Very nice upmarket hotel. I had a very good experience here. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern - the bathtub has a tv in it. Depending on which side your room is facing, you might get a view of the cathedral next door or the park. Excellent location. Mr. Walker, the hotel dog, is adorable.

The hotel is located in the main city but in a quiet area. It is beautiful and modern and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very large and spacious. The bed was very soft and comfortable. They have a beautiful pool area and the gym was one of the best I have seen in an hotel. The staff were so perfect and accommodating. They get out of the way to help and recommend places to visit. The hotel looks like a postcard from the outside. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit again.

The only two advantages of this Park Hyatt are good location & room space. This is why I chose this hotel in the first place. However, I didn't expect the sound insulation of the hotel to be very terrible. I was a light sleeper and was woken up almost every day. I had this bad sleeping experience for seven days in Melbourne. For the service, the staff could have some hospitality. No welcome when you enter the lobby, no ā€˜have a nice oneā€™ or ā€˜see you next timeā€™ when you leave. No ā€˜helloā€™ when you meet housekeeping staff at the hallway, some of the females even starred at you, rude. It's as if they don't expect you to come and you're just disturbing them. The housekeeping was sloppy and often forgot to refill the toiletries. During the entire stay, they didn't even bother to vacuum the carpet once, scraps of paper just lay on the middle of it in 7 days. When checked out, no asking about ā€˜how was your stayingā€™ just ā€˜itā€™s all doneā€™ Baggage staff are very reluctant to help women with their luggage. This is definitely not the service of a five-star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was so nice overlooking st Patrickā€™s Cathedral, thanks to David for making our stay one of the best stays we have had. The swimming pool was breathtaking. The hotel and restaurant was elegant. Could not fault our stay. We definitely will stay again. We even left a couple items in room when we rung up they stored it for us. Brilliant service. Beautiful hotel.

Convenient location where trams & trains are available for commute. The rooms are beautiful and comforting especially for a good holiday stay. But the view isnā€™t really great. In terms of food, there is little choice and not great. Mostly bland food and overrated expenses. Service from staff is really is either nice or not so nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hyatt, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary especially with a busy toddler. This hotel deserves nothing less than a five-star rating for its impeccable service, enchanting atmosphere, and the attentiveness of its staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff that made me feel like a valued guest. The level of service provided throughout my stay was exceptional. Every member of the Park Hyatt team seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring that my every need was met. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. The atmosphere at Park Hyatt is simply enchanting. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its elegance and sophistication. The tasteful decor, soothing color palette, and subtle lighting created a serene ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail in the hotel's design is evident throughout, from the luxurious furnishings to the carefully curated artwork. The rooms at Park Hyatt are a true sanctuary. They are thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The beds are incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided are of the highest quality. Every detail, from the soft linens to the plush bathrobes, is carefully chosen to ensure a delightful and indulgent experience. What truly sets Park Hyatt apart is the attentiveness of its staff. They anticipated my needs before I even expressed them and were always available to assist me with any request. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring my room was impeccably cleaned, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The dining options at Park Hyatt were a culinary delight. The restaurants on-site offered a diverse range of cuisines, prepared with the utmost care and skill. Each meal was a feast for the senses, with flavors that delighted and presentations that were works of art. The staff in the restaurants were knowledgeable and attentive, adding to the overall dining experience. During my stay, I had the opportunity to explore Park Hyatt's additional amenities, such as the fitness center and spa. Both were top-notch, providing state-of-the-art equipment and a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation. In conclusion, Park Hyatt surpassed all my expectations. The combination of impeccable service, enchanting atmosphere, and attentive staff created an unforgettable experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Park Hyatt is the perfect choice for a luxurious and indulgent stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Park Hyatt to anyone seeking a haven of comfort, relaxation, and impeccable service. Five stars without a doubt!

We check out tomorrow but our stay has been nothing short of wonderful. The grounds are well kept. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a king room with a roll away bed. Perfect for a family of three. One shower and a separate bath, equally as nice. Breakfast while a bit expensive for a buffet, was tasty and worth the investment. The concierge was also quite helpful in helping us navigate around the city using free public transportation, made recommendations for great cafes to visit, and delicious restaurants around town. Overall 5 stars from me and if I were to ever visit Australia againā€¦I wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay here again.

