hettich is the worst brand door closer i chose for my door....extremely bad after sales services...i have raised the issue with the company 3 times....always the engineer we have to call and confirm and...they come check and go, they are never ready to accept that the product is faulty.....i will request all the consumer please do not buy hettich products they are as bad as their after service....

The showroom was very big and the staff who helped us was thorough and helpful.. she showed us many options and also was quick to respond to our queries.. one suggestion to the showroom will be to fit items in there for us to get an idea.. they say the size and weight, but it is easier if there were things in them instead of plain drawers.. parking is there and Google maps was helpful in finding the accurate directions
