I stayed in this place with my family the entrance is so beautiful the car park was sufficient, as I usually prefer stay in places where there is complimentary breakfast 🥐🍳 but I have book this place due to last minute planning and room costing in madurai is way too much compared to other places so yeah decent place to stay and you are ready to pay that much rent for a night stay then this stay will be great

Lovely hotel tucked in on one of the main roads of Madurai in Anna Nagar. Had a peaceful and relaxing stay at the beautiful property. The staff is very kind and helpful, and they provide prompt services. The area has cafes, restaurants and stores around. It also has two beautiful lakes around buzzing with activities in the morning and evening. It's not very far from the railway and bus stations. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Madurai.

Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean. WiFi Facility is provided. Located in the main road and around 5km from Meenakshi Amman temple. Wanted to avoid rooms nearby the temple without car parking facility and hence took a little far. Visited with family and felt safe. Covered Parking in front of hotel with creepy plants. Only thing that didn't impress me is they didn't provide packaged mineral water as mentioned in the service and asked us to take the water from 20ltr water can kept outside the rooms. Apart from that I was happy with the hotel, room and other services provided here.

Hotel is located on the main road. Clean bathroom. Rooms were cosy. Property has parking space for 3 cars. 6- 7 km from temple. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Madurai. Thank you!

The place is worth 5 stars and I give it a three because of the below, 1. The bed-sheet had a lot of black spots and dirt, made me a little uncomfortable to use them 2. The TV was not working despite letting the managers know about this several times. They said it’s a technical issue and service people would come to fix only tomorrow. 3. There is no breakfast within the hotel. Hence the name Bed and Breakfast is a little misleading (you do have amazing restaurants nearby which are walkable) Other than this the stay was pleasant and location is very accessible.

Had a pleasant stay with Family. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is exceptional starting from helping in Car parking, suggestions for places to visit in Madurai, helping talking to auto guy for drop back from temple to room. Would definitely stay again when we are visiting to Madurai once again.

I had a wonderful stay at avea with my family. Mr. Bobby, Mr Ram and Ms Meena were very courteous and helpful. Rooms are well maintained. Bathroom is very clean. Hot water is available round the clock. Nearby many goods restaurants and shops are available. I recommend avea to all.

Fantastic place for a stay at Madurai.. Highlights are Clean rooms, bathroom, vicinity to restaurants and shops , behaviour of staff. The parking can be a bit cumbersome As it is located in a busy road and if the rooms are packed..Three to four cars can be parked in front. Madurai temple is around 3-4 kms away and lots of shared taxis are available (100 rs). Overall a fine hotel for a budget price (2500/3 person).

Booking at the same hotel again, it hardly happens and if it happens, it's due to genuine reasons. Avea is located at a wider road side just outside of busy city roads. At a walkable distance , you find nice restaurants, cafe/tea stalls etc. Rooms and bathrooms are neatly maintained and you hardly find issues with any basic needs. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. They have rooms with bunk bed setup, especially kids like it, in fact I had to change to bunk bed because my kid wanted to sleep on top. Only 3 cars can be parked at their designated parking space , other two cars could be parked with the security supervision. No restaurant available at this hotel, but you find a lot of options at couple of feet away.

Was exploring hotels in Madurai when I came across Avea. Didnt prefer hotels because of possible crowd / Covid and hence took a chance with Avea B&B / Homestay. Wanted a location away from city and on the main road. Spoke to them and booked a stay. They were flexible with 2 children in same room. The location is on the main road (so no narrow roads to drive through) The facility is a large bungalow with 6-8 independent rooms The venue is on a commercial road with shops, establishments and houses No food service, but food is not a problem with several options within 200M (I saw Dindigul Thalapakatti, CCD, Zaitoon, KFC, local hotels etc.) and Swiggy/Zomato delivery Room was sufficient for 4, with a King bed, TV and kettle. Bathroom was clean and with hot water shower, towels and soap/shampoo. They have a care taker 24 hrs and a front office person during the day Car parking is limited to 2-3 cars, else on-road parking No hassle check in and check out Rooms over look the main road, so expect traffic noise by early morning, but otherwise it was quiet and good sleep. Overall, it met all our requirements and will stay there again on our next trip(s).

Cosy place. Well maintained. Cooler atmosphere. Emphasis on green. They have vending machines for cold beverages and hot beverages. Helpful staff. WiFi was spotty. In one of our rooms we had to step out of the room to get a better WiFi connection. Useful Tip: The water for the washrooms were closed and we had to call the reception to get it opened up.

Receptionist and the Manager helped us a lot.. They are very friendly and helped us in extending our stay Rooms and Washrooms were neat and clean. Had a great stay. Would definitely vist for next stay

Room 203 very modern and neat with everything you may need. Good matrass, not very firm, not soft either. Room just fit if you do not have much luggage. Bathroom with mirror, normal size, very hot water without delay, great shower. Fan working good. Kethel available on request. An idea is , to provide every room a kethel and put a mosquito net at windows. Good blankets. Intelligent & helpfull staff. Good restaurant and food/ fruit stalls nearby at the junction. Stayed only one night. A night guard outside. I read a review that it is expensive. Maybe, So be it. I don't think you ll get a budget one for this quality. Everything has it price.