Best hotel for tourist. I just went to Australia for vacation I'm from Italy. The room was bigger than I expected and it was fancy. I like the art and tea. The view was such a vibe, so green and I can smell fresh air. I definitely recommend going to this hotel. (Low Quality because I used my older phone)

Lovely large rooms that are very clean. Huge bed that was very comfortable with lots of feather pillows available. The shower was good, with a large shower head and massage jets on a separate tap - however the water was not hot enough for me (I like a very hot shower). Mini bar options were limited though not overpriced. We did have an issue with a beer that had been opened by a previous occupier and placed back in the fridge, but this was handled in a timely manner by the concierge. The foyer is beautiful, with a small bar area that serves coffee, tea, cocktails and food. The cocktails were all a bit sweet and the menu had a very large number non alcoholic options. A simplification of the menu would be good - and a better selection of not sickly sweet cocktails. Beautiful part of Melbourne, but it is a bit of a walk or tram/train trip to get to the main restaurants and bars. Close to beautiful parks and gardens.

I did stay here, looks like a very nice hotel. I have a spa treatment and have 2 hours use of the pool, spa, stream room and sauna. My facial was lovely! I was so relaxed I fell asleep šŸ˜“ The pool room is large room with a tiled pool. The pool is Awkward to get into, different not user friendly for ones with movement issues. After a pleasant swim I went to use the spa. Again awkward to get in to, deeps steps. As I started to relax in the hot water I noticed black bits in the water. On closer inspection of the large spa pool I noticed black mould all around the water line of the pool. I immediately exited the pool and went and spoke to a member of staff who said they would get the cleaning team to look into it. After that all I wanted was a shower and soap . As I was leaving it was sad to see that not only was the pool not close but there was other people in there it was definitely not time to have had a thorough clean.

We really enjoyed our experience at the Park Hyatt. Nigel in concierge was fantastic. He gave us a lot of really good recommendations on places to see that were based on our needs. We ate at the radial for breakfast on all 3 days as well as 1 night for dinner. All courses were fantastic and the service was great. We would definitely stay here again while in Melbourne.

Old world (turn of the century) charm. Art Deco motifs, rich wood panelling everywhere you look. Acres of pink granite. It feels dated and needs a freshen up but perhaps in 10 years it'll come around again. 90s proportions in the common areas and the rooms. Very spacious. Very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the diverse staff. And they were well trained and professional. The indoor pool isn't fantastic. It's showing it's age. It needs a make over. It wasn't nice enough to hang out there. The spa tiles needed a clean. The gym is well appointed for its small size. There's an outdoor eare separate to the pool. It's noisy because of air-conditioners. And there's no view. There's a steam room and Swedish sauna. I used the latter and that was fine. A nice touch was the clear solid ice cubes in mixed drinks. A refreshing change from typical commercially made cloudy ice. The location is great if you're in town for business. Close to the tram and train.

I have stayed at many Melbourne hotels for business meetings and conferences but I had not stayed at the Park Hyatt until this weekend. Wow itā€™s definitely one of the best in Melbourne. The staff were excellent and the food probably the best Iā€™ve had at a hotel for a long time, very high quality and tasteful. Itā€™s nice just being one quiet block from the city near parks and not in the thick of the CBD chaos.

A mix of good and not so good The good - Our room have nice bathroom with spa - The place was well cleaned - Quiet location away from the noise, close to the trains/trams - Nice (not impressive) buffet breakfast. Not so good - Booked the Deluxe king room, got upgraded to a suite room. The room is rather small with only 2 small windows. Feels dark and tiny. - lack of directions from the reception desk. Didnā€™t know which lifts to take to our room, instruction by the staff was confusing. - The design of the restaurant is strange, we were given a table below the ground floor with no views at all. Overall itā€™s a dated 5 stars hotel. Is it worth $500 per night? Probably not. Definitely better choices out there with better facilities and rooms in Melbourne.

