Honest review : Great place for a hangout ,has a good number of pizzas you can choose from ,the tables are equipped with ketchup and seasoning the seats are great for couples family or just a dining spot but compared to other pizza parlours their regular was much smaller idk if they provide a large one but from the menu we took the regular as tha largest ine and then theres medium for lower price but it was much smaller . Although a great pizza but was really disappointed in the size .

I have visited several domino's and this particular store also many times in last 5 years. The service and attitude of staff members are very arrogant and non friendly all the times. Now I think it's not problem of staff but attitude of management reflecting through staff.. What to do addicted to domino's so bearing everything till any new domino's open near by

Suggested for tasty and yummy pizza. We had pizza (not remembering the name)and pepsi. It was an awesome experience with their food and hospitality. The ambiance they created in the shop is very appreciated. This shop is pocket friendly, aslo a sure choice for gatherings. They have very spacious seating area with lot of tables and chairs. Yesterday I ordered for three pizza. Got the order very fast. Delivery boy was extra decent and very polite in behaviour. Packing was good but when its comes about the taste it's depends upon your luck 🤞( I think they reheat the pizza's, because they prepares it before getting the order) topings and cheese not tastes like freshly made😌. There is not enough sauce and little bit dry texture . Hope better luck next time 😎

So, ordered a takeaway, it was a Sunday evening, staffs were a bit ignorant. Ordered a chicken something pizza, taste is pretty consistent to other outlets, crust was soft even after having it past an hour after ordering.

Pizza was great. Ordered the non-veg loaded and the toppings quantity was good enough. The pizza itself was fresh and had all the qualities of a good pizza. The store has parking place. The service was good. I only wish the toppings were cheaper; like for ₹60 you get 5 pieces of jalapeños.

Pathetic Customer Service - Worst ever in any other Domino's

My favorite pizza brand. No 1 pizza brand in India.

Like any other dominos outlet. Decent parking and nice staff. They won’t deliver to my home (4.5 kms away) so I had to go and get it.

Ordered(for home delivery via swiggy) a regular sized veg indy paneer pizza yesterday evening at 9 30 PM. However after sometime it was shown that the order was not delivered. They claim to have called me and messaged me asking for location. I had to carry my injured ankle and get the same fell their store at 10 30 PM. Very poor service. Location is clearly given and they regularly delivers.The store manager was not kind enough to apologize even rather was trying to justify. It may have been network issues as I did not receive any calls or mssgs which they claim to have made. Store manager had called me if he could cancel the order but wondering how his call got connected. Delivery person with common sense could have arrived at location as I was standing outside for atleast 15 minutes. Giving 2 star as pizza was good. Reduced 3 stars for the pathetic service offered by Dominos. Will not order dominos anymore.

Domino's offers great value for money with coupons when compared to its counterparts ..We got it delivered to our place , it took less than 30 minutes for them to cook the pizzas and deliver it to us..... About the pizzas.. they were of really good quality the cheese was well fused into the pizza, the sausage in this sausage pizza was really good and spicy ..... The more people you have with you the more the price per head decreases (with coupons and offers).

Nice experience...had Pizza for the first time in Kerala and it was okay! The taste is not upto the mark but since it is just in it's initial stages and baby steps in Thrissur, I can manage with that. Hope so it gradually matches the taste of Domino's Pizza.

For pizza lovers, Domino's will definitely be one of the top brands. Don't expect topmost quality for all the items in the menu. Sufficient number of tables are available. Staff service is good. Car parking is available.

Purchased 2 medium pizzas from this outlet on 5th May 2023. I explained the person in counter about receiving the wrong dough before also... Instead of hand tossed original dough crust they delivered me with thin crust. This is pathetic and absurd as I specially mentioned him and yet it was nt even mattered. Funny thing is I even mailed customer care and they where not bothered to give solution or resolve the situation. I would recommend anyone to check ur order over there itself before taking home and getting surprised. Unexpected and pathetic service.

During my recent visit, I encountered consistent issues with the oven's functionality, and the overall service quality was severely lacking. This seriously affected the quality of food. Despite requesting a car pickup, I had to wait in my vehicle and indicate my arrival, only to discover that I needed to search for a parking spot and physically collect my order from the store after approximately 20 minutes of waiting. It is my strong belief that Domino's should take the matter seriously and implement comprehensive training for their employees, emphasizing the importance of professionalism in their interactions with customers.

I m in luv with Domino's pizzass❤️...they are so good and worth of price.This Domino's outlet in westfort is so spacious and their customer service was so good.One of the negative I found was the restroom was not properly maintained.Coming to pizzas, chicken keema Paratha and blazing chicken paprika are the must try pizzas.It will be perfect for Indian spice lovers🌶️🥵.

There's no a clean washroom or a seperate wash area. It is included in the toilet which was not clean also the tap of the wash basin was not properly fitted. Not keeping the standard of an international food chain.

Dominos maintains its standards wherever they are. The options here are good and the food is worth the money. Never dined here always preferred take out so do not want to comment on the ambience as such within the store. The only concern is that my house is just around 3-4 kms from the outlet but they still do not deliver to my location. They do have services to locations which are way further than my home but somehow this direction they do not deliver. If they can sort it out it would be beneficial.

Very tasty and yummy pizza. Customer service is not all good but it's ok and parking facility is not good only can 2 to 3 car maximum.

A good space to spend time.. Not for munching junk food, but spending quality time together once in a while..food is actually a secondary concept here.. Italian american food experience, affordable (starting with pizza mania singles) and altogether a great pizza experience.. Hope our local guys working at dominos lives to the expectations of the world famous brand.. Spending time here once in a while (not often) is an pleasant experience...
