Absolutely loved my stay at Parkmore Hotel! Their location was perfect – just a short tram ride to the city center. The amenities, especially the swimming pool, made my stay even more enjoyable.

Location is really nice. Took me 10min to reach the city. I get what I paid for. Great to find a hotel that can easily park my car.

Great location. Staff was friendly. It seems they are still doing renovations. I'm not sure why such poor reviews - the bedroom seemed newly renovated, but the bathroom hadn't been renovated yet (so not as nice, but everything worked fine). I'd recommend adding electrical outlets near the bed

staff are new but friendly looks like this hotel is currently under renovation. stayed here 5 years ago when it is under vibe, great location. hope the new owner will bring the quality up after renovation.

The room was horrible. Smells of stale cigarette smoke badly in it. It's unbearable. The air in the room is so stale. Stains all over the floor. Couldn't get access after hours. I had to call to get let in. The bed was hard and not comfortable. Don't waste your money here. Sheets didn't feel clean, just made me feel itchy.

Pleasant stay overall. Rooms were comfortable, and tram access made it easy to explore Melbourne. Good value for the price.

Do not stay here, service is horrible, no direction given, Staff dismissive of any questions, they hide when requesting assistance, you feel alone in the property ,Tv completely confusing and I am pretty good with my tech.

Was a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not offer any assistance with our bags, we had a faulty lock on our door and their only solution was for us to ask reception every time we wanted access to our room. No compensation was offered so we decided to get a refund and find another hotel. Apparently it has recently been taken over by new owners so hopefully the service improves with time.

Never ever i will visit this hotel.. very bad lock door system.. were trying to open and close door tap card not working.. we have to try at least 15 to 20 times and still not working. Have to go to reception and manager come with us to open door even he could not open..and manager stated its bit old system you hv to keep patience.. am i coming on holiday to keep patience to open the door and try 15 to 20 times..??in toilet exoust fan is not working.. we have to bang door l.. very noisy. Ac was making noise

Heard that the ownership of this hotel has been changed and now known as Parkmore Hotel. Been here last Sept and was a bit disappointed with a lot of mess, today it amazed me with many improvements I can tell! Loverly lobby image has been escalated, nice and clean house keeping and smells good as well, especially the swimming pool becomes very crystal clear that I can't wait to jump in and get myself chilled. Good to see this hotel is getting better and better! Well done guys and please keep on it!