Amazing experience! Spacious, clean and well-appointed room. Breakfast selection was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When we were waiting to check into our room, the nice lady at the reception desk offered us free drinks while we wait. We appreciate the kind gesture. Location was pretty central. It was walkable but everything would be a 10+min walk.

What an outstanding place to stay. Every employee was very friendly and warm from the first man Martin who welcomed us as soon as we got out of the car. Great to also meet Mr Walker the Park Hyatt puppy dog. The room was very clean and spacious. The room service food was immaculately presented, delivered quickly and tasted great. Great to have an opportunity to drop out of the world and recharge and to be treated so well. Canā€™t wait to return!

I have stayed here twice and had two completely different experiences. During the first stay, the guys on the door did not say a word. It got to 3pm and my room still wasn't available which was a disappointment as I had an event to attend at 4pm. I had a very quiet room with no disruptions and an enormous bathroom. On my second stay, the men on the door were very welcoming and happy to call a taxi for me and/or give directions. Checked into my room at around 8am, but I could hear the conversation going on next door clear as day, as well as a screaming baby. This hotel isn't central, but is a brilliant location if you want to go for a morning walk through the gardens nearby or attend a sports game or concert at MCG, Rod Laver, Margaret Court or John Cain Arena. As a frequent traveller, I can confidently say this is my favourite hotel in Melbourne.

Fairly nice rooms. But had several maintenance issues whilst here. Team were quite good, professional, knowledgeable. Doorman are very friendly! If your here to see the city centre, it's not as central as some other hotels, but still comfortable. Massage was great. Ask for Jasmine. Gym was fantastic with pool access.

First is check-in process - convenient and easy , high tech - you can easily check in through the App or web. Secondly, rooms are clean and spacious. We booked the King room. It was so nice, you can do so many things already without leaving your room. The room has lots of features such as TV inside the spa area. The King room has basic amenities of Spa/Jacuzzi mini bathtub, mini bar has espresso with six pods which they always constantly replenish. Two TVs in total in a room, Bose speaker good enough to sooth your ambience. Housekeeping is so quick and prompt. I accidentally left the "Make up my room" button during the first whole day and they cleaned up the room immediately & replenished the bar too. The place is so accessible and convenient as it is close to Parliament station and tram stops. Unlike other hotels in Melbourne CBD, this is in a more quiet place away from crowded and busy streets of the city. In fact, this is close to the St Patrick's church - just next door. Will highly recommend this hotel.

Great service from front of house staff - receptionist, doorman to room service. Thank you! Decor of hotel is very classy , elegant and traditional. Spacious room, bed is super comfy. Good gym as well. One downside is that location is outside free tram zone, bit of a walk to central cbd.

The only kind of hotel that embodies elegance and sophistication, Park Hyatt! I'm a wedding photographer and I recently photographed bride and groom getting ready here before the ceremony, and I must say, it was just mind-blowing! The decor is classic and timeless, blending seamlessly into any wedding theme or style. The neutral color palette creates a beautiful and subtle backdrop. It's easy to see why this hotel is a popular choice! Also, It's just a stone's throw away from the marriage registry building, (Old treasury building) which is a major perk for those tying the knot in the city so It's the perfect place to stay overnight before the wedding. Look no further ppl!

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Park Hyatt āāāāā I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt, and I must say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff not to mention the resident puppy Mr Walker. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions, making me feel valued and cared for as a guest. The amenities and facilities at the hotel were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern conveniences one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room decor and the luxurious bedding made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped and maintained probably one of the best I've come across. Additionally, the on-site restaurants offered a diverse range of culinary delights, and the food quality was outstanding. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Whether I wanted to explore the city, check out some street art, or simply relax in the hotel's serene ambiance, everything was within reach. Overall, my experience at the Park Hyatt was nothing short of amazing. The staff, amenities, and facilities exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Hey everyone, well I don't usually worry much about leaving a reviews. But I have to pass on my experience staying most of last week at this Beautiful Hotel. At first we were thinking this place is very flash with the glorious decor etc Marble every where etc.Not only wonderful but very clean. The staff that came daily and tidy up our room and left fresh towels ,extra coffee pods and drinks in fridge was excellent. The pool and Spa was great. Wow the restaurants were outstanding, the steaks were cooked to perfection and tasted delicious, our daughter had the Rustic Spaghetti 3 nights in a row.The Passionfruit Daiquiri was the best my wife had ever tasted. She also said the Pavolova was the best she had ever had also. The staff were excellent especially the Breaky Staff who welcomed us back each morning to there great Buffett. Back home now and miss my Pink Salmon Omelette,LOL. ANYWAY this is the place to stay if you want a very special experience close the the city. Ohh and our daughter loved the dog Mr Walker who met us on arrival. Hey if it,s good enough for Rock Band KISS to stay there ,it shows the Luxury. We bumped into them for some pics on various occasions. Have a great evening Tony Anderson Toowoomba Qld.

