guest's requirements well.

Stayed for 2 days. Boy is a nice guy. But place is managed very unprofessionally. If you want peace from hustle bustle of town and ready to accept some untidiness, and accept unsystematic approach, you can stay here. Food and toiletries may have to be managed yourself.

bad place for home stay, poor service, intemperate owner, no food stall or auto/taxi nearby, no place to park cars safely, uncleaned room and toilet, unsafe area at night, bad wifi, bad cable tv ,better options availble st lesser rate in this city, .

Homely stay and nice staff. This is only good about this place. The place is situated in a lane. To get transportation from this place is very difficult. You may have to walk about a km to get some restaurants. I informed the caretaker about dinner well in advance but around 7.30 pm he informed since he didn't go out to buy vegetable he couldn't serve dinner. Next day breakfast was also not up to the mark. This place is good for a stay of one day or max two. Not recommended for long stay.

Though I stayed for a night, I could notice many things in short span... Pros: Area is good if you can manage transport on your own. Cons: Not at all clean.. bedspread was not clean, bathroom had hair all around and the door mat too was not changed. When asked to change, reply was non availability... One suggestion to the owner of the house, When a room is checked in, basic amenities should be taken care, why do u expect the guest to request for everything ?
