What a wonderful experience we have had at Black Finch! Lucky enough to have 2 beautifully designed rings over the past few weeks with the help of the team and can't recommend them highly enough. The one below, for my mum, includes a letter written by her late father and heirloom diamonds from another treasured piece. There were a couple of tears in store picking them up, and this new piece will be treasured for a lifetime. The team were such a joy to work with, all the way through the design process up to the final result. They truly helped bring what we had imagined come to life... and they are even better than we could have imagined!

My fiancé and I came in to the Collingwood store and Emma helped us design this precious engagement ring. I had sent in pics before I came in of what sort of design I was looking for and Emma had the right colours and shapes ready to go. It was an absolute delight looking at all the beautiful sapphires coming up with different arrangements and I couldn’t be happier with the final product 😍We live up in Qld so the ring was shipped to us overnight once it was ready. This was such a magical experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Based on a ring I saw on insta, I worked with N at BF to design my beautiful 20 year wedding anniversary ring with gorgeous ethically sourced sapphires. The workmanship is divine and it is one of my favourite rings. My only comment is if you want a one of a kind custom ring you should discuss and agree on this. I thought my ring was custom, as I selected the stones and design/shape of my ring, but BF now have a photo of my exact ring on their website for sale. **Editing to highlight that upon reading my review Blackfinch have removed my ring from their list of rings for sale. I very much appreciate their consideration and believe this is a sign of a company with good ethics and customer service. Thankyou

Unlike other ring shopping experiences that left us completely overwhelmed - Black Finch absolutely nailed the consultation and talked us through our options with no pressure. Recently I commissioned Black Finch Jewellery to make an engagement ring for my partner. After perusing the gallery on their website and seeing the beautiful pieces they craft, I was confident they would be able to come up with a stunning design that she would love.. Being based interstate and wanting the ring to be a surprise presented some challenges, however I was able to provide the BF team with a basic design brief and then after communicating through a series of emails and phone calls, we were able to narrow down the options and finalize a beautiful design.. Emma and the team were very helpful and receptive to my requests, they were also patient with my indecisions and at answering my multitude of questions.