Wish I could stay here longer! Such beautiful room and softest pillows and bed. The staff was kind enough to let us check in the room early. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt hotel in Melbourne, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff who greeted me. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline and the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the radii restaurant & bar, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel's spa and fitness center were also top-notch, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and exercise during my stay. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, I cannot recommend the Park Hyatt hotel in Melbourne highly enough. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, and first-class amenities, all in a prime location in the heart of the city, makes this hotel the perfect choice for any traveler looking for a 5-star experience.

Incredible experience in Park Hyatt Melbourne during early August 2023. - Stayed with my kid. While the hotel doesnā€™t provide bed guards, they proactively arranged extra bed without extra charge. Love it. - spacious room and able to arrange connecting room - Friendly staff who are proactive to help (meet a staff from Hong Kong, feels like home šŸ˜‚) - buffet breakfast is great - good location, near city center (takes a bit of walk, but acceptable) - acceptable valet parking price (or you may park in the Wilson parking next to hotel for half price) Will definitely stay again

The Park Hyatt Melbourne hotel is located conveniently in the vicinity to the Parliament House and the St Patrickā€™s Cathedral. The hotel amenities are very good and the staff are friendly and courteous. However unfortunately I developed allergy possibly to the feather duvet whilst staying at the hotel. The staff exchanged the duvet for linen that was unclean with an odour that was not fresh. The air conditioner in the room did not provide good heating and it was very cold and uncomfortable. The dining is very good and the hotel ambience is attractive. Parking is available at the hotel and in parking spaces in the vicinity. I thank the hotel staff for hospitality.

We just got back from an overnight stay. We just wanted a little mid week getaway and it didnā€™t disappoint. The location was beautiful with a great view of the cathedral and when it all lit up at night it just looked surreal. I think the only disappointment for us was that the balcony door didnā€™t open up and there is no microwave. Not a huge issue but I like to warm my milk etc. The bathroom though and that amazing bath tub WOW just so relaxing and all the little extras through the room are amazing. We ventured out for dinner and it was a beautiful walk just 700 metres down the road to China town and a heap of other good restaurants. We ended up eating at a place called Bettyā€™s burgers as we heard good things but was a bit of a let down. Amazing peanut butter shakes though! Staff are friendly and helpful and overall it was a beautiful peaceful sleep. Very comfy bed too :)

Beautiful hotel. Luxurious lobby and spacious rooms. Buffet breakfast was great with beautiful dining area and wide range of food. I found an unclean bathroom cup with dried up mouth rinse inside the cupā€¦ which was quite disgustingā€¦ (see photo below) Room keeping staff need to be reminded to be thorough with change overs. Cleaning of rooms could be improved I particularly enjoyed the steam and dry sauna, as well as the beautiful pool and spa! Facilities inside pool bathroom were also very thoughtful! Also loved the whole body water massage function in in-room shower room, and the bathtub with tv was awesome!

Lovely spot to spend a "staycation" honeymoon! The champagne was much appreciated, as was the huge bed and spa bath. We could have spent all day in the room reading and listening to music, but the location was great for having dinner out and walking around Fitzroy Gardens. Thank you for everything.

Spent my wedding night at this place. Told them about my special occasion and booked a big room and late check out at 12. At 10am, there was endless knocks and calls telling me to check out even though I repeatedly told them I booked a late check out. I can't put into words how angry I was and that's the only thing I remember about this place years laters. Absolutely unbelievable at the level of incompetency at this supposedly good hotel. Not a single word of apology still. Please avoid!

