This place may appear spacious with a picturesque landscape, but unfortunately, the amenities are severely lacking. The provided room is shabby, infested with ants, flies, and other insects. 🐜🦟 To make matters worse, the hostess doesn't even provide water. 💧 We reluctantly stayed here for a night due to exhaustion from our journey and the incessant rain. ☔️ Moreover, its location is inconvenient, with a scarcity of eateries and shops nearby. 🍽️🛍️ You'll have to rely on hiring an auto or cab for every necessity, which costs a minimum of 80-100 rupees for a 2-3 km ride. 🚖💸 In my opinion, spending 1000+ rupees for a day at this place is not worth it. It has been one of the worst accommodations I have encountered in Varkala. 😔 It's quite amusing how they manage to gather positive ratings and recognition on social media. 📷🌟 Frankly, they don't even deserve to be in the hospitality business. I humbly advise avoiding this place at all costs. ⛔️ You can find much better deals around the cliff area with excellent amenities. 🌴✨

Poor service and quality of accommodation. Booked a room through OYO which they denied to provide even after confirmation from OYO. As I had no other option. I elected to take a room for which they charged double the price. They wanted payment before check in. Don’t have card facility. Bill doesn’t have GST/ Service tax no. Parking space is inadequate. Ac made loud noise without much of cooling. TV remote was not working but got it changed after 1hr it trial and error. Location is also not that great. There are better places available in varkala. Please don’t waste your time and money at this place. And it is not at all a resort but a hotel with sub standard rooms which are not maintained well.

It all started when we were talking in the balcony at night. The staff named some Rinson came and scolded us pretty badly when there were ladies present with us too. The treatment/behaviour was completed uncalled for and was very very hurting. There were girls with us who were so scared that they couldn't sleep the whole night. Later, I posted a negative review and they threatened me to delete it and post something nice. They made calls to some party workers or someone. OUR TRIP WAS RUINED. ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We somehow made it through the night and checked out early morning at 8. The staff mentally harassed the girls that were with us and abused them stating that he will make their life ruined. I WONDER HOW TRIPADVISOR GIVES THEM EXCELLENCE CERTIFICATE. SHAME! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST.

The stay at this so-called "resort" was terrible in every gregorian sense, with absolute disregard for customer satisfaction. I fail to understand how they were able to keep up their rating in booking apps.... Just to point out the particular incident where the two staffs of the resort ganged up on me and my friend asking us to leave or put up good reviews for this shabby place at about 11 in the night. Being fully aware that we will not be able to find another resort or hotel nearby. Just to put it out there, don't ever think of staying at this place,Like just don't. Period..

I was about to book this resort for a two day stay. But by seeing the reply comments that the management gives out, I can understand how poor the service could be.

I had to travel for business purpose in this Covid 19 controlled situation. I found this hotel from google search and booked a room for 2 nights. The stay was decent. I had breakfast both the days which was homely and tastey. I liked the ambience. No external disturbance. The staffs were quite friendly. I liked the overall experience.

The rooms was nice and the service was really good. An advantage of this resort is it's just a kilometer and a half from the beach which is a very nice thing. Still they have to work on hot waters and small small stuffs otherwise everything will be great 👍 👌

Stay was very comfortable all due to lovely staff who attended to our every need and were so helpful! They really went above and beyond and would 100% book here again if visiting again. Close to pretty much all the sights near Varkala beach, gem of a place! Great find.

Liked the location and calm ambience around this property. Rooms were clean and hygienic. The mattresses used in bedding could have been better as I believe we got a really hard coir one. Also felt they should provide morning tea since there were no walkable restaurants nearby.

I went with my parents and stayed for two days. Rooms are neat. Peaceful stay gauranteed. 👌 They helped us by arranging auto for site and temple visits... And only issue is there is no restaurant nearby but swiggy serves to this location so you can order food.

Quiet and peaceful area, rooms are average, but not bad. Good for family and couples. Descent service. Overall its a great option for the budget stay in varkala. Walkable distance to varkala clif.

Quite nice. Waiting for a tuk tuk. One evening we noticed eagles above and giant bats .they have a wing span of 1500mm. Interesting watching them flying over and landing in the trees

Very friendly owner and happy thing for me is he speaks Kannada so felt more happy. Price is not much high compared to other resorts. Rooms in good condition ac well working very spacious room. Near to black sand beach i recommend this place.

Owner is really helpful, they helped me for arranging surfing and rent a bike, location is good, I learned the road in 1 day to cliff area, I would recommend this hotel if you want a cozy and comfortable stay at a budget price... highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and neat. Environment is pleasant. Service was too good. Rijesh helped us in many ways. He arranged transport from resort to jatayu and local sightseeing. That was timely help.

Home like feel I had been getting when I was there with my family one year back.Apart from that, staffs were very supportive nd never had shown any miserly attitude at the time of need.

Recently i read some of the reviews and experience of guests who stayed here.. unfortunately disappointed the way they reviewed. My name is binu richard.i stayed here twice last month. Facility is good. Ambience is good.i was treated the way i should be.thinking to visit in near future. Room and cleanliness is very good. I booked through OYO and the resort charged the exact amount n nothing extra. Considering the reviews thats what i am disappointed.
