Good ambience and courteous staff. Hotel has ample parking space. Have been here for Lunch buffet. Decor of restaurant is nice and tables were clean and hygienic. Coming to food Soups were good. Starters were a let down. Good variety of salads. Thalassery mutton biriyani in main course was delicious. Main course items felt bit bland though. Desserts were lip smacking. Service was really good and staff were wearing masks as per Covid guidelines. Buffet spread is well arranged and overall a pleasant experience. But wouldn’t say the taste was really great. They allow Zomato pro payments as well. There is a pool view and outdoor seating.

Visited Mosaic to celebrate birthday of me and spouse which falls on same day fortunately. Booked a table in advance for the dinner buffet. Buffet menu will change on a daily basis. Ambience was very good with a wide variety of starters, main course and deserts available. For grilled items such as chicken and fish a live counter is available near pool side which seems fantastic than the pre cooked items. A pool side candle dinner will also be provided based on requests which will be little bit costly than the normal buffet. For experiencing one time visit can be recommended and nothing that much extra ordinary is there for multiple visits.

Got an opportunity to experience Buffet dinner with my colleagues. We had a great time over there with varieties of main course and starters. Desserts are great with many options.

Came here for lunch buffet. This was always on cards since mrinal always have good words for crowne plaza. I must say the buffet was a huge disappointment. Mostly because of the choice of nonveg dishes they had. Can u imagine there was no suitable curry for the live appam. The options were liver curry some idiotic.beef curry. And some bengali fish curry. I think the liver no one even touched. There was not single decent chicken curry or fry. Even the fish fry was below par. The highlight was sambhar. In fact most veg curries were good. The desserts were just ok. Staff were courteous.

I booked 30 seats for my Mom's 75th and we had a wonderful time, the spread, the ambience and the service levels were excellent. Saurabh and the restaurant staff went the extra mile to make us comfortable and take care of all our requests. They pulled all stops to make it a memorable event for all of us.

Service was excellent, no waiting and staff were polite and courteous. Food is mediocre at best. There is no great selection of food, just one dish with beef, 2 chicken dishes and so on. If you want to have buffet, I suggest going to Marriot behind Lulu (not the one near the airport)

Really enjoyed the dessert section. Did not have a lot of vegetarian starters, but main course dishes were plenty. Enjoyed live music and the in house magician was very nice!

Majority of it were not bad, some were really good. Wasn't fond of one or two items. 2 soups (chicken was good) Different salads (Really good. Lots of varieties) Crispy items like pappad and fryums. Chicken Kiev, (Breaded) A fried chicken tikka-like item (Really good), Nadan Fish Curry, Nadan chicken curry, Seafood with Oysters (Really good), Beef Vindaloo, Paneer curry (Good), Garlic Noodles (Bad! Dry and undercooked), Mutton biriyani (Good), Ghee Rice & steamed rice Desserts - Really good with lots of options including different pastries and ice cream. Food Truck - There's a food truck just adjacent which serves certain items like naan and appam I believe. Didn't check it out.

Went there to have Sadya (feast) on the occasion of Vishu festival. It was very tasty and service was also good.

I would never recommend take away orders as they take too much time to cater the same. Mine was 1.5 hours for an order of 2 pastry slices. When called the restaurant landline, they pass wrong information that even pastries are made upon order which is very hard to believe. And they specially reminds customers that their hotel is a 5 star one and i don’t understand what is the quality of service they provide without maintaining the committed time and giving fake information on food preparation.

I was there on the Sunday brunch. It was a nice experience. Huge variety of dessert and food, and live counter and their delicious food in the buffet 😋 lots of choices . I really enjoyed the brunch of mosaic. I will recommend you to reserve the table early, it will be good for you.

Great spread of food items that would satisfy all kinds of food lovers. The dessert spread is extraordinary. Nice staff. A special mention to Mamta, who exemplifies the gold standard hospitality of this place.

We had so much expectations before booking for a dinner, but the food was not upto the mark, there were not so much options for fish and chicken, also the seafood dishes were not good. For cut fruits, I was able to find only watermelon and pappaya, nothing else was there. Overall not satisfied.

It's very hot during lunch time. Need to increase air conditioning. Food is not superb. Mutton dish is excellent💯. No South Indian or North Indian style fish dish and seafood dishes. No duck dish as well. Chicken biriyani and chicken dishes are average. Need to increase selection of starters salads and desserts.

The food was amazing ! Celebrated my parents 25th Wedding Anniversary here and they loved it ! Everyone was so nice too !

