Very worst hospital in the city, even ICU unit is not maintained to standard and full of dust. Staffs are not so sincere in their duty and very poor nursing care. Fully money minded. Suggest not to prefer this hospital at any time.

Best hospital in the city. I hospitalized for ACL reconstruction surgery. initially I hesitate and thought no need of surgery since I am able to walk and drive bike and the opinion from siblings,friends was the same.,but the doctor clearly explained the need of surgery as my own brother by spending more time with me. During hospitalization duty nurses took care as their brother. Now I feel better. I thank my wife for directing me initially to this hospital. I convey my sincere thanks to the Dr.James . God will give all the blessings to him and his family members 🙏

Arpudham hospital which is located near the VVD signal is offering good health care service to all . The best point is that the hospital is maintained properly and its neat and tidy. The nurse to patient ratio is well kept.Especially during this corona pandemic where many hospitals neglect patients i find this hospital to be genuine and they give good care to the patients. Best ortho care in town.

I admitted my father over there and next room there was a covid patient and all his relatives come and go without any mask. The duty nurses not wearing the mask putting us in great danger as any covid infection to my father will further complicate his condition. Totally unprofessional service by the hospital management during this covid situation. I moved my father to another hospital and now he undergone surgery and safely recovered.

For Covid fever, the best service with affordable fees.

During COVID - 19 treatment they told Ventilator support is there and once the need came to the patient at the critical stage they inform us to move another hospital instead of providing Ventilator.Because of them we lost the person

Went there to take covid vaccine booster dose. The staffs were not responding.. the nurses were arguing with each other that 'i am busy, you do the injection'. Then they took ₹500 where in cowin portal it has shown ₹250.

Hospital is good. Doctors are maintaining Covid precautions but the hospital staffs and nurses doesn't even wear a mask. The doctor fees is little but on the higher side.

Worst insolent rude receptionist!!! Poor administration!! Lack of experience with staff management (only fit to do gossips ) Only for the sake of doctors (o & g) and ortho we do visit !! I can’t understand the admin for insurance claim who doesn’t have a copy for settlement bill !! Living in a digital world (WhatsApp and email no remind call and msgs) and giving lot of excuses to download a bill with patient name to give settlement bill !!! We have been there for 3 1/2 days in IP to discharge a patient in other hospitals (sorry to compare ) the procedure is to give to discharge summary and settlement bill for claim !! Kindly look into the issues sir (Dr.James) even I have worked in multispecialty pet hospital where we do give claims with discharge summary This review is to improve the administration which has lot of lags WRT doctors they r d best in their specialties Kindly do share the email Id to share the discrepancies Regards Dr saranya G

Very Worst receptionsts. They doesn't care about their work. Doesn't felt like a hospital rather than a tall building. Better teach them how to behave and work in a hospital.
