I
was
in
discussion
with
the
hospital
for
shifting
my
father
from
another
hospital
to
this.
I
had
discussed
his
condition
with
concerned
doctor
and
room
was
ready
in
two
days
.
Based
on
the
availability
of
room
I
had
coordinated
for
ambulance.
There
started
the
pain.
The
person
who
was
coordinator
for
ambulance
in
medicity
called
me
and
collected
details
and
told
that
within
half
an
hour
ambulance
will
be
ready
After
half
an
hour
when
I
called
up
he
told
that
he
has
to
get
a
final
confirmation
from
concerned
doctor
and
will
call
back.
After
one
hour
also
I
didn't
get
any
update
and
agin
I
called
up
ambulance
coordinator.
The
coordinator
told
that
he
just
diacussed
with
doctor
and
everything
is
fine
and
will
start
ambulance
shortly
and
told
that
he
will
call
me
back
once
ambulance
starts
.
Hearing
that
I
asked
current
hospital
for
discharge.
I
waited
for
1.5
hours
and
started
calling
the
coordinator.
I
called
up
two
times
but
he
did
not
pick
up
call.
When
I
called
third
time
,
he
told
he
is
in
a
meeting
and
will
call
back
in
5
minutes.
After
waiting
for
another
half
an
hour
I
called
back
again
and
the
reply
was
"
I
was
in
management
meeting
,
shifting
will
not
happen
".
I
was
totally
confused
what
went
wrong
in
between.
What
he
told
is
it's
a
management
decisions
that
don't
want
to
admit
referral
patient
due
to
covid
situation.
I
told
him
that
patient
is
covid
negative
and
we
are
okay
to
undergo
covid
test
again
but
he
was
telling
it's
a
management
decision
nothing
can
be
done.
By
that
time
our
discharge
process
in
the
current
hospital
was
done
and
the
people
who
have
to
accompany
the
patient
in
ambulance
also
reached
.
We
all
wasted
a
day
because
of
this
.After
this
drama
from
medicity
,
we
discussed
and
current
hospital
luckily
accommodated
us
back
.please
note
the
condition
of
the
patient
need
hospitalisation
and
no
way
he
can
be
at
home.
My
concern
here
is
after
communicating
the
condition
of
a
patient
,
and
wasting
almost
a
day
why
this
happened
?
Is
this
action
from
management
justified?
Why
they
are
not
okay
to
admit
patient
after
covid
test
if
covid
is
the
issue
?
Why
the
policies
are
not
formulated
and
communicated
up
front
?
Why
didn't
I
get
a
reply
that
shifting
is
not
possible
when
I
enquired
itself
?
After
all
what
is
the
purpose
of
a
hospital
when
a
critical
patient
who
is
tested
covid
negative
is
not
treated
there
?
Is
it
aligned
with
government
policies
?
I
feel
so
bad
thinking
it
is
a
hospital
owned
by
pala
diocese
and
the
patient
also
belongs
to
the
same
place
and
was
an
active
contributor
to
his
parish
while
he
was
up
and
running.
Problem.is
not
that
they
didn't
admit
us
rather
problem
is
why
was
the
whole
process
not
straight
???
I
highly
appreciate
reply
/
clarity
from
management
on
this
incident.