I can't thank the Park Hyatt Melbourne enough for a truly magical stay. Celebrating our little boy's 13th birthday and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Arriving to find birthday cake in our room, meeting Mr Walker the hotel dog, the incredible buffet breakfast each morning with plentiful gluten free options and the pristine rooms with delightfully comfortable beds. We will be back to our new home away from home soon!

Thank you Park Hyatt for giving me a lovely stay, the staff here are very friendly and attentive, especially the doormen who were great to talk with. If i had any request it was done so quickly and smoothly. The bathroom was my favourite, large spa bath & big clean mirrors. The room service food was also great, the hyatt burger was my favourite, both the meat and cheese cooked perfectly and it was very juicy and so filling. Having Mr Walker, the hotels ambassador dog, on the keycards was a very cute detail, it was lovely to meet Mr Walker multiple times too. Exceptional service. Stayed at the Park Hyatt Melbourne over the weekend and I was thoroughly impressed by the immaculate service. Check in was fast and rooms were spacious in comparison to other competing hotels in Melbourne. The size of the room truly makes a big difference in my opinion. The service was the real outstanding part. I must acknowledge Elvis from Radii Bar who made brilliant cocktails and did a great job at keeping his bar guests happy by accommodating them at close. All housekeeping staff showed a lot of patience. The pool area was my favourite. I loved how there was a separate baby pool and floaties/pool noodles for kids. One aspect the hotel could improve on is the morning breakfast buffet. The spread is quite limited for a 5 star hotel (esp for a Hyatt). There were no hash browns, baked beans, cheese slices (for bread) and no kid friendly cereal options). I wish there were more vegetarian options available on the lobby lounge menu and in room dining service. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and feel that the service was fantastic.

Wonderful hotel. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Great facilities and welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are immaculate and look incredible. Only critique is that the toilets in the rooms look like they were bought off the Frankston caravan park and were shoved in the corner of a blue-walled toilet from the 1970s. It really didnā€™t fit with the rest of the beautiful building and rooms. Great location. Would highly recommend if you can ignore the weird toilets.

I proposed to my boyfriend in our king room. With a view and the staff were super accommodating and helped me plan my surprise. There are a few things that are probably due for a bit of an upgrade in this hotel but otherwise a great experience overall.

Came here for afternoon tea and the experience was only average compared to Park Hyatt's competing hotels. First impression of the hotel is that it was quite dated and gloomy, and the afternoon tea room had a 'the seat at the very back of restaurant' atmosphere. Service was very lacking. Servers usually describe what's included in the afternoon/high tea, but not here at Park Hyatt. As we were reaching the end of our session, no mention of tea/coffee was made by the server (this was included), so we also had to initiate. To end the experience, watching the staff trying to settle our bill was chaotic to say the least. They weren't across using the POS system so there was a lot of 'loud' explaining between them as we stood by and watched. Overall, it was an OK experience and the food was actually very nice, but not to the point where I'd recommend to friends or family - there are other hotels that offer both a great menu and great experience. At $88 for the afternoon tea, we shouldn't have to handhold staff to deliver what a 'reputable' hotel should deliver.

Enjoyed my stay. Good service and generously sized rooms with plenty of complimentary amenities. The tennis court needs some TLC and some of the powerpoints in the room didn't work.

The service was excellent and there was always Waiter there to help you. Great venue for any type of event. Love the split levels. Excellent food and they cantered for Gluten Free and Vegan etc. Atmosphere is so nice and professional appointed. Book your event and you will not be disappointed.

Cons: Weird room layout, limited breakfast buffet, courtyard not accessible, bar closes at 10pm, room service stops at midnight, no bellman available when we arrived, concierge service was not five star. Pros: nice people, amazing location, nice lobby lounge (when it is open), comfy bed, great tasting room service meals, nice touch with the house dog. This hotel could easily become the best in Melbourne with a few minor changes - but the limited services available make it harder to rate higher.

