I booked the apartments in Renjini apartments in c/w my daughter's marriage. The occupant's age ranged from 25 to 65,but all had only one opinion "An excellent place to stay, ie. the ambience, the facilities, location, the behaviour of caretaker and owner etc etc are exceptional". The Neem tree in the front provide fresh air, sufficient parking space is added advantage. The location is also excellent with museum/zoo, good hotels (veg/non veg), temple, church etc are in walkable distance. Above all the rent charged is also reasonable. I sincerely recommend this place for your stay in Trivandrum.

We always stay at this service apartment. Very strategically located and well furnished. All the basic amenities are available. Very well suitable for long duration stay. We keep coming back to the apartment as it gives a homely vibe!

Had a really bad experience with them after getting confirmation and reservation upon arrival i was told the place is sold out. Did not even bother to call again to confirm or take any effort from their side. Totally unprofessional behaviour and i had to go search different stays at night. Upon calling the owner on arrival, he just kept on telling ther’s nothing to be done despite the fact that they shouldn't have listed the place as available if the place is sold out to waste the time ans energy of their guests.

Good apartment. Can cook food if needed, gas connection and fridge is available. But limited items on kitchen. Rooms are good. Cab/Auto-ricshaw access is there - only walkable distance to main road. Restaurants and grocery shops near by. Recommended for friends and family.

Wonderful place to stay with family including kids. All amenities provided and was a fully furnished apartment. Good service and reasonable rates. Near to Padmanabhaswamy temple and prometric center.

This is a place you should avoid unless it is the last place on earth. cockroaches and spiders are everywhere to find but you never get to find the caretaker of the apartment. You need to walk almost a kilometer to get any supplies and it is not an easy walk. AC remotes, extra pillows, towels or bed linen is extremely difficult to get. Even the TV remote does not have batteries. Has all infra but poorly maintained. Will I go back there? Hell NO!

Centrally located, 3 bedrooms and kitchen. Car parking also available. Neatly maintained.

For me it was a very good experience staying in HoneyBee Serviced Apartment & Homestay Trivandrum. I wholeheartedly recommend this home stay to anyone seeking a special and memorable experience. I also look forward to the possibility of returning back in the future

I have known this apartment since Aug 2023. Its a perfect place to stay due to following 1. The owner and caretaker are polite and helpful 2. It only 50 mtr away from the main road vazhuthacaud opposite to Tagore theater 3. It has 3BHK flat will all facilities i.e. wifi, fridge, washing machine, cooking equipment - so it makes the place homely 4. Parking area and big windows are available. 5. The apartment is well maintained. Whenever I check in its neat and clean with all things functioning. Would recommend for all who wish to have homely stay outside your home.

3 good bedrooms, hall and kitchen with cooking facilities, well maintained. Very near to tagore theatre.

The rooms were well maintained and the bedding was ok. They have a kitchen available with some cutlery and a washing machine as well. Located in a prime area and didn't have challenges getting transport.

Staying here for 4th time, Nice to see that u have upgraded ur wifi to high speed.

Good apartment, very near to Subramaniyam hall. It is a 3 bedroom apartment but the host gave as 2 bhk apartment for discounted rate since we were only 4 adults and one kid. There is a caretaker at this property who bought us medicines from local pharmacy, he was very helpful.

All good, only less space for car park, very soacy nest and clean all 3 rooms each of apartment has proper light and AC, there is a washing machine , kitchen too

Very convenient accommodation with a decent price . Very ideal stay for families. Kitchen tawa and dish wash were not in good condition. It would be good if you can provide iron box. One of the toilet water pipes was leaking. Found cockroaches in the room. It would be good if you can control the pests by fumigation or other methods.

Very comfortable. Nearest to prometric test centre.
