Would give 0 stars if possible....Bought Pre-Workout from the Monash Store and was charged $79. When I got home I discovered that the product was advertised for $69 on their website. When I returned to seek a refund I was informed that they charge more in-store than on their website and that their website prices are on-line only prices (even though it does not state that anywhere on their website). They told me if I had have shown them the price online they would have matched it, however they refused to refund the difference, only offering store credit. I asked for a full refund as I felt deceived and they refused stating that the product is not faulty therefore they will not refund. For the record their website states 30 day money back guarantee!! Another lie. Absolutely disgusting to deceive customers like this. Would not recommend this shop at all.

Athan is absolutely amazing! He is always keen to assist and happily answer any questions you throw at him. He's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the products. Gold standard customer service, which unfortunately is such a rarity these days.

Don’t get me wrong - staff are nice and they have a relatively big selection but pricing is wayyyy off. I have purchased various supps including preworkout, protein powders and BCAAs etc from this store, both online and in store. Initially had a great impression and pricing seemed fair. However, today I went back to purchase some faction lab disorder. For a 40 serve tub I was charged $79.90....when I asked why it was this price (I have purchased this elsewhere for about $20 cheaper) I was told that online is cheaper only because they discount shipping. The issue is that the online store is only charging $69 for 50 serving size tub. So that makes no sense, being 10 serving sizes more. Unsure if the guy at the store was aware it was only a 40 serve container I got or what. Bit disappointing and will be going elsewhere now. Sorry guys but need more justification about pricing variations that big.

I love visiting this store mainly for Athan’s (store manager) friendly nature and knowledge for my fitness and health journey. His recommendations is always spot on, advising my family and I about sleep, weight loss, protein, pre-workout and focus supplements. We love coming to visit this particular store to sample new and improved products. I can attest that Elite Supplements has the best tasting products compare to many I’ve tried.