Had a wonderful 2 nights weekend stay here. First night we complained about excessive noise from next door, the staff quickly addressed it however we could smell cigarettes smoke so we were moved to a different tower with same type of room that we booked. Bed is comfy, bathroom is amazing. Our 6yo had a great time at the pool, and weā€™re also loving the buffet breakfast at RADII Restaurant downstairs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and shout out to all the hotel and restaurant staff - all very nice, welcoming and accomodating. Props to the front desk manager Jodie, who looked after us really well! 5/5 will not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed on a recent trip to Melbourne and was thoroughly impressed. Check-in was quick, room service was prompt and reasonably well priced, and the bar downstairs had a decent wine list. The rooms were clean, comfortable & that marble bathtub with TV was just sensational - will come back just for that.

My husband and I stayed in a terrace suite for our elopement weekend and everything was perfect. Everyone was super friendly, meticulous when it comes to cleaning and the bed was super comfy. Buffet breakfast was delicious too. Will be back for sure. Thank you Park Hyatt Team.

Had a delicious High Tea here on Saturday to celebrate a late Mother's Day for my mother in law who was visiting for the weekend. The High Tea at Radii was amazing. Every dish was delicious. I struggled to determine my favourite dish! Definitely go with an empty stomach as towards the end I was getting very full. Free flowing champagne, tea and coffee were available too. The staff were lovely and very attentive. They were happy to have a chat and a laugh which was lovely. The service overall was impeccable, which made it an even better experience. Highly recommend going for high tea here for a special time out

Don't hate it, don't love it, You get this grand entrance.... to walk inside what looks like the most oldest library ever. So bland and boring for an apparent 5 star hotel lol. The room had good space, the bed was somewhat comfortable. They need a revamp.

Great for a stay. Great service. Not easy to get to by car but public transport is easy. Don't forget to visit Fitzroy Gardens. No idea where the closest open coffee shop is but you can get food coffee from the kiosk in the lobby.

Good, spacious rooms, quiet and tranquil location on the edge of the city and less than 500m from the buzz of the city. Staff members everywhere were extremely polite and helpful and this aspect really stood out for me. It was near perfect, except that food options were quite limited in the two eateries and the quality was quite ordinary so we were not tempted to have meals at this hotel. The dining experience is important to the overall experience of a holiday so I have to rate it regrettably overall as 4/5. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

My birthday staycation experience here was fabulous. I have been indulged with the convenient room and the great room service during my stay. I enjoyed the clean spacious room which is as expected. With a little noise heard from next door room at midnight, my sleep quality was still superb. Despite the less spacious breakfast area and limited breakfast selection, the food quality and execution was excellent. Never ever to miss order the benedict as for me this is the champion. I would also consider to try the in room breakfast for my next stay. Size wise, the swimming pool was also not big. When the hotel is full, it can be a bit inconvenient to access the swimming pool. For those who do serious swimming, might be better to access the pool early in the morning. In my conclusion, Park Hyatt Melbourne is value quality over size and quantity.

This hotel has very impressive rooms. They are very spacious with a full walk in robe that you can also access the bathroom from. It had a very large bathroom as well. The rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast was excellent too with the 5 star experience you would expect like made to order omelletes and very attentive service.

This is a gorgeous, comfortable, clean hotel with excellent staff who are ready to serve. The rooms are of a good size and will probably be the cleanest you have lived in. Get the hash browns for breakfast! The main reason to stay at the Park Hyatt is definitely for the exceptional service rather than great views. Very obliging, friendly and patient staff. Worth the price!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Park Hyatt. Definitely recommend staying there. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. They had our room ready early. The chef at breakfast was very chatty and when he heard it was our wedding anniversary he made pancakes and brought them over congratulating us!! Canā€™t speak more highly of the great time we had!! Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

We booked a king bed room with view, and used most of the utilities. The bathtub has massage and is big, no problem for two people to fit in. The pool has some moss and shallow, but overall nice. They also have capsule coffee machine, and various of tea. Itā€™s just a bit pricy.

I visited Park Hyatt Melbourne for first time today and also Itā€™s first time I visit 5 star hotel since pandemic. Warm welcome by Mr Walker and staff, lobby area is very elegant and you can immediately tell that you are at 5 star establishment. The day spa was as good as I was expecting. Friendly and helpful staff, therapist Laura was excellent as well. I will definitely visit again.
