The
location
is
good
and
the
rooms
are
clean.
However,
the
behaviour
of
a
particular
front
desk
staff
requires
improvement.
Let
me
name
this
guy
as
Mr.X.
After
examining
Rooms
209
&
211,
I
had
booked
it
on
28
Nov
2023
for
my
guests
arriving
from
Payyannur
on
02
Dec
2023.
I
paid
Rs
1000
as
advance
payment
and
a
receipt
was
made
by
another
staff.
But
Mr.X
snatched
the
original
receipt
from
him,
and
gave
me
a
copy
instead.
I
do
not
know
why
he
did
it,
but
I
let
it
slide.
My
guests,
consisting
of
two
husbands
and
their
wives
arrived
at
1930
hrs
after
long
drive
from
Payyannur
on
02
Dec
2023.
I
was
waiting
for
them
in
the
lobby.
Mr.
X
was
on
duty.
He
insisted
on
the
ID
proofs
of
all
4
people
before
checking-in.
Though
he
was
strict
on
formalities,
his
commitment
towards
service
was
slack.
He
was
unable
to
allot
the
rooms
I
had
selected.
After
finishing
with
the
formalities
he
waved
my
guests
towards
the
staircase,
though
a
lift
was
available.
I
redirected
them
to
the
lift
because
it
was
difficult
to
climb
stairs
with
luggage
etc.
I
do
hope
that
the
management
will
look
into
the
matter
and
corrective
steps
will
be
taken
in
due
course.
