COLD
BREW
COFFEE
BAR
Last
week
I
discovered
a
true
jewel
💎
while
walking
through
my
neighborhood
in
Brunswick
–
3056!
This
gem
is
called
COLD
BREW
COFFEE
BAR
or
just
CBCB.
It
is
not
an
ordinary
café.
Once
I
looked
through
the
window
(it
was
late
at
night),
I
discovered
a
tap
bar:
SPARKLING
WATER,
BOOCH,
ICED
TEA,
SOFTY,
BEAT
COCKTAIL
(espresso
martini
🍸–
coming
soon!),
SINGLE
ORIGIN
COLD
BREW,
COLD
BREW
CONCENTRATE,
and
NITRO
COLD
BREW.
How
cooooool
is
this!
While
some
cafés
are
still
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
brew
and
serve
cold
brew,
CBCB
is
serving
several
options
straight
away
on
tap.
I
had
the
great
pleasure
to
meet
Cory
in
his
stylish
café.
I
immediately
fell
in
love
with
the
minimalistic
design
and
of
course
the
gigantic
avocado
🥑
tree,
which
he
planted
himself.
I
am
still
puzzled
how
he
managed
to
carry
that
tree
all
the
way
from
his
home
into
this
lovely
space.
I
asked
without
hesitation
for
a
little
cold
brew
flight…
and
there
we
went:
coffee
on
tap
at
its
best:
single
origin
cold
brew
form
El
Salvador
🇸🇻,
single
origin
decaf
cold
brew
from
Colombia
🇨🇴,
and
single
origin
nitro
cold
brew
from
Guatemala
🇬🇹
(a
quick
origin
trip
through
Americas).
The
cascading
effect
of
the
nitro
cold
brew
was
especially
amazing!
I
also
liked
the
creamy
and
smooth
texture,
as
well
as
the
milk
chocolate
🍫
finish.
TASTY.
You
can
also
have
some
sweet
treats:
deliciously
indulgent
vegan
desserts
🧁,
plant
based
and
gluten
free.
But
have
a
look
at
the
photo
with
the
nitro
cold
brew
on
the
table.
The
more
cafés
I
visit,
the
more
I
am
convinced
that
I
can
judge
the
quality
of
the
service
and
the
products
by
touching
the
table
the
food
and
beverages
are
served
on.
Touch
and
feel
the
surface
of
the
tables
at
CBCB
–
made
with
love
and
passion.
