Not a perfect choice...rooms are full of dust... Can't walk without a chappal.. Toilets are not too clean..Only can adjust..not worthy...choose only when no other rooms are available.. Available for daily and monthly basis.. don't choose for monthly basis.. Enough parking space but no cover from sunlight and dust.. Always noices of vehicles.. 200m from prs hospital, killipalam.

Worst experience..... Please dont take the rooms there.!!! The took my 10 THOUSAND RUPEES. I went and saw a room which was good enough, an average room. And they told they want the full amount at the time of booking itself. I was not having the whole amount. But I paid 10 THOUSAND RUPEES at that time and they gave another room. That room was horrible one. When i complained, they told all other rooms was occupied. I can't stay there because full of dust and spiders.... The staircase is also full of spiders.. I told that i want the money back i will take other room. But they didn't even gave 1 rupee back. They are CHEATERS please DON'T TAKR THE ROOM THERE. And also the one fat lady staff there is very bad one. Her attitude is like we are going to stay there for free... The owner is a big FRAUD. He is trying to escape from me when i ask my money back. I didn't stay ther i took a good room which is very neat and tidy and cheaper than this. I LOST 10 THOUSAND RUPEES.

Haven't stayed there but checked the place out and would not suggest it. You can get a good room in a 3 or 4 star hotel with all amenities for the rates they offer. Car parking facility is available though.

Worst experience ever had. The rooms are like they haven't cleaned for years. Please don't get the rooms there. The lady office staff is very harsh. She should work in a market. It is best for her. The cleanliness is the worst factor....

Don't expect "super" rooms as the hotel name suggests! You can find cheaper rooms in Tvm city which are much cleaner than what they have here! You guys are doing a business and a little bit of professionalism would be appreciated

It is a seviced apartment with single double rooms with and without Air conditioning. Is furnished. Has a hall kitchen attached to each apartment. Has a common banquet hall and a small auditorium for functions. Moderately priced. Has 24 hour security guard.

It's quite a good place for events having a limited number of guests. Best suited for conference s and family functions involving close family members, This venue is situated away from the hustle and bustle of a city road.

Super Prem residence located in CIT road Killipalam. You can get monthly and daily rent. Monthly rent comes to around ₹20k

Doesn't even clean the rooms for the guests. Cleanliness is the most basic of service that is expected and here it fails to deliver.