The rooms are very clean, the shower is hot and has enough water. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have a bad smell. The stuff is amazing, helps you with everything. They also have a laundry service. It’s at the mainroad but wasn’t loud in the room. It’s not in the center but no problem getting a Tuk Tuk there. Also there are many restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

The location is good, in the heart of the city...But the rooms are pathetic, sheets were not clean, no proper ventilation, washrooms are small, no ventilation there as well, hence the rooms stink badly...and they are charges way too high for these kinds of rooms . Do not go to this place at this price..

Nice , spacious rooms. Neat washrooms. No attached restaurant, but many veg and non veg restaurants near by. Very close to the main road. Good accessibility. Around 4 km from Madurai rly stn. Only 3 cars can be parked at a time. Though close to the main road rooms were very calm and quiet. Good ambience .

Avea accommodation was appropriate for the price we paid. It was well maintained and clean. Since it's in city center, it is very well accessible to all places in Madurai. One of the AC was not having the cooling effect, but we managed that night. However, we asked for some reduction in the room rent and they agreed finally to just reduce by 500 rupees. Overall it's an ok kind of accommodation and you can go for this if you don't have any option.

Decent place for family stay. Don’t take the room next to reception, it invades your privacy. Hot water is available. There are mosquitoes and they should spray the room before giving room to customer. The elder guy at reception asks for tips which I felt is a bit cheap.

Very clean rooms but COMPACT. We can adjust due to it's prime location! Food is NOT AVAILABLE but plenty of restaurants within walkable distance. We can order on swiggy/zomato. Self service accommodation.

I was a bit hesitant before I went there, but the stay was amazing. Zero complaints from my side. Online booking was only from 2 pm to 12 noon but I booked directly from the hotel and they gave me a 24 hour stay from my check in time. The owner was very clear about the booking. The receptionist, Balu was very humble. Overall great experience. P. S.: They don't have a restaurant but if you need something, they'll arrange.

I truly enjoyed my stay at "Tamora by Avea", Avea's one more beautiful property, Located in Chennai-Trichy highway opposite to Ultra Dental college within 10 kms. The spacious rooms, well-maintained surroundings, 24-hour hot water and air-conditioning, polite staff, and calm atmosphere made it a delightful experience. I will highly recommend it to my family members and friends, and I look forward to visiting again.

A pleasant surprise to see a cozy place on a busy road, well - made with plants and creepers. Rooms are clean; bed linens are spot-free and the bathroom is clean as well. Toiletries are also of good quality. Overall a surprise package.

Everything is excellent, but few points i wish to inform you, Try to provide atleast one chair to sit in the Room. Also as a complimentary try to give one bottle of mineral water. We felt the stay as in our Home. Very nice.

Avea accomodation is well maintained place situaed in the centre of madurai city and helpful and friendly staff ,the Room is very clean and very and comfort recently we came to madurai yesterday for a family function and stayed here and had a great security and experience...

They are increasing rent constantly and the services remain same. Increased 600 for a single bed in just 3 months of time. Receptionist needs to change her attitude towards talking. Customer is a customer and you should not talk like he is a staff. Very bad experience being a regular customer here from past 1 year. I am very disappointed with the chnages happened here.totally money oriented and no special amenities

Not worth the price. Just a small room with no services. They gave us a room in 2nd floor and no one came to help us with our luggage. We carried 4bags to the 2nd floor without lift. Only the location is good at main road.

Stayed happily for one night on 11.02 23. Compact and well maintained room. Bedding materials are neat. Rest room acessories are of good quality. Staff are friendly. Worth the price. They are able to accommodate upto 4 cars for parking. Rest can be parked on road. Ideal for people attending marriage functions in Marriage halls near Mariamman Teppakulam. I was fortunate to get room in ground floor. Will be better if they arrange lift facility. I am a satisfied customer! I will prefer to stay here in future too!

If not located in main road, would've been lovely place. People were nice and the rooms are very good as well. Highly recommended places near around.

Rooms are good but , they don't have Lift facility. Aged people getting problems to go by stairs. These are hiding truths in online booking time. No Parking Place . I Wish not suggest.

First floor rooms are very small. AC was not working. They use tape for holding the swing. Rooms were not clean and stinking. Per day 2000 it’s not worth. Kindly improve thanks. No proper parking facility.

Very decent stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful with suggestions. There are quite a few shops and eateries around the hotel. There's limited car parking though. I think only two cars can fit there - but the street is big and you can adjust your cars here and there.

Accomodation comfortable. Does not have a restaurant though. Compensated by lots of eateries nearby. They have a vending machine for quick snacks. Comfortable beds. They have one room with bunk-bed. Specifically ask when you book if you need it.

Stayed here in a family vacation. Nice place and welcoming staff. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. We had booked 5 rooms. 1 on ground floor 2 on first floor and 2 on second floor. Since there are no elevators, you have use stairs. So better to pack multiple small bags in place of a single big suitcase. Stairs are not too difficult to climb though. You don’t feel you have climbed 2 floors after climbing. Overall good stay.