Very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Very limited choice of fresh fruit (just 2, mango and melon) and juice was canned.Limited non Indian items, potatoes were cold and inedible, poor quality bakery items,especially bread, couldn't find any type of cereal, - the atmosphere was chaotic - not worth the 800 rupees

Professional and courteous staff. Food was good. Valet parking is good. Management to ensure that people not supposed to be working in the dining hall don't spend their time fawning over expatriate guests. It is a a bit irritating to other diners.

On dated 23-09-2022, we were part of IBM kochi ingruration program in crowne plaza Ball room. In the lunch, we have found glass stone in Veg Briyani. Food quality is tarabile. Some places we found dirty bowl.

Ambience was good, staff was warm and attentive. The food was missing something. I don't mean it was bad, taste wise it was just satisfactory I felt. But overall good. May be my day was bad.

I'm not a salads person but I personally loved the salads the most at the mosaic hotel. Their starters were good, had variety of dishes in the main course and deserts. It was dinner buffet and I loved the food and would recommend it over four points or le meridien from my recent experiences.

It was a wonderful experience in mosaic kochi. The food was so delicious. When it comes to the food, I have no words to describe the succulent experience, and I remain a very humble reviewer in the face of this experience. The simply mind blowing Cuisine of mainly seafood but also including some great meat and poultry dishes with a medley of Oriental, Continental, Indian and authentic Kerala range ! Highly recommended and definitely worth a try!! Would like to specially mention the name of our server Libin. He accommodated all our requests in personal. Thanks a lot libin. Reasonably ok. Had buffet lunch out there today afternoon. Had great expectations, but overall the food was not up to our expectations. Service was good and staff are courteous and trained. Covid protocols are maintained..Food was disappointing both in terms of taste and combinations. Deserts were good.

All you parents who want some time to enjoy your food but also want to able to keep an eye on your kids head to Mosaic. A wonderful place to have your Sunday brunch.. no matter what the age group they have catered to every need.. kids will go ballistic (half because of the excitement and half because of the sugar rush). The best part is staff is cool and will not stare at u because your kids are running around all over the place and making a ruckus. If you are with a mixed group - they have covered most of the cuisines and it is quite good. The desert counter is like OMG. What I did not like - the bombay street food counter.. it lacked flavour TIP TIME: To make the most out of buck go at the start of the service, pace yourself, go slow, eat small portions of food, walk around a lot and stay till the end of service. We had a great experience at Mosaic, Crowne Plaza. The buffet spread was huge, we only needed to bring a good appetite which we failed to do :D We went there on a special occasion, which was made more special by good food, great ambience and awesome people!

Ambience was great , food mainly starters was excellent, quantity was good., personal attention and suggestions. Dessert was equally good. Service was always with a smile. Valet parking.

Good. Only notable issue was there were constant short power outages when they shift from generator to grid and back. Was not expecting this from a five star hotel. Happened atleast four times in the time we were there.

Worst food for the price. I had many restaurant buffet in the past. Might have few food taste bad but never had while food taste bad. Only had one juice (which was surprising) shrimp soup taste like shrimp curry with water rather than a soup (probably they reused a curry) didn't even feel fresh. salad didn't had any good options or flavour. Nothing that gonna impress u anyway . Starter snacks was oily and taste like Just crispy dough. Hyderabad veg briyani was way too spicy. With overcooked feeling. Thalassery briyani was okeey. Live counters was surprisingly low quality items. Sardines where cooked not live but was at live counter. Basa was tawa fish of the day. Who thought basa at 5 star hotel. Chicken wings was way too oily. And was too saucy too. Normally sauce add while cooking. But sauces where already dried. They just reheating things. Now comes other main dishes. Chicken curry taste so bad i couldn't had more than one. Mutton tasted like aged. That bad. And other no veg i didn't even wanna eat. Veg wasn't much different. By then i had lost my appetite and moved to desert. Which was considered okeey compared to my overall. Payasam wasn't payasam by the way semia milk n sugar that's it. No effort. U won't feel it. Cakes was okey. Pudding was below avg. Anyway desert chocalte lawa cake and few pastry was good. And there wasn't anything for diabetics or eggless options. Anyway never wanna eat from there again. I think owners need to visit others places in kochi especially taj Malabar and hyaat. .

Went to try out the buffet, with lots of expectation. The food as such was tasty and displayed well. Staff was courteous and helpful. The magic tricks in between our dinner was a suprise and entertaining .My only disappointment was I felt the buffet food lacked variety at this price point . There were only very few choices, especially for the appetizers there was just a choice of panner and chicken. Would appreciate if the team could add more variety to the buffet spread.
