Very bad.Poor service Rooms not cleaned & not maintained properly, Not suitable for family. Only positive thing is it's very near to PSC office , just a lodge for getting freshened don't expect anything more.

Not value more money. Either they should reduce the amount or they should maintain the place properly. They are exploiting people's helplessness.

Not recommended. Below average rooms with foul smell.

Not good too much according it's price

Very old room, furniture are not good, in my room fan wasn't in the exact above bed, no waste bin, no hot water available in room, no single room available, but rent is low and location is easily accessible, located near pattom psc head office.

During my stay in Jan 2010, we faced water problem. No elevator in the guest house and we had to take stairs to the 3rd floor, always, after hectic day. Location is really good. The then manager was very friendly and cooperative. Overall, I give it 4 stars due to the then ambience and services that we received, as a group.

Old buildings and rooms are old..near kendriya vidyalaya pattom.

An average n clean lodge. Close to PSC OFFICE. So very useful for psc interview candidates. 900 per ordinary non ac room.

If you are looking for a cheap stay this is the place for you. Staff and services are good. Even though the place is old, it is well maintained. Location is good too.

A good old Lodge in Pattom center that still maintaining neatness and arrangements. Some rooms may not have television facility. Non AC rooms available for Rs.900. Parking facilities available. This new building inaugurated on 1995 by Kerala ministers. New building have 5 storeys. The main advantage of the lodge is the prime location, which is in the main road and near to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kerala Public Service Center, SUT Hospital, Baskin Robbins outlet, Kerala Planning Board, St. Mary's school and other famous institutions. Rooms are neat and clean, staffs are well behaving, price also in budget according to the conditions. PSC office is just walkable distance of 5 minutes only. Tourist home is very near to KV school.
