I’d like to start off by saying I have never had the urge to slap out someone as much as this manager who has clearly made it ok for their workers to make client’s lives living hell. So, my family of 4 and I are in this equipment hire and a wrinkly old woman who looked like my mother in law Cordelia’s left lаbiа flap tried to sell an overpriced toboggan to us. Then a worker proceeds to “help us out” by asking us all our sizes. She takes one look at our daughter and gives her an XL? She was swimming in it and didn’t even ask her at all what size she was. As a mother, this infuriates me. What happened next was significant too. As this girl was “helping us out” she was trying to flirt with my husband, giggling whenever she said something to him. It’s just absolutely disrespectful. I kid you not if you pull anything else me and my daughter will whack you out with car tire chains. You’re just trashy, find something better to do, you sleazy 4 foot 6 skаnk.

Mixed experience. Lovely staff who fitted us out. Unfortunately when returning the gear, the staff member accused us of disrespecting it. The pants were a bit muddy (due to thin snow) and he insisted on charging a cleaning fee. Was extremely rude about it. Would not recommend this place at all.

A beautiful shop with wide variety of items.. very friendly and helpful staff. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They guided us about the gear that is required and made sure it was the right fit.. highly recommended.. the return section is on the side of shop and the staff working there are also very nice..lots of parking options available..

We have come here for the the last 4 years. Great prices on rental and 2nd hand stuff. The quality of the rental items are great too. It feels family run and everyone is very friendly and warm and great with little kids.

Super friendly owners who helped us getting with right equipment for lake mountain. Recommend the red wedge shaped toboggan if you want to go fast!

Located at Marysville right opposite of Vibe Hotel. Very friendly staff who helped and recommended us with the package. Affordable price for adult and child package. Good equipment and the suit and boots are in good quality. They do have rent different type of toboggan. The returning of equipments is fast and easy. Definitely will rent from them again.

Highly recommend, decent prices and quality. Ended up getting a 2nd hand pair of boots for $20 to purchase. Absolute bargain. The customer service is awesome super friendly particularly Greg and the woman with British accent (sorry forget her name). Easy as drop off/return too.
