Messed
up
several
of
my
orders
from
the
bakery.
Gave
me
old
chicken
and
offered
to
recook
it
fresh
upon
showing
proof
of
purchase
and
this
was
told
by
a
worker
who
asked
me
to
personally
ask
for
him
when
I
get
there.
Took
receipt
back
(SAME
DAY)
awaiting
for
the
fresh
chicken
only
to
find
that
I
was
refunded
and
wasn't
provided
with
the
fresh
chicken
we
were
promised.
So
here
me
and
my
family
are
still
hungry
with
old
chicken.
I
love
Publix
chicken
and
we
were
ready
for
what
we
were
promised
but
the
disappointment
in
my
family's
face
was
hurtful.
And
it
makes
me
not
want
to
ever
go
to
Publix
again.
I
didn't
even
mention
that
my
online
order
of
chicken
was
never
found
even
though
I
had
proof.
Yall
need
to
define
a
better
system
for
the
deli
department.
