Messed up several of my orders from the bakery. Gave me old chicken and offered to recook it fresh upon showing proof of purchase and this was told by a worker who asked me to personally ask for him when I get there. Took receipt back (SAME DAY) awaiting for the fresh chicken only to find that I was refunded and wasn't provided with the fresh chicken we were promised. So here me and my family are still hungry with old chicken. I love Publix chicken and we were ready for what we were promised but the disappointment in my family's face was hurtful. And it makes me not want to ever go to Publix again. I didn't even mention that my online order of chicken was never found even though I had proof. Yall need to define a better system for the deli department.

The food was okay but the service was awful. When we walked in there was no one to take us to a table. One of the people that came in behind us went back to find someone. They got someone to take us to our table. The waitress took our drink orders and left us. She came back with our drinks and biscuits. She took our orders and said that she will bring us plates for the biscuits. We waited and waited to the point where we were using our napkins as plates. She finally came back with our meals and walked away without asking if we needed anything else. After about fifteen minutes she came back and asked" is everything okay". My wife asked for some more tea and the waitress took her glass with what little tea that was in it. Instead of having a small amount of tea my wife had none. After about fifteen more minutes the waitress came back empty handed asking if everything was all right. I asked "what happened to the tea". She did an about face, went and came back with two glasses of tea. After we left the place and got home I realized that I ordered coleslaw as one of my sides and didn't get it.

Chance in the Produce Dept is a PHENOMENAL employee for Publix! We are longtime customers, and Chance is always so very friendly and helpful. On multiple occasions, Chance has answered our questions and has helped family members search for an item needed when we couldn’t locate it. Chance exemplifies what Publix is all about—excellent customer care and top-rated service! Thank you, Chance and the rest of the Publix Family!

Publix pharmacy is such a joke. After waiting in line for 43 minutes to get my medicine they tell me my insurance is invalid. I then showed them it is active and attempted to find out if they possibly had put in the information wrong. The lady then walked away and let me sit there another 10 minutes to tell me they can’t take the information I have because it is different from what is in their system. After trying to ask the lady what information was wrong she then had the ( pharmacy manager ) come over and tell me that if I do not get out of their line and pull around to the end of the line they will call the police on me and refused to even let me pay for my medication. I then asked to speak with a manager and she said I am the manager and my supervisor will agree with me. I then had to go inside and ask to speak to the Store supervisor who was not happy to hear about what was happening and even attempted to help me get my medicine but the lady at the pharmacy refused to let me get it because ( according to her I did not have a physical copy of my insurance) even though I had a complete form with my insurance on it. I then let the supervisor know I would just pay for my prednisone but the pharmacy refused to allow me to pay. They even tired to refuse to give me My husbands medicine but the store supervisor was able to at least get me his. So now I have to call and have my medicine moved to a different pharmacy in the morning and wait even longer to get some kind of relief from this infection in my lungs.

I LOVE Publix! I wish it were closer! Can't wait to try the Fall Treats Trail Mix I bought! They usually have such a great selection of what I need and what I didn't know I needed!

Publix at Park Place is delightful. The produce is always beautiful and displayed beautifully. The deli, seafood, and meat departments are terrific. But the best thing about this store is the people. The customer service is wonderful.

They need a new butcher! $65 of the worst cuts of flank steak ever! I wish i could just gather it all out of my beef and broccoli and return it to the store. I make this dish every week but this meat is unbearable.
