Excellent location. Close the commercial place and High way. Rooms are clean.The amenities and service was good. The front office staff are very courteous. Well behaved staff. The prices are reasonable. Hygienic place,quality bed,bed spreads and blankets. Spacious parking.

Perfect parking. The restaurant staff were very caring. Could improve a bit upon the little things. But overall unforgettable experience. I do miss some dishes of the previous chef - Sizzler for example

As the name says " The classik fort" is a nice hotel for dinner and breakfast. I enjoyed my favourite biryani here which is so delicious. I must say one should come and visit this place

Great ambience! The staff was very polite and quick to help. The food was amazing. Though, a few of the dishes listed on the menu weren't available I had requested for. But according to my experience, I had a good time at this hotel. Will definitely check-in again during my next visit to Kochi.

Great hotel, rooms were very clean. Great spot to host any functions or programs at their party halls. Hosted my baby's naming ceremony there. The service was excellent. Very professional staff, special thanks to the manager Shaiju for all his help in prompt communication and also providing me contact information for potential decorations ream and photography team.

All the amenities provided namely spacious comfy rooms, clean linens, quality toiletries used, the vibe of dining space, pleasant lighting used throughout, and the calmness you feel at the hotel needs a special mention. Rooms are good but the restaurant is not having basic facilities. Water is placed only after we remind them . Many food is not available and it is only informed after waiting for some minutes. Food is tasty but the service is bad .

Roller Coaster Stay at The Classik Fort! 😕 So, I booked a stint at The Classik Fort via Goibibo, checking in on the 21st evening and bidding adieu on the 23rd morning. 🌙 Let's start with the good stuff: clean linen and bathrooms - check! 👍 But here's the twist: the vibe was more OYO than the promised business class magic, especially with the hefty 4000+ taxes bill and no free breakfast. 😬 Now, let's talk munchies. The hotel brags about a 24/7 menu, but surprise, surprise - the kitchen shuts down at 11 pm! 🕚 For a so-called business class place, where's my midnight sandwich fix? 🥪 And hold on to your hats - cleaning happens only once a day! 🧹 In a world where hotels do the tidy dance whenever you ask, this felt a bit old-fashioned. To sum it up, The Classik Fort, you've got potential, but there's a bit of a tune-up needed for that promised business class melody. 🎶 As a Goibibo booker seeking a dash of luxury, here's hoping for an upgrade next time! 🌟

We were 13 people from different places of Gujarat, the view from the rooms was amazing, and the staff was cooperative enough. We had 4 people with Jain Food requirement, they managed well.

The food I have ordered was too salty.Not worth consuming.I had to throw it off. Road side thattu kada would have been better.Iam talking about the non veg dish which I have ordered through Zomato

Has conducted a marriage function. The hall and all other facility is good. Have ample parking space. Try to arrange catering and decorations from your side... They provide us contacts for decoration work which was not upto the mark as they told and the rate was high

A good decent hotel with all basic amenities and attentive staff. I had organized a small event here as well booked room for a friend. Both times I faced no troubles. The rooms are really good and the event area was also well managed.

Good rooms. Neatly maintained. Great service and nice food. They have halls and conference halls for all purpose. They have a hug parking space. It is in Tripunithura. They have a total of 16 rooms. They have a restaurant inside the hotel itself. A good option to conduct small functions. Staff is very friendly and their service is satisfying.

With very high density of traffic and the hotel situated Right on the road, getting in and out is a drivers' challenge. If you are not a local you would not know of the huge parking area by the side of the hotel across the side road. The toilet for males were clean but ladies complained of dirty toilets. The bucket kept for tissue paper was overflowing. The restaurant floor was sticky , may be they had used too much of disinfectant. Food was tasty, served hot by a courteous steward. But the service was terribly slow.. so if you are in a hurry, think twice . If you have time to spend try.

Good I don't spent much , place is good and well maintained

I stayed here twice for a few days each time. The cost was Rs. 1800 per night and it seemed like relatively good value for the price. The staff were very kind and helpful - which is the thing that stood out to me, e.g., receptionist Jayaprakash (IIRC).The place is located near the Tripunithura rail station - which is convenient. The food from the restaurant is decent too. For my first stay, the AC and tv remote weren’t working. The staff did get them fixed, but it’d have been even better if everything was checked prior to my stay. They only had hot water on in the morning - which was the most painful thing for me. This may have been due to reduced capacity as a result of Covid - but still made my stay considerably worse. Was tempted to give 3 stars based on the hot water issue, but decided to go with 4 stars in appreciation of the staff.

I had conducted my son's first birthday celebration at this hotel and it was really splendid. Mr.Shaiju and his staffs helped me at every point of need. It was a function of around 150 person. Also, they have given a room for us, it was a very neat and clean room.Similarly, the quality and taste of food served was another marvellous thing. Me, on behalf of my family is thanking Mr.shaiju and team for the whole hearted support. Thank you!!!

Nice hotel. Has parking space in the building also have outer parking. Rooms were well maintained. Clean toilets. Have Spacious room. AC temparature was not good. That was the only problem.

Hotel is in prime location, rated 4 star - no idea why.. but my stay was kind of bad. ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL. Hotel is mainly for various functions and some meeting purpose, so I would not recommend if planning to stay with family for vacation .Lifts are completely occupied by the guests who came for attending functions. First day TV was not working, second day geyser was not working, o one take the dirty plates outside the room . It took 15-20 mins just to deliver empty play as room service.

Went there to have lunch. Good food at reasonable price. Enjoyed the short stay.

Rooms were good with all facilities like kettle, AC, comfy bed, lighting, intercom phone, TV , wardrobe etc. Reataurant a la carte food was also good. Chef in the restaurant was very customer oriented and walks extra mile also. Buffet breakfast is a joke here with limited items kept without nameplate and warmer. Waiters disappear for long times now and then, so if we want to find out which flask has tea and which has coffee it is difficult. Service is also poor. Reception service was ok. Housekeeping does not pick up calls and do not refill water etc during the stay. We have to find them and ask them to do it.

Good quality hotel one, but I want share some minus points, Entry to conference hall is not up to the mark, disturbance to the speaker while opening the door after meeting started.

Understood the reason why this hotel has only 4 stars. It is nice and good, but the maintenance is poor. The toilet doors were unable to lock. The sink was broken with cracks. I attended a meeting there. The food is delicious and the overall ambience is good.

Had dinner from the restaurant, Which was good. We had one started and the main course in which the quantity of every item was awesome. It also tastes good... staff service is also very good

The location was good and had ample parking space. The staff behaviour was also very polite. The rooms and facilities are average and not upto the mark as for a 4-star hotel. Had to call reception for services like towels, bedrolls, etc.which were supposed to be present default. The morning breakfast which was a complimentary one did not taste good.
