That warden appachan, He is the worst guy I met in my life till date! period! literally.! Such a racist !! He is a psycho. People should stand and take action before its too late. many young tenants were victims of this emotionless being. In a nutshell, Its Worst than abuse and torture.

അപ്പച്ഛന്റെ വീട് This is genuine review I was there around 2 years during my Post graduation.The kind of approach from appachan(warden) first seems to be very arrogant and strict but he is very sincere and prospective person.If we did a mistake it will be surely a contentious from his side. We have many experiences and never envisages from his regime.He is an efficacy person never run away from him.He guided us only for our success. Facilities: Well spaced rooms (both single and triple sharing) Regularly cleaned bathroom 24*7 electricity facilities (solar equipped) 2 cute mates (appu and malu)-dogs Waste disposal system. Good and clean environment for study You will never miss your parents Rarely 10 minutes walk to cms college KOTTAYAM. Last thing Never call him and ask the rent you must directly reach and introspect. Such a good time!

This is not the right place to stay. i have stayed here for 6 months.Surroundings & rooms are all clean. But the warden is not a Good person. He will not allow students to use mobilephones infront of him. And he cares his bloody dogs more than humans.

One of the best higher secondary school in kottayam. It can be ranked best for studies as well as cultural activities. Another important thing to be noted is the descplin. Located away from town with good ambiance and atmosphere.

I have been here for 2 years and I think this place is one of the best accommodation that you can rely in Kottayam. The hostel has a pleasant atmosphere and cleanliness. The warden takes a very good care of all the boys and he maintains a disciplined surrounding to live in for the tenants.

First of all i would like to say about the cleanliness which everybody wish for a hostel. It's well cleaned. The hostel has well furnished rooms, Clean surrounding,and good water,.... The hostel with best atmosphere, reasonable rent. The warden Mr Shai Abraham's a nice person. He take care of each and every students . Since it's my third year no complaints from my side

Though the school was little away from town and little difficult to locate it was worth a place to visit. Nature friendly and serene atmosphere here is sure to give a good learning experience to the students here. This school is the first English medium school in the state of kerala and it still stands out as a historic place as well as a place of invincible education record.

CMS College HSS is founded in 1817. This educational institution has great role in the History of Kerala. The school & compound is very well maintained. And also my renovations & restorations are done in recent years. However, the new add-on buildings inside the compound does not match with the original heritage buildings (still exists)

This is the first school in Kerala to start English education. Now though it may not among the most sought after schools in Kerala, still continues to impart quality education in state syllabus. Has a very good campus with airy class rooms. School offers value based education which is affordable for people from all walks of life.

I have had my higher secondary education from there. The whole school is blessed with nature and buildings which are in the old school design. All the staffs and teachers are very interactive, helpful and well wishers.

Good hostel. Nice facilities for a decent price. Peaceful atmosphere and calm neighborhood despite only being mere minutes from the city centre. Secure location. Very close to CMS college. Hotels nearby. 10 mins from railway station. Electricity, water charges included in bill. Regular cleaning (even without asking). Landlord, in his early 70s, is considerate and thoughtful. Looks after property well.

Rooms and Environment is good , calm. But the person handling it is bad, he is very rude and often makes issues with us Everyday one or the other problems will be there.Other than that this is a good place to stay and study also
