Our foresight led us to pre-book our meal a day in advance, a decision that ensured a seamless dining experience. The dinner was served on the terrace, situated on the fourth floor of the building, affording us a delightful perspective. Our selection comprised chicken, beef, and paneer steaks, each exceeding expectations in terms of flavor and quality. While it leans toward the higher end of the price spectrum, the generous portion sizes unquestionably justified the cost. The attentive and welcoming customer service further elevated our dining experience. It's worth noting, however, that the parking area appeared relatively limited in size, potentially posing challenges during peak periods. In summation, our visit left us with a contented impression of this establishment, where quality, service, and ambiance came together harmoniously.

Five star for food cheating menu.Wrong food menu and kitchen staff.. They dont know fried chicken.. But they are showing menu with crispy fried chicken on 04.06.2022

Improved a lot. Good staff. Good ambience in the Bar. Chicken 65 is a must try with a chilled beer. The only problem is the tile they used at the entrance. It's very slippery. People who park their two-wheelers inside should be very careful.

Rooftop restaurant is an open area and so is non AC. Had a buffet dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Food is good but expensive considering the items served. Hand wash area is within a small stinky toilet room. Public comfort stations are better than these toilets. Advertised as a business class luxury hotel - but don't know how to maintain toilets. Smokers can be seen in staircases.

Courteous staff, nice ambience and tasty dishes. Went there today with my cousin who was new to this post of the city. Hotel Padma was near my residence and hence decided to give a chance. It was a worthy visit. The staff took good care of us and were really communicative. Service staffs, other than the person assigned to us, were also enquiring if we have placed our order, if we need any further assistance etc... Kudos guys. Thank you team Padma.

I am customer of padma for 10 years before the renovation of hotel. I have a complaint of giving bad food in bar restaurant and the wash room have no cleaninss and there is no bucket and jug for using bathroom kindly clear this happened give necessary action for hotel management

Went for a buffet lunch and have to say it was worth the price. The highlight is definitely beef fry. One of the best you can get. Naadan dishes were all good, the indo-chinese not so much. A concern of this hotel is the small parking space.

I have been scammed twice here. They try to slip you the wrong drink once you are drunk. You get cheaper drink than what you ordered, they will scam you like that. Bunch of fraudulent guys. Happened twice with me now.

Lowering of music volume at the rooftop and finding a way to deal with mosquitoes at evening shall be considered. Overall the place is giving a good vibe apart from this.

Nice spot for hanging out with friends. The only problem is the loud noise from music played on the TV, if you choose to sit at roof top.

Had the buffet lunch. While the food was good, there was no separate hand wash area. For all about 40 to 50 seats in the rooftop buffet area, there were only 2 tiny wash basins fixed inside two tiny unkempt toilets, one each for men and women. So after a sumptuous meal, be prepared to vomit; thanks to the stinky toilet. Update: The condition of the wash area/toilets continues to be gruesome....

One of the worst restaurants in this area. The entire staff need basic hospitality lesson. Building a fancy concrete building doesn’t make you a ‘hotel’ per say. Basic decency from staff is expected. Horrible place
