Great place..I had the pleasure of visiting the CCD and I must say, the ambiance and interior work were truly outstanding. The decor was top-notch and the atmosphere was perfect for a cozy night out. Drinks where great yes, CCD is always on a costlier side for the entire menu.. like Starbucks but it tastes great so yeah can't complain much.

I used to love this place, it had a good formal ambience, I used to tag here along with friends, have long discussions, also come here alone for a coffee. I loved the menu, until I tried most of them on it. Bro, most of them are not my taste. I liked Cafe Mocha though. I would still come here, as these are few of the best places to go to and have long discussions/meetings. Others would be Starbucks and Kaloor Stadium. (For Coffee) Last time, I was here they were blasting music and it was no fun for us, and was interrupting. Yeah, we could just ask them to shut it down, some people are a disgrace to these joints, bringing down their value. Like the one time, I visited Fried Chicken joint, and they said it would be smart to pick the normal bottle than the cup they provide Coke in. You know, that's where these shops most income comes in by. So, I want them to stay original. Let the place be how it should be. And not for the comfort of the employees, but set the ambience to the comfort of customers.

Best place for Coffee lovers. Quite and Calm place. Nice place to come for serious planning for future endeavours. Different kind of coffees available. Cookies and other snacks were there. The interior and furniture used gives it an exotic look.

Very well located on the main road also bear to the busy lisie hospital. Has its own parking for about 4 cars. Nice spacious joint with the typical non intrusive service all CCD patrons are accustomed to. Good friendly staff and spaced out tables for covid appropriate seating. For all the planning, they should have included a wheelchair friendly day access to make it 5 star rating.. Nonetheless, a good place for casual visitors...

For me CCD outlets are either a love or hate affair. In Kerala the hate angle comes in either due to the relatively smaller space or the location. In this case, however, the outlet impressed me by its space, parking spaces right in front and the location. The staff there are polite and deliver excellent service. They also keep the place clean and neat. Soon after my first visit, I made this my morning hangout especially when a report had to go in. I looked around to see that I am not the only person with the same idea. This CCD outlet is special and highly recommended. Edit (28/07/2022) - in my visit, I found that service levels has decreased significantly and the menu has changed quite a bit. The outlet was lively as ever. Still recommend the outlet but reduced it's rating down a notch. Be careful while ordering and check ur order before accepting it.

The catch is, it's very quite inside with the ambience and sitting. You will not find it much crowded as compared to other outlets. Hence , you can have some quality time.

A wonderful place to hangout with your friends or anyone for that matter. The ambiance is really good. As always the hazelnut cappuccino is my favourite here. The brownie is also yummy and the staff treat you with great warmth. Overall a great experience.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Café Coffee Day! The Caramel Frapoe I ordered was a true indulgence for my taste buds. Its rich and creamy caramel flavor, combined with the perfect balance of coffee, created a refreshing and satisfying drink. The ambiance of the cafe provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy my beverage. The friendly staff added to the positive experience, ensuring prompt service and a welcoming environment. Without a doubt, my visit to Café Coffee Day for the Caramel Frapoe was a five-star treat that I can't wait to enjoy again.

Decent Coffee Day. The espresso is good (which is hard to come by in Kochi) but the snacks and sandwiches are lacking. The menu shows a lot more offerings but they only have a few of them available in store. The water is way too expensive at 40 rupees for only 500ml of mineral water. The honey oat cookies were delicious but the container is very misleading- it seems much bigger but only comes with six tiny cookies. The garlic bread is very expensive at 95 rupees. The woman at the counter is so quiet- we could barely hear her! It was very hard to order because she was so soft spoken and the music was so loud. Outdoor seating is available. Indoor seating is comfortable. They have WiFi too but I’m not sure how fast it is

The ambience was very good and the coffee is excellent as always.The service is good and there's ample amount of space and infra to sit comfortably and dine and do work.There are several plug points and free wi-fi for one to work comfortably and efforlessly.Would visit again

Ordered cafe americano through swiggy, reached here fully spilled out and delivery boy took it back. Called swiggy they said 30rs they can refund for a 200rs coffee.. Called ccd, Yedhu sree is the one who took the call and said he can't do anything and just blamed swiggy. He talks like he doesn't care about customers and was kind of rude. I order every day from ccd told the same to him and his reaction was "whatever we have a lot of customers". Keep it up CCD and swiggy!! This guy just spoiled CCD's reputation. That was my last order from CCD.

There is only one lady at the counter to prepare and serve the items. She is absolutely amazing. But I've waited 40 minutes to get a black tea. Why don't you appointment some more staff so that the customers can save the time.

Typical setting. Choice of coffee, drinks, short eats and limited choice of burgers. Setting is cozy and comfortable. Location is on the main road at Kaloor and limited parking in front for few cars. We went around 8 PM, was relatively empty, but can be crowded in day time. We found a terrible smell when we parked car, probably from the ditch running somewhere under the slabs up front. Wonder how anyone can eat inside after smelling this this during entry. Inside was clear of this smell, a saving grace. Will avoid, only because of this smell and limited parking space.

Went there today with my friend ordered a cheese cake and a cold water it took 10 mints for the staff to service the cake for me ,when tht guy brought the water he should have come with 2 cups for drinking rite ? Never seen such sadistic staff with big attitude as if the cafe coffe day is owned by then,don't put staff who doesn't know how to service people ,there are enough and more cafes in kochi ... understand that ...don't go there guys just waste of time

Been to several CCDs across the country, this one was not up to the standard. The coffee was way too bitter to enjoy. The ambience is amazing and would be a nice place to sit quietly and catch up on your reading.

I visited CCD kaloor on 16th May around 3pm. I ordered an Iced Mocha and Newyork cheese cake. Both tasted great! But there was something that made me stop having my cake. There were lots of flies around inside CCD. Please take care of the "fly situation" as it will spoil the whole ambience of the place as well as the comfort.

They sell the worst brownie in the city. I ordered brownie with ice cream, cappuccino and a sandwich. Cappuccino was good. The rest was terrible..

A perfect place to sit and relax while sip your cappuccino or late... they even have the smocking zone option, so that we can light a Cig and have a cup of coffee with your loved ones.

Well I ordered Dutch truffle cake through online and we'll the cake was good. But these was orange essence in the cake and I did not lik that. They did not mention that in the detail also. Cake was not so soft.

Situated on the opposite side of IGNOU. Decent parking space and nice ambiance. Very friendly staff and you get a calm atmosphere. But, I think food could definitely improve. Vanilla Cappuccino had too much flavour and snacks were not really up to the standard you would expect.

I had smoked chicken sandwich and hot chocolate it's really delicious.

Nice ambient place to spend your time with work or with friends. A bit expensive but for the service it can be. The food and beverages are were great. One thing negative thing is the evening time sitting next to the glass area, direct sunlight falls that's irritating. If possible they could cover it with some stuffs would be great.

Been a long time to CCD and missed it since Covid. It was a refreshing moment back to CCD savoring the taste of coffee. This place is one of the happening places in Kochi. That adds to the flavour and the ambience.
